From the start to the finish Rockstar communicated and kept me informed as to the progress and status of my installation. The installers were professional, friendly, informative and made sure I was completely educated on how to care for my countertops.

Called in multiple times to get my countertop repaired because one of the seams cracked (rockstar did original install). Called in to get a repair request and was told they would call be back with a time. Week later called in again and they told me to email them photos. Emailed them pictures as they asked, and got put on the schedule 3 weeks later. Called in day of install to get time frame when they would come out, and i wasnt on the schedule. Was told another 3 weeks.

I ordered some granite, they came out and installed it. Did a great job!. They stood behind their work, they came back to do some things they forgot to do immediately.

Unbelievably quick service at a very reasonable rate. Shopped around to have a sink reset and they were by far the lowest and did a very professional job within days, that is hard to find these days.

We have a very expensive home in the Broadmoor Resort. When we bought the house, we had these amazing stair cases that were covered in carpet. We had Thomas do every stair in marble and the job is TV reality ready. They are the first thing that every person who walks into our home Stops in amazement. We are now remodeling the entire 12,000 sq ft place and Thomas has done a bathroom in sandstone and again unbelievable workmanship. We are in the process of doing the entire kitchen and a special made dinning room table that sits18 and the top is all marble. I would never use anyone else. Thank you Thomas and your team for making me and my very hard to please husband extremely happy.

I only call on Rockstar Marble and Granite for my counter and vanity top needs. I am always pleased with their finished product and customer service whice is very important to me as a whole home contractor

100% happy with Rockstar. They worked with us while we had constructions issues, saved us buying another sheet of granite. Very thoughtful on how the granite was cut for my islands. They arrived on time and on the date they said they would be here. They were very careful in my kitchen with the installation. I would absolutely use them again for future granite needs.

We are not happy with the join in our granite countertop fabricated by Rockstar. They came back twice to fix it but a sharp line is still clearly visible from the door 18 ft away and looking at the line 90 degrees off you can see a shadow either side of the line from at least the same distance. Very disappointing. After consulting with other sources seams should not be visible from a distance.

We booked a month in advance to have our granite installed. On the day that they were supposed to come out and do the measurements for our countertops, they did not show and would not answer. At the end of the day after our first appointment they finally answered, and said that they pushed a big corporation in front of us. They never called or emailed us to inform us of the change in our appointment. Now we are not able to put our house up for sale until two weeks after we wanted to, because they didnt have the common decency to let us know when they changed our appointment. I rarely leave reviews on anything, just wanted to let everybody know that this is how they handle their scheduling. I have a lot of friends that are selling their houses and having granite installed. I will let them know to absolutely stay away from this company.

Horrible and horrible customer service called several times talked to receptionist was told many times Thomas owner would get me in for a fitting and not even a call back 👎👎👎
