If you need Tender Loving Care then TLC is fit you.I’m only giving 4 stars because everyone complains about whomever dies the landscaping. They may see it and think this is my favorite. I do have favorites, many in different areas

Really appreciate the expertise, professional approach, honest estimate with specifics, and terrific communication. Tom and the TLC staff made our experience easy by working around our schedules and explaining each step in the process. We had a drainage project done to eliminate standing water on side of our house and the install went smooth. Team was on time, very courteous to my daughter as she watched, and cleaned up nicely after install. Well done TLC and thank you again!

TLC came out to install a drainage system tied into our gutters. With the houses being so close together it was always wet/muddy on the sides, now it’s dry and my kids can get into the backyard! They also installed plants in the front that look great! Very knowledgeable and great people!

TLC Property Maintenance does an impeccable job that far surpasses other Landscaping companies. They came out the same week I asked for a total landscaping redo on my personal home for a great price. Workers were polite and friendly. They even helped us save money in the long run by installing state of the art technology on my irrigation system and reducing the amount of plants we originally wanted. Very eco friendly company. My wife was very pleased with the overall experience which makes me happy. A friend of mine lives in a community in East Lake Woodlands where they do the maintenance and his place looks fabulous all the time. I 100% recommend TLC for all Landscaping needs.

Great place to work! This is a family owned business and they make sure you are treated like family. I enjoy coming to work and interacting with my co-workers. Also, they like to promote from within so you are able to grow with the company. The end of the year holiday party is so much fun and they make sure the employees know how much they are appreciated for all of their hard work.

We are an 86 home community called Whispering Lakes of which required an entire demo and new look to our front entrance along with common area landscape maintenance. TLC was one of many interviewed however won the contract because they are versatile, friendly, honest, and they back their words and products. We further hired TLC to install all new irrigation and front entrance LED lighting. Each field individual is knowledgeable and is ready to discuss options openly, not in sales pitch way. Special mention goes out to lead manager Buddy Bell for making our transition smooth and easy, and to Aministrative Rep Devyn DeJesus who can answer any question you need a swift response to.

Absolutely fantastic company! They cut the lawn at my HOA and always do an excellent job. They did some individual tree work and miscellaneous landscaping for me and I’m beyond impressed with the work and the affordable pricing! Their communication during the entire process was excellent. I really appreciated the text feature they had, it was very convenient for me to text them with any questions/concerns I had and get a timely response!

I am the Community President at St Tropez Condominium on Countryside Blvd in Clearwater, FL. TLC does an outstanding job maintaining our property! I have had approx. 10 different landscapers over 37 years of living on this property and no other compares to TLC. TLC rocks on everything in regards to mowing, trimming, new landscape and Irrigation. Communication is wonderful! TLC has been doing the landscaping for our Townhouse Complex for the past 3 years. They have not only provided great service, but have been responsive and easy to communicate with. TLC has greatly improved and continues to improve the appearance of our property.

I have been using this company for over 12 years and they have exceeded my expectations. Our association love the TLC they give our property. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond what is expected. Plus they are friendly.

TLC services our HOA and performs excellent work. The workers are skilled, efficient and cordial. Specifically Buddy Bell is very accommodating and super to work with. On behalf of our HOA I highly recommend them. We have been extremely happy with their services

TLC is terrible at property maintenance. They routinely cover cars in dirt and leaves in our complex.Their employees covered my car in dirt and debris which damaged my vehicle.The managers at TLC are completely unprofessional, evasive, and refused to provide their insurance information to meI contacted my leasing office and reported it immediately. Unfortunately I rinsed off my car before realizing the TLC workers had caused damage to the paint.This is a common complaint against this company. There are negative yelp reviews dating back until at least 2017.TLC is careless and does not accept responsibility for their employees actions.Cancel your service and change providers if you use TLC. Everyone in our complex has issues with the way they damage vehicles when blowing the dirt and leaves.I personally plan on recording video over the next few months and suing the owners of the company.

Worst property maintenance company I ever had the displeasure to be serviced by.Unprofessional employees blow dirt and leaves all over the parked cars in our community. Owners complain to the managers and employees but they don’t care.When I called their office the staff and management were extremely rude and unhelpful.Getting the job done fast and collecting the money seems to be the most important thing to this company.They have no customer service skills and the work they do provide is not that great. They hack the bushes when they trim them, and they leave large bald spots in the lawn.

Ridge Groves Condos have used TLC for over ten years and our grounds always look amazing! TLC staff and their do great work and their company always gets back to you if you have any problems.

I cant express how amazing TLC Property Maintenance is. If I had to describe their work in a single word, it would have to be Eutopia! Keep it up guys!

TLC does an EXCELLENT job on the property. They are extremely professional and easy to communicate with.

Grass clippings and leaves blown all over cars. Mowing is not good. Bare areas in grass. All the bushes are cut crooked and uneven. I called but the office manager was a very rude woman.

TLC had a statement on their proposal that they are …committed to provide professional quality Landscape services at competitive prices ..that exceeds the needs of everyone who demands value and reliability…It iS true!!As an Architect, I can be difficult and precise in my needs wants and desires. Tommy Edwards IV not only provided timely, quality workmanship, and mature plants, but also thought beyond and enhanced my original plans. They could have taken the extra shell back, to use on another job, instead they manicured my entire front yard, also using plants in other areas then specified. I highly recommend TLC, they are honest to a fault, creative and dependable.

Good thing these people put their website on their truck... As they drive 70mph on 275... With their dog hanging off the back of the bed of the truck. Because theres not 2 feet of space inside your 4 door crew cab?If they dont care about the safety of their own pet, I cant imagine they care about the safety of my property.

This company does our HOA and they are the worst landscaping company Ive ever experienced. How hard is it to cut your yard without leaving bald spots from turning the commercial mowers in cirlces, or keeping their blades sharp to cut the grass evenly. And cutting headges, is hallarious, until they cut all the flowers of our hibiscus, azalias and several others. But I must say what tops the list is when they drive their trucks and trailers thru our yard, leaving huge ruts and say it wasnt them! Not once, not twice, but this is the 10th time! We have been waiting a year for the grass fields to dry, so they can get tucks into the fields and deliver/replace the grass the destroyed. How unintelligent do they think people are?I have tried to contact the company reps and they are as worthless as the employees they have desteoying the property they get paid to give TLC( Total Lack of Care-TLC). You are Extreamly unprofessional.Now this is not something that has started recently, this has been going on for over a year! Their support and customer sevice is more than lacking and not worth any amount of investment of time or money in partnering with them.Our HOA is working to end this relationship so I would asvise anyone to look elsewhere.Feel free to reply if you think this is untrue or unfounded information. At leat you would be contacting me. I challange you to respond!At this point, if I can stop you from getting one client it wont be enough!

Dont know about the company, but their driver is very wrevkless. Almost size swiped my car forcing me to let him in on a merge road. rather then wait for opening he sped to end of merge. came within inchesof hitting whole side of my suv. This happened 5/17, keystone/tarpon rd. truck licemce plate 867yux

While this company does cut and edge grass satisfactorily, any task beyond that is a serious problem...a situation resulting from poor management and aloof ownership. If you are looking for complete property maintenance service...including shrub and tree trimming, weed and pest control, fertilization, irrigation inspection and service, and plant and shrub installation... and you dont want to manage these projects yourself and you dont want to be nickeled and dimed to death, look elsewhere...you will keep your sanity!

Asked for an estimate and the receptionist seemed non interested on a 1 acre new landscaping project, even though the web site says residential.

Dont work for these people. They are unscrupulous! They will do everything they can to cheat you. Beware of hiring them also.
