We went to try the Kimchi that I hear so many good things about. The kimchi was very good.We were able to find everything that we were looking for, plus a few other items.The staff was very friendly, and helpful.

Our family has been going here since 1985 and we love it.Hyundai has so many awesome products including home made Korean food items.It is located close to Fort Jackson so all you soldiers who served in Korea can easily head over and get your Korean food fix. There is even a Korean restaurant right next door that serves authentic Korean dishes.

This store is awesome! Very well stocked with everything you need from instant noodles to sauces, starches, seafood and more. They make their kimchi in house and it is amazing and delicious. This is the best Asian grocery store in the Columbia area, probably in the whole state.

This is a great store. They carry items you cant get a Kroger. We stop in a buy at least once a month. The selection and service is great.

Ive been going to this grocery store for a decade or so. Good amount of Korean foods . Their Kim Chi is so good, better than all those in the grocery stores. Lots of banchan.

I can find what I need and more here. I like the variety of things you can get here. Though I usually get food staples for certain recipes from here, they have fresh foods and frozen options too. If you need containers or utensils, they have that also. This has been my favorite Asian grocery store for over a decade.

Good little oriental food store. Its located on the corner of a strip mall near the restaurant, Kimchi, you could miss it. It smelled delicious inside. Very good selection of korean chili powder, as well as napa cabbage and daikon for your DIY kimchi ingredients. They also have in house made goods and lunch specials, I bought the kimchi pancakes and cucumber kimchi. They have a good variety of sweets, candies, gummies, Pocky and rice crackers. The gentleman behind the corner was nice and gave us this little Korean drink, it was delightful.

Very clean & unlike many other grocery stores they dont have that strong smell so definitely a plus. I love the selection of tea that they sell. The noodles are my thing & here you have a large selection to choose from.They have a healthy version energy drink there that I love!!! If you guys havent tried it you should definitely give it a try.

If you are looking to try new Korean recipes this is the store that has all of the main ingredients you will need, and they also have a big selection of popular snacks and foods you see on social media! I always pick up some of their ready to eat foods they have in the front 😃

Ive been a customer of this place since 2004. I agree that this grocery store is the best in South Carolina in terms of service, quality and taste. Youre correct and Kimchi is the best and genuine. Its even better than Atlanta and as good as LA or South Korea.

This is a hidden gem. Small but has a great variety of things you wont find anywhere else. Staff if friendly even though English isnt their first language they are helpful. I always enjoy my visits here. If you havent been you should try them out and make sure to pick up some of their made by hand value added items right near the register.

Ive been going to Hyundai for many years. Always very friendly service with lots of fresh produce. Especially love the Korean Pears and Fuji Apples in the fall and winter.

Columbia best kept secret for fresh mushrooms and hard to find vegetables!!

When visiting remember this is not a supermarket. Although they did not have what I went in for, the owner was willing to help. He gave me a date to come back, he is ordering the product for me.The isles are small and a little disorganized for my liking.

I came here to get some of the sweet bread for Dia De los Muerto. The bread was made fresh that morning and it was Goooooooooooooooooooood. It also was a big hit for my Job event which was to celebrate Day of the Dead with my group known as Diversity and Inclusion. Im glad the product was available at so little time I had. I will definitely be back later this year

The store was clean. They have a good range of products. The lady cashier (also proprietor?) was kind, friendly and courteous. My family enjoyed their prepared foods; Im not sure what they all were, but they were tasty.

They have all the jazz you need but cant find in your typical American super market. And they gave us all free yogurts at check out! The premade glass noodles are solid btw

Best Korean grocery. Best price on Napa cabbage and seaweed wraps. Great frozen meats and fish. Super on point kimbap and side dishes. Also they listen to Captains Club with Ms Sparkle.

I went there for the first time and was incredibly surprised by their variety. There was a good selection of quick to make noodles and ingredients to make good authentic Korean dishes. There were bamboo steamers and rice cookers. They make lunch boxes and have ice cream mochi and a large selection of cool snacks like yogurt and ice cream. They have fish including squid. And even sell rolls of kimbop for cheap

Its a great spot for what it is: a no-frills, local Korean grocery store. I love the house made kimchi; while I cannot attest to its authenticity the owner tells me he ships orders across the country to people who also believe it is very good. They have a very wide variety of ramen as well.

My go to for ingredients to make authentic Korean dishes. When Im feeling lazy, I go to the Korean restaurant 2 doors down. Great grocery store!

My son and I visited this store last week for a school project. Its a very nice place. I purchased some roasted seaweed snacks, chili garlic sauce, and some rice noodles. Better prices than at Wal-Mart. Ajumma gave us two free yogurt drinks which were yummy! Ill be returning soon for some more roasted seaweed snacks.

This is the best Korean grocery store in SC for sure. They have whatever you might need in terms of packaged goods, but the best part is all of the wonderful food they make in the store. Many types of kimchi, including cabbage and cucumber. Japchae, various rice cakes, fresh duk, spicy squid kimchi, bean sprouts, gimbap, and sweet baked goods. I LOVE this store.

Doesnt necessarily have everything we need to make all of our favorite Korean dishes, but the prices are reasonable, the staff are so friendly, and theyve got a variety of delectable Korean snacks!
