I chose it by chance, but after I dealt with staff, I realized I did a good choice. The manager is very nice and she is so discreet to sort out everything as appropriate. They also keep watching your stuff stay safe and sound.

Monique and her assistant Heidi are THE BEST in the business! They literally do everything they can to help serve your needs. They had to get really creative with my unique situation to make sure I was happy and if I had more hands Id give more than 2 thumbs up! Love them!

As an Uber Driver.. rest stops are very important.. Trojan Storage has the BEST bathrooms EVER!! If you want the best service at the lowest price, Trojan Storage is your answer. At Trojan Storage in Colton CA, the manager (Monique) reserved a unit for me over the phone with just the small admin. fee. The rent didnt start until I moved items into the unit days later. This is my fourth time renting from Trojan Storage, have used other facilities in the past, once you rent from Trojan Storage you would not consider going anywhere else. Thanks Monique.

When it comes to storage centers you really get the feeling that these people care. On site personnel are constantly making rounds and insuring the property is secure. The staff are helpful and will go out of their way to see that your storage needs are met. Most of my dealings were with a lady named Monique who really seemed to be in touch and familiar with the many customers there. If there is a such thing as a passionate Storage Manager then this has to be her. Rates are very fair and what was most important to me is that this facility is nestled between three major freeways which made my stops here semi convenient. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the area looking to store their stuff for a time.

I moved in a week ago and this place is phenominal! I also rented here before with the previous owners and let me tell you, the new owners Trojan Storage have revamped this location, new paint, new roll up doors, and metal doors, etc. I have had the experience here that no other storage place has provided, excellent customer service, and their specials are awsome! Love and trust my things to be stored here! And their awesome referral program is GREAT!!!! Extra money in my pocket the more I refer customers to them!!!Great location!
