I just had to write a review and post some pictures to marvel how great the Golden Crystal counter tops look that Planet Granite fabricated. They are the best and most professional company I have had the pleasure of working with. Ash Caparros is the best associate to work with! Among the many changes I made along the way he was most supportive and ensured that my dream counters came to be a reality! Everything is now complete and looks like I have a new. Looking forward to my next home improvement project for the bathroom counters!

Im very impressed with this company. These guys do 20-30 countertop installs a day and they do the work for most of the prominent home builders in the area, so when we had a problem with our granite as the homeowner I really didnt expect to get treated as good as we did being that we are really a small portion of their business. They went above and beyond and really took of the issue we had. I want to give a shout out to Mac and Frank for really helping us by giving us a finished product that we will be happy with for years to come!

Went in to look at granite counter tops for my new remodeling kitchen and they said i couldnt look at them without an appointment so we made one for the next day. We picked out one we liked and gave measurements and john said he would email us with an estimate in a couple days. So a couple days went by and nothing. So we called and left three messages and still nothing. So we went to green acres granite and it was a good experience and the counters are beautiful.

Honestly...due to weather, no show & no phone call for installation appt. Then they sent 2 people to install a large island counter top. Crew told me, FYI, they were going to crush/destroy the island since they couldnt lift the granite to place it properly. I hotly objected & refused to allow this. My DH showed up unexpectedly and was able to lever the slab with boards, saving the island from damage. Not planning on using them again....but the end product looks pretty good so I gave them 3 stars. This was the 2nd time Ive used them. 1st time...no problems.

Unfortunately I can not share the details of my experience because I am worried about the recourse, but I can say that certain people working at Planet Granite have a very low bar in regards to work ethics.

I actually thought the price would be higher, as we have a pretty large kitchen. We ran into a glitch at installation and they came up with a great alternative plan! I have had my counters in for several years now and I am still receiving complements. The Brazilian granite in my kitchen has a matching ribbon running thru it. The only seam on the granite was artistically done. The mason cut the granite to form a butterfly effect. My kitchen counters are a work of art. Planet Granite is a very professional company. I dont believe anyone else would have done a better job!

Way overpriced! No help at all unless you spend over $1k. Just stop to ask about a marble backsplash in small bathroom. They stuck their nose up and said we dont need small jobs.

Gage and Ommi were awesome! They called me and asked if they could show up early to complete the granite work in our basement and were super professional. They allowed my wife and I too see the granite in the spaces before they finalized everything and when there was an issue with one of the pieces Mac our sales person was super responsive. They rushed the new piece of granite and what would have taken two weeks was less than a week and they were back to install it. Gage was super informative and allowed me to ask a million questions while he was working. Their great personalities were much needed after three months of renovations! I will definitely recommend planet granite to all of our friends and hopefully they will get Gage and Ommi to do their installs!!!

Planet Granite was positively the most outstanding experience Ive ever had in purchasing a new counter! Despite the fact I had already purchased a counter at another location -- when that other place notified me they would be adding more charges to my invoice for things I wanted (such as rounded corners) - I decided to check out Planet Granite. I was exceedingly happy with what I found!! Not only was Planet Granite the same price per square foot for granite (compared to the inferior solid material I was planning to get at the other place), but Planet Granites counter tops automatically came with the additional details I wanted, (such as the rounded corners)! I cancelled my order at the other location and purchased a superior material at Planet Granite for $500 less!!Installation was seamless. Ryan & Jose were excellent, professional, and efficient!

We were very impressed with the way Planet Granite conducted their operation. We did get an estimate from another local company but they didnt seem as professional and organized as Planet Granite. In fact, we would have paid $1,200 more for a similar product. The install team was fantastic. They didnt waste any time and were very professional and friendly. The counters were a perfect fit, thanks to their meticulous measurements. The install crew answered all our questions and left our kitchen neat and clean. Kudos to everyone at Planet Granite!

