Couldnt speak more highly of our experience with Tiger Security. Our initial meeting was with Fred, who a) had been very patient as several unexpected occurrences had caused us to move, then cancel, then reschedule meetings to discuss possibilities, then b) showed up to walk us through options with a good sense of humor about our eccentric house. Dale showed up on time to do the installation, and was terrific, checking with me to make sure placement of all sensors and alarms were correct and giving me very good advice about adjustments. He worked through his lunch to get the job done, and thoroughly, clearly, and patiently walked me through the training phase of using the system. I was also even more impressed by the system itself once Dale demonstrated its capabilities. I highly recommend Tiger Security and would work them again if I had the opportunity.

Dale, the technician, was super helpful and friendly. They did a great job transferring a residential security system over from the previous owners. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly examined each device/sensor.

Ive used them for various projects, residential and commercial, for over 6 years and theyve always been excellent and reasonably priced.

We had their services in our metal building and it would just not EVER work properly. So after they’d send someone out to work on it, nothing ever got better. So when you sign up with them you have to get a contract. So I called them to figure out how to cancel services and get out of the contract since I was paying monthly for a security system that would not ever work properly. I was even offering to pay a early fee or a settlement. So therefore I was paying monthly for a service I couldnt use for 36 months! I spoke to the same girl there several separate times about this and she said she’d talk with her boss and get back to me. Anytime I wanted to speak with someone above her they weren’t “available”.

I use Tiger Security at home and our family business. They provide excellent customer service at a great value. I could not be happier with decision we made to use Tiger Security.

Great people and very knowledgeable with more than security. Access control and fire.
