Ive been here for 2 years and every 6 months they raised my storage unit price... I started at $64. And ended up paying $98 before I moved out..

We have a storage here for more then 2 years and they never have lights they always say that there going to fix it and never did.. Full of lies about that maybe they want to save energy and and also storage is pretty expensive and we at least deserve a good light for every aisle...

Good place to store your things! Ive had my storage unit here for almost 2 years now. I do not have any complaints. Its always easy to get in and out. The property is always clean. My things are just the way I left them. They are reasonably priced. Long as you pay your bill on time, you should never have any issues like me.**** NOTE****This specific location does get a ton of dust. They told me BEFORE I ever started renting. They were right. Make sure you cover any and everything you dont want dust on!

Public Storage is going down in services and online payments are always declining checking or debt payments. The telephone service fees is $20.00 for payments and other service fee $10.00 to makes payments. Now, they want let you when online service is down or not working or deleting payment information. They have an scam so I makes late payments fees. I believe they have financial issues. The manager were very argumentative and always quick putting a lien on the storage unit even when it’s their faults. Bad review will look for another storage and they tell you they have rats and mixes in the units. They owe me money for stolen items and damages from rats. Two years ago I reported the rat issues and damage my items in the storage. They did not return call nor email about the damages. No food, clothing, furnitures and other etc..

From the moment I entered the property, I was impressed. The grounds were clean, neat, and free of debris. Once inside the office, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. My customer service representative, Claire, was both informative and helpful. She guided me through the process of securing my storage unit, showed me two options for rental, and helped me decide which unit best suited my needs. I would recommend this Public Storage to anyone in the San Bernardino and Riverside areas.

Jen was absolutely amazing. She was able to help me with a release and conveyance form, that saved my things from being auctioned off. As a result, I am now able to get access to the unit that has my things. Started with an online reservation. When meeting to start move in was greeted by friendly staff and helped to find the right size of storage that suited my needs. They saved me about $60 an month if i had stayed with the size i had originally chose. I only needed a storage for a short time and they helped close out my account when it was time. Thank you Fairway P.S. for the good customer service.

Clair is such an exceptional employee. She was so professional and knowledgeable. The property was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend renting at this facility.

Overall, a good deal all around, as long as you start your contract during a special or sale or promotion. I was very thankful for management being so understanding about me making my payments late due to personal struggles...they always were willing to work something out with me and that really meant a lot to me. I have to admit that all of their employees that I ever dealt with had excellent communication skills and were determined to reach me when the need arose...email, phone calls, snail mail - all were options made available, and all of which I utilized at one point or another.I held a unit here for the last couple of years, up until this month, and I never had any sort of issues during my stay. Hours were fairly wide open; so I had access to my things from nearly sun-up to just after sun-down. PLEASE - MAKE SURE YOU ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF THE GATES BY 9PM, SHARP! OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EXIT AT ALL! (And good luck with trying to get hold of anyone after hours...hopefully you have some tools on hand so you can make your escape, lol.) Units were fairly clean - no pests or evidence of any in or around my unit but be prepared for a LOT of dust and dirt to be blown in through your units door.Keep in mind that pricing does not include the required lock and it may be further required that you purchase one of theirs - that depends on the unit you chose; insurance coverage on your belongings was also not advertised as a requirement but per their contracts IT IS A MUST in order to rent any of their space - personally, I found this as more of a reassurance than anything else though.If I was in need of an affordable place to quickly store my things again, without worry on my behalf, I would no doubt rent another unit here, or any branch of this business for that matter (as Ive rented units elsewhere under the same company with nearly identical results - ACE!)