Great experience start to finish. We shopped around a bit, but their pricing and selection were both far superior. The team did a great job making sure we got exactly the look we were aiming for. The install was literally seamless (seriously, people have to look to find the seam between cuts.)

Amazing, personal customer service, great end product and professionalism at a better price.We cannot say enough good things about Planet Granite. We started our process through Home Depot who treated us like we should be thanking them and that we were being a hassle. Their prices were outrageous nickel and diming for every little thing. At the same time could not guarantee that they could do our island in a single piece then turn around and said they would have to charge for XL delivery. I digress, Planet Granite talked with us about our concerns and made us comfortable with moving forward. They had flexible payment options and they had the absolute best price around.Jon Abbot was our salesmen who was wonderful to work with. Answered our emails quickly and made sure we always had someone to talk to even on his day off. I forget names now but everyone from the scheduler to the template to the measurement were all extremely professional and all acted like they appreciated our business when in reality it was OUR pleasure working with them.The negative reviews on here to me is a complete different experience than we had and I would not hold onto those.

Mike and Derek (I believe was his name) or crew 3 just finished my install, and Im very pleased. My money has been well spent, on their labor and granite. All the cuts were spot on, everything flows and I really appreciated the time and attention to detail Mike had when doing this install. I have worked my butt off doing this remodel, and these guys came in and treated this job as if it was their own home. Making sure everything looked as good as it possibly could before leaving. I have had other contract labors come in on different jobs, slap stuff together collect and leave with no regards. Thats not what I got with planet granite and this crew. I was some what sceptical at first because of signing all of the documents over email, then had to deal with two different sales reps for some reason. That being said, they did an incredible job. Looks amazing, can hardly see the seams, edges look great. We are very satisfied and will be back for more!

Our first contact person was Clayton, a very good start. Dan and Rob were our installers. We couldn’t have had more affable and most importantly, very competent skilled craftsmen. We did not write down the name of the gentleman who did our measurements but the cuts were perfect and that’s not an exaggeration. All in all we could not have had a better experience.

We picked Planet Granite after seeing all the quartz and granite installations at the Parade of Homes. My husband examined all the seams in each countertop and the Planet Granite seams were the least noticeable. We couldnt be happier with our granite. Planet Granite were the all-stars of our remodel!! Starting with Ash and then with the installation crew, Devin, Jordan and Jay, and finishing up with Luke. You guys all killed it and did a spectacular job in every aspect of the sale and installation. Great product and spectacular service and installation to follow it up!A concern going into this purchase was how the seam would turn out. Devin nailed it!!! I dont even notice it or think about it. Luke did an amazing job on the polishing in the J&J and no notice of the scratches at all.

My experience was a bit unusual, in that I am in CT and my 3 bathrooms in Colorado Springs needed granite counter tops and sinks. I worked with Meredith Smarr over the telephone. Within a few weeks, my counter tops were measured up, cut to perfection and installed many miles away. My husband went out to check on final touches before our closing and sent me the most beautiful photos. Thank you Meredith for your patience and prompt responses to all my needs in picking out granite and sinks over the telephone. UPDATE: Upon becoming aware of the difficulty that I experienced with the hole that was drilled to the incorrect size in my vanity top, Planet Granite immediately contacted me and made it right. They were extremely apologetic for the issue that I experienced and went above and beyond to insure that I was completely satisfied with all aspects of their work. I was already happy with the product, now I have to say that the customer service that I experienced with Planet Granite is second to none. I did a lot of research and went to four other granite places before I went to Planet Granite. I had a superb experience with Planet Granite. I worked with Jarvis. He was a great sales person and listen to what I wanted. He showed me two pieces of granite that were almost what I wanted. After the second piece he said I think I know exactly what you want. He took me into the warehouse, and he was spot on. The piece he showed me was perfect. The entire process took me less than an hour. Jarvis was extremely efficient and a true professional.Installation went well. There were a few issues, but the installation crew was extremely good and handled all my questions and all the issues on the spot. After the installation I noticed two hairline cracks and called Jarvis. He had Todd come out and fix the cracks. He did a great job and the countertops just make my kitchen cabinets look outstanding. The entire kitchen is absolutely beautiful. We used different contractors recently for different projects, and Planet Granite comes to the top of the rating. Evelyn was responsive and great. The installers came always on time, and they even called to report that they will be 10 minutes late! They did all we asked for, and no complaints from us. We have beautiful kitchen and vanity counter tops from PG.

