MTM is great to work with, they were prompt with scheduling in home quote appt. Follow up was appropriate, no pressure. When I was finally ready (cabinet delays), they were able to schedule me in quickly for laser measurements and within 2 weeks for install. Which is pretty fast considering all the delays with Covid. Sergio & Frank were my installers and they were very professional, polite/friendly and communicated throughout the install, answering any questions I had. They made sure to confirm drawings and measurements matched the stone and advised before making any adjustments due to my homes wonky walls! I highly recommend MTM, the entire team is awesome.

We moved into a house that needed lots of work and Marino Tile did an amazing job with all of the countertops we replaced. We had to do a big island and they made sure we used a product that had no seams to make sure it looked perfect! We replaced several bathroom tops and laundry room tops with beautiful pieces that fit all of our needs and wants! Management was fantastic- checking in to see how things were going along the way and if we were pleased as the work was being done! Great prices and product!! They were easy to work with and had great communication! I highly recommend them and keep referring them to friends and family! A great company to work with!

MTM installed my granite countertops in the kitchen and on my fireplace. They did an excellent job !!! Frankie and Sergio did the installation and they were fantastic !!! Our counters look great, however we cannot use our sink because it completely flooded our under sink area and floor. We are awaiting their response. I’ll update review if it is resolved satisfactorily.

Marino was hired to install tile in several different locations of my building as they were the most cost friendly installers in the CO Springs area.After 2 weeks on site their crew proved to be incompetent and was later removed and replaced by another crew based on my request.The new crew wasnt any better and the end result was going through several tile crews (at least 3) with the end result remaining the same - poor attention to detail and lack of quality. Its as if Marino hires any Joe Smoe off the street and lets them be a part of their tile crew. With that being said these tile crews had no management by Marino whatsoever and inevitably messed up layout, pattern and direction of tile on several occasions which resulted in tearing down tile and replacing it. I had to go through and personally show their crews how the tile should be set, what did I hire Marino for?After addressing my concerns with management - It all boiled down to Marino followed standard TCNA practices and wouldnt correct any of their deficient work, they argued cost and at one point their executive level management even aggressively screamed expletives in my face after I pointed out that I wanted cracked and chipped tile replaced and their caulked joints looked like a 3 year old did it. What kind of leadership is that?Moral of the story: If you have a small project, buy a tile saw and watch a couple youtube videos...guarantee you could do it better yourself.Larger Project? Cost is relative to quality as Ive learned the hard way...Go with a reputable company even if they run a little more expensive.If you dont believe me read the other reviews on Google. Marino responds trying to defend their position as opposed to trying to offer a solution.I wouldnt trust Marino to tile a freaking doghouse. My dog deserves better..Update: As the response shows below. When things get ugly they deny ever working with you. What a joke.

We hired MTM to replace our kitchen countertops and tile our backsplash. We are very happy with the professionalism and quality of work performed. Our new kitchen is beautiful! Jimmie really helped us plan and decide on designs and colors. She is very experienced in tile and countertops. Every step of the process from design to completion was well coordinated and professionally executed. Kudos to Jimmie, Diego, Sean, Tom, and the rest of the crew at MTM! We would highly recommend this business. We are lucky to have them in Colorado Springs.

Install quality is very bad, The Owner and his son are disrespectful when communicate and they never wanted to believe that their work quality was below the average.

Great experience for our new kitchen countertops. The final price was what they quoted, they showed up when they said they were going to, and they followed up after the job was done to see if everything turned out to our satisfaction. The final product looked fantastic, couldnt ask for anything more.

Wow, I cannot say enough good about marino provided and installed new Cambia counters in my kitchen in my denver home. My wife and I were so blown away by the quality of the fabrication and the professionalism of the install, we then hired them to replace all of our tops in the rest of our home. After that they replaced all of our tops in our mountain residence and could not be more satisfied. Definitely 5 star company woth the install to match

Terrible, low quality work, do not use. Marino replaced my countertops in the master bath with quartz. Countertops are fine, but the work was terrible. Not only did they not replace the faucets, but they lost parts to the sink to make it difficult for me to replace them. And they tried to caulk around the new counter but failed miserably - uneven, open spaces, bad work. Do not use this company.

Marino Tile did our kitchen counters in September! We had a fantastic recommendation from neighbors who had them do their kitchen this summer. They delivered an incredibly competitive bid in a timely manner and everyone was so professional. We were hoping the job was going to go as well as the experience with the sales staff as we were hosting a huge fundraiser here the week after the installation. They demoed the kitchen on a Wednesday, installed a five slab kitchen on Thursday and Friday had all the plumbing and loose end tied up. We couldn’t be happier with Marino Tile and Marble of Colorado. Highly recommend them!

MTM is the best! They installed new granite kitchen countertops in our home on March 11th. We met Jimmie Stapp at the MTM booth at a home show in Colorado Springs. They had a special on the granite and marble, We gave Jimmie a diagram and approximate size of our kitchen countertops to be replaced. She gave us an excellent deal on replacing them with granite. We interviewed six other companies and none of them came close to what MTMs quote was. Carlos came out and did the exact measurements. What a Professional, intelligent and courteous, young man Carlos is in his area of expertise. Diego is a true man with integrity! He called us to say that the granite for our countertops didnt pass his quality control it had cracks in it that could not be repaired and they wouldnt be able to install, but would reorder and get our installation done within the next five days. Kept his word! KUDOS!!! Eduardo and Migual did an excellent job installing the countertops. I cant say enough about Jimmie Stapp. She is a true gem of a treasure for MTM! She handled all our emails, phone calls, texts with such professionalism and excellent customer services. She is very knowledgeable and always answered in a timely manner. Contact MTM you wont be dissappointed! You will love your new granite countertops!
