I have shopped at this Ethan Allen location for 5 years, working with the same designer to coordinate pieces in my home. Louis has been wonderful to work with and after a complete renovation last year, I purchased the last pieces I needed. We are so pleased with our furniture. Our home is comfortable, but classic. Louis suggestions made all the difference. Each time furniture or accessories were delivered the crew was outstanding. They exercised amazing attention to detail in assembly and placement. I would highly recommend Ethan Allen for service, quality, and selection.

We really enjoyed working with AnnaRoss and are looking forward to seeing her design for our new upholstered goods. Each one of the ladies that were present wore a mask, helping us feel safe...while the only man never had one on or maintained his social distance....not happy about that, otherwise we were pleased with Ethan Allen.

I went into the local Ethan Allen store to look for a recliner and ended up with so much more! The design staff helped me with furniture placement in my room, worked with me to pick new window treatments and paint color. Terri, the manager, gave excellent suggestions on style and colors. I’m thrilled to have gotten so much more than just a new chair - I have a beautiful updated and very functional new room! My new recliner is beautiful and well made. And I have new window treatments that Terri spent a very long time helping me pick out that meet every criteria I set. I will go back to Ethan Allen in a heartbeat for future furniture needs.

I purchased a lovely cherry buffet. Delivery was exceptional and sales staff knowledgeable. I am going back today to order 2 upholstered chairs. Best furniture store in Columbia area.

Great experience with Ethan Allan. Everyone in the store seemed helpful. We worked with their designer, Lauren Bolser, who I would highly recommend. We met in the store and she brought samples to our house several times. Made some great recommendation and as we need more items for other spaces in our house, will likely pay them another visit. On of our pillows seems to be damaged. The store has been very responsive and will be sending a replacement cover.

Good quality furniture store. It carries well made, well designed furniture pieces, little bit higher priced than other stores. But a higher quality as well.

My husband and I were not treated very well by the sales associate once we uttered the word budget. We politely left quickly to spend THOUSANDS elsewhere. Big mistake. Huge.

Very bad experience. Took over 3 months for furniture to come in when we were promised in less than 8. When I tried to use the interest free financing, I was unable to access the balance I had paid off a week earlier and told that you had to wait 10 days to be able to charge again. On top of that, the lady who I spoke with at the store to try and resolve the issue was rude. I wont be doing business with them again.

I am so disappointed in this store! I ordered furniture on July 8, 2018, was told it would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks, 8 weeks tops. It is now October 4, 2018, and they still dont know when the table will be in! 12 weeks and counting! Come on!!!! This is ridiculous!