Was on my way to work 6/22 around 8:10am on Fillmore and your Employee driving pulled out in front of me causing me to slam on brakes and get over in the other lane so I was not to fun into the back of your company vehicle. I don’t appreciate this reckless driving.

We were very pleased with every step of the process with Planet Granite. Everyone was super helpful in ensuring the look of the end product would be what we wanted. This was the easiest part of our entire project. Would definitely consider using them in the future.

Service and product was good. Timeliness was disappointing. Before we signed the contract, we asked how long it would take from measure to install and the salesman said 2-3 weeks. We were happy with this time frame so we signed the contract and processed payment. However, actual time from measure to install was 5 ½ weeks. Admittedly, we did have to sign a waiver since we were having our floors done while the granite was cut. However, the salesman waited a week before sending this waiver. After signing the waiver (same day it was received), we were contacted three days later to schedule the install. The first available appointment was then four weeks later. We would have gone with another company that was delivering product within 2-3 weeks, but if we canceled our order, they would have charged us a 25% restocking fee.

Beware slight color variation - it can mean totally different color. On the up side, the customer service we received from Mac was excellent. He was friendly and helpful to correct the problem quickly and with a positive attitude. I am looking forward to the new countertops.

I had Planet Granite repair a 125-year old piece of marble from a bedroom set that my 94-year old mother has had in her possession for decades. It was broken in a move to another apartment and I didnt know where to turn. I called many places and turned to Planet Granite because they had done such an excellent job on our kitchen granite a couple of years ago.The marble was broken right in the middle. Planet Granite not only repaired the piece, they polished it and made it look like new. It is very, very difficult to find where the break occurred because they not only matched the color, they filled in the break with colors that match the variations in color, the veins were matched with unbelievable precision. I will tell others, especially museums and places needing superior work.Thank you for doing it in a timely fashion and sending Devin and Juddy to install it. I understand that Xander did the work on the marble and I cant thank him enough.It is truly a pleasure to work with Planet Granite.

Meredith Smarr helped my wife and me with a really large kitchen island, a bar top and another kitchen counter. We were really pleased with their help in selecting which parts of the stone slab would be used and in their installation. This year, we are starting on a bathroom remodel and will be back at Planet Granite for our stone.

Ive tried to use these guys on two jobs. The first time they did a bid for time they accidentally added my countertop square footage to be about 10sqft extra resulting in $800 high in their bid. Convenient. Tried to give these guys another try. Went in for a bid they said well have those numbers tomorrow! Called them three times. Nothing.

I cant comment on anything other that i didnt get past first base as ive been laying granite for over 10 years in california and im here in colorado helping my aunt remodle her kitchen and looking for some fair prices on slabs and from all the reviews this seemed like the place to go..... then was told they only sell to licenced fabrictors.... ummm 10years working for several differnt companys as well as for myself and ive never heard of haveing a lic to lay stone. Maybe its a stte or county law i duno but point being they dont sell granite slabs to the general public without haveing a background check first ohhh i ment a licance. My bad

We could not be more pleased with our new granite countertops. From our visits to the shop (the selection was wonderful, sales (Justin & Mark), scheduling, templating (Ryan), installation (Luke & Chris), every step went without a hitch. We were impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown us the whole way through. Even though we were a small job no one made us feel less important. Planet Granite must be a great place to work as everyone we met there seemed to like their jobs!

