Amanda was very helpful and friendly. This was my first storage experience. Everything was explained to me very clearly. She was patient with my questions and walked the property and showed me storage areas. She even went to the gate and had me punch in my customized entry code to make sure things went smoothly. I definitely recommend this place! Seems very secure (even the staircases have their own code), and the staff are very organized and also caring.

I went hear this morning because I needed a quick storage and iam super Glade I choose here, Amanda & Chris where super nice and super friendly and great as a team. Plus how fast I got in and out was even awesome .... Glade to know that they will be working here if I every need anything are have questions I will definitely put out there word if anyone is ever in need....

My experience with extra space has been short-lived but the service was unmatched from the moment I walked in the door it was flawless. The lady at the front desk who devotes all her time to the place and the one who rented to me was very characteristic she was kind courteous with a sense of humor she was very prompt without making you feel rushed so overall I give the place of five star and her six star I recommend it so if you need extra space well the name says it all

Nice Clean Big Storage Units. Also the staff is there to help you as best as they can and recommend you the best size of storage that would be just right for you. They dont only try to tell you that you need a bigger storage unit if you dont need it, They’ll recommend smaller size if thats the case which is nice because they ain’t trying to dig money out your pocket. Very roomy, large spaces, very clean and the security is good. A code to come in and to get out. I do suggest more lighting, cameras and guard because of the area. The gate can be easily hopped over and what if it were ladies with kids unloading. I went at dark, and late in the evening. It was quiet, and we werent in danger but the feeling of being safe would help to those who cannot defend themselves. Over all its all good, plus the 1st month free deal its great

I have used this storage facility before and they are EXCELLENT! Very professional, organized, and friendly. They immediately address your needs the minute you walk in the door! I came back to use this facility because of the exceptional service I received in the past.Today I was waited on by a very nice gentleman by the name of Hugo. I could not have been more pleased. Hugo was friendly and quite the professional! I love the fact that while being highly efficient, Hugo was also quite expedient in providing high quality service to me! I was quite pleased, because I had many other matters to attend to today, and this allowed me to get in and out with no worries!Would definitely recommend this storage facility to family and friends!!

Great help the minute I walked in the door

I had this storage for almost 2yrs maybe 3 and not once did they ever tell me that my stuff would be Auction off if I had a late payment. I had contact with them one a month. They told me they were going to change the lock due to people breaking in the units, I said okay that fine. I come to pick up my stuff today and realized I was missing a lot of big things. I told them and they said my unit did get broken into so that means they stoled my things. They said they couldnt do anything about it. Horrible place!!! And they are so rude and careless about other people

Very quick and easy transaction. They require insurance that is not listed as part of the rate, but still, their starting rates are low enough to where that isn’t really an issue to me. We went in last weekend and were out within 20 minutes. The lady who helped us was friendly and made the experience pleasant.

For the most part, storage facilities offer the same list of amenities and services. The costs here at Extra Space in Colton were competitive for the area, and the units clean and well maintained. It is usually the staff which make a business really stand out ... and such is the case here. They took the time to carefully present the storage opportunities they had available, as well as go through the process of accessing the property and our storage unit. And, no matter my concern or question, they always get back to me with a positive and timely response. Offering caring professionalism you dont usually find now days, Im very happy I chose this facility and I wouldnt hesitate a second in recommending them!

Rented here over 7 years ago. I went in recently to inquire about their Refer-a-Friend program. I have to say, customer service is top priority to the manager, Christy. She was super nice and very helpful. Her professionalism and courteousness was sky-high! So now Ill be referring all my friends!

Great place! Wouldn’t take my laundry card for payment, not allowed to store dead bodies but hey they’re really nice!

DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE! My fathers ashes were mistakenly and illegally sold and then thrown in the trash and the manager Amanda was very rude and dismissive when she informed me. She hung up on me after saying theres nothing she can do. Not even an apology or any sympathy. I expected better from a place that charges more then the other storage facilities in the area and I was very dissappointed. Worst experience of my life.