Long story: We went to a Pueblo granite shop and found a type of granite that was close to what we wanted, but not quite. It was called Valle Nevado. So, we approached a local granite installer who referred us to Planet Granite so we could look at different slabs. After walking around the yard, we selected Crema Carmel because its has a beige hue and not much in the way of black specks. My wife didnt like the bigger black specks much and wanted a beige color to match our flooring. Our cabinets were white, so I asked my wife several times, while standing in front of the slab we chose, Are you sure you dont want something more white? She responded No., so we chose Crema Carmel granite.We received a sample that matched the slab we saw from our salesman. He was a really nice guy and very helpful and even wrote Crema Carmel on the back of the sample.So, the installers installed the granite, saying it was Crema Carmel. It was almost identical to what we did NOT want from the previous granite lot and was most certainly NOT Crema Carmel. We contacted our local installer who took pictures of our sample and the countertop and sent them to Planet Granite. Planet Granites response was that its natural stone and there are normal variants, so what we got WAS indeed Crema Carmel. I explained to the local dealer, then to a representative at Planet Granite that I understood what they were saying, but that this was not a case of variance. This was a completely different type of granite. Different color, different pattern. I noticed that it very closely resembled the granite that we did NOT want, so I researched it online and saw that the granite I received was identical to Valle Nevado, not Crema Carmel. Its bright white with gray and larger black specks, not beige with smaller black specks. Big difference. One looks gray, the other brownish. I was told by Planet Granite that the Valle Nevado grayish colors are now more popular than the beige so they call it Crema Carmel. That didnt make any sense, so I pushed back and kept getting the same answer. I explained this to the owner of the company that referred me to Planet Granite and he agreed that renaming one granite to another type of granite didnt make any sense at all. Each granite has a different name for easy identification. They dont switch names. The granite comes from MSI. MSIs website shows Crema Carmel as identical to my sample and what we picked on the lot @ Planet Granite, not white, not with big black specks, not with gray specks.In the end, Planet Granite said they did everything right. They were not willing to do anything about my insistence that they gave me the wrong granite....they didnt investigate or offer anything for installing the wrong slab. Also, they never put our name on the slab we looked at, something that other places do it turns out. That would have solved this problem.So, the story ends with me going to Home Depot and looking at their granite display. The granite that I received is right next to the granite of my sample which is also the one we picked out. If I could have even been 1% unsure, I wasnt after that. They were, without any doubt, two different granites, just like I tried to tell Planet Granite. I made Planet Granite aware of this, but they dismissed it and referred me back to my local installer. Because of all this, the local installer gave me a break on the price. Planet Granite washed their hands of it and did not help in any way, even though I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right.To Planet Granites credit, the installer said this has never happened before with Planet Granite, but Google reviews have one other example of this exact same thing happening. (they fixed that one). Im not sure what happened, but I do know with 100% certainty, that what we have is not what we picked out and that Planet Granite was not willing to acknowledge this....EDIT: and they still havent acknowledged this three months later.

We are furious with the poor quality of stone and craftsmanship that we received from Planet Granite. They didnt have a slab big enough for our 10 foot island, so they put a seam two feet into our island. The seam is atrocious. Their technicians came to look at the issue and agreed it was subpar and that the edges of the granite were probably damaged in delivery, hence the ugly ends of the seam. However, they will not fix their mistake. They are putting the blame on our builder, when in reality if they would have provided a quaility product to start with we wouldnt need to fix anything. Please save yourself some misery (and money) and look elsewhere for a granite specialist who offers flawless stone, provides quaility crftsmanship, and who stands behind their work and product.

From selection with Jarvis to install with crew 9 Ryan, Joe and Jose it was a great experience, the only area which warranted a 4* was minor issues with cuts but everything else was a 5* thank you.

The staff from the sales, estimators, to installers were very professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with.
