This vehicle purchase was one of the easiest ones that Ive ever personally been a part of! 😊Tom was so awesome...hes very soft spoken, patient & not pressuring whatsoever. My parents recommended this place when we were in the market for another truck after our old one would no longer pass inspection. Im so grateful that they did! Im so disappointed in this dealership. They act all nice but they dont tell you your buying a lemon. I bought a pt cruiser and havent been able to drive it. Ive put less than 100 miles on it and it been towed 2 times now. It needs tons of work. They must of reset the diagnosis in the vehicle before I purchased it. I would not buy a car from here they are not honest people. Im so upset bc I didnt think they would rip you off. Less than one star they deserve

I am very upset with Joe and Paul crouse. I bought a 2010 Chevy equinox, in February. I paid cash, right away I started having problems. The car was using alot of oil so I took it in and they gave me a rental car. When I picked it back up it was still using oil now transition is out and they gave me one that was bad. They wont answer phone, will not return my calls this is Joe

I was looking for a Pontiac Grand Prix which I found for a good price for through carfax. I talked to their salesman Riley. He answered any questions I had and there was no pressure to buy. I looked the car over and decided to buy it. The service engine light did come on while it was still under 30 day warentee which being an old car was not unexpected however they took it in right away and not only did they fix that up, they also fixed a few smaller issues as well that I had not even mentioned. They are great people to buy from.

My boss & i drove from Baltimore to Lancaster today to check out they cargo vans. They have an assortment of vans there, alot of really nice ones. Bought a used car here today. Was not my first stop. Wish it was. Met with alot of walking stereotypes, in terms of used car salespeople. Then I came here. Tom was awesome. Im sure the rest of the staff are great, but be happy if some laid back guy with a familiar sounding voice named Tom greats you. The vehicle was at the price listed. It was exactly as described online and the transaction was seamless. Didnt feel like a walking dollar symbol, an inconvenience for wanting to look at multiple vehicles or uncomfortable in any way...and the dude was clearly busy...and its covid times, which seems to complicate everything. Great experience.

I was looking for an S-10 after getting rid of mine a year ago. (broke my heart). I wanted a V6 with a stick...getting more rare all the time. I saw their ad online and went to see one they had. Not only was it in great condition with low miles, it was reasonably priced and when taken into Maryland, it passed inspection with flying colors. Both Joe and Paul were great to deal with. I would recommend them anytime!

I have to tell you that one of my least favorite things in life is to shop for cars. So many dishonest dealers with salesmen who play games. Tom, Joe, and Paul made the entire experience enjoyable for me. They had an amazing selection of used minivans. A much better selection than larger dealerships in Harrisburg and Hershey. Trust me, I looked for a good month. It was well worth the drive. All of the vehicles I looked at and test drove were clean, had low miles, new tires, and priced very fairly in my mind. They also treated me very fairly when it came time to value my trade in. The next time I am in the market for a used car or SUV, I will be calling or emailing Crouse first. Thank you!

They have a great selection of vehicles at a wide range of prices. Our salesman was friendly and knowledgeable too. They answered all of our questions and there were no used car pricing games either. All in all it was a good experience.

This company has their own “state inspection license“ and passed the car even with a bad wheel bearing. A Maryland state inspector failed me for it and confirmed as bad by another reputable shop. Two Maryland shops have confirmed it was a bad bearing but I was only partially reimbursed $200 out of the $380 it cost me to fix this safety issue. I would advise people to stay away from this place if you cant push it back to the lot because they only cover for vehicles that are just broken enough to make it into the lot. Their state inspection license needs to be revoked because they also missed a tag light which makes me believe the inspector didnt even look at the car.The initial conversation with the owner over my concerns went really well. He immediately denied any existence of any problem and tried to push blame on the maryland inspector for trying to upsell me. So for safety measures I took it to a whole new shop for it to be looked at, and what do you know, Bad wheel bearing. Maybe if I had taken it to 4 more shops for them to tell me the same thing, the owner might have started to believe their concerns. This car should never have passed their shady inspection station!

I purchased one of their vehicles recently as an out-of-state buyer. They communicated with me well throughout the process, which helped to ensure that I didnt make any unnecessary trips. They were also patient with me when I asked about possible mechanical issues, and even called me the day I went to pick up the car to let me know about a minor issue they had found. Last but not least, this is the only time Ive bought a vehicle and the price the dealership gave me is what I actually wound up paying-- no hidden fees afterwards. Would definitely buy from them again!

I called and talked with Nancy who was more than happy to hold the car for me. Little did we know itd take me almost 3 long weeks, and 3 banks to finally secure a loan! What an experience that was. At one point, I had told Nancy that she could put the car back up for sale because I felt so bad it was taking me so long. However, she urged me to keep trying. In the end, I finally got the loan and was able to purchase the car I really wanted. I really felt like Joe & Paul Crouse (and Nancy!) were on my side the whole time. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody and I cant thank them enough for working with me in a more complex situation.

We needed to purchase a newer vehicle with less mileage for my son who commutes back and forth to college. We shopped online and looked at several dealerships before stopping at Joe & Paul Crouse. I wanted my son to get valuable experience and let him take the reins on this purchase. They were very respectful, explained everything in the process, and gave a very fair offer for the vehicle we were trading in. Since this was the day after the March blizzard and I didnt feel like going out, they allowed my son to test drive the car to our home and took my information over the phone for co-signing. Two days after the purchase was made, the check engine light came on while my son was at college. After calling Joe & Paul Crouse, they immediately came to the rescue. Fortunately, it was just a sensor (no way for any mechanic to predict that could happen), and they provided a vehicle for my son to use while waiting for the sensor to come in and replace it. Ive heard many good things about this dealership, and wanted to share our wonderful experience. My son got a quality, clean used car with low mileage. And we worked with decent, honest people who stand behind the products theyre selling.

This dealership will stand by its product, and make any problem right.I bought a van, and about two weeks out the transmission started acting up. However, there was no engine light, no code, and the symptoms would not represent when I brought it back to the dealership to be diagnosed. I asked, whats going to happen when Im outside of the [30 day] warranty window and the problem comes back? The salesman told me not to worry, they would not leave me hanging, and said, thats not the kind of business that we operate.Sure enough, a month past the warranty, the symptom represented, but with the appropriate engine code, necessitating an expensive a transmission repair. True to their word they are takingtcare of it, and theyve provided us a loaner vehicle.

We recently purchased a 2005 Prius from Joe & Paul Crouses dealership and while the people there are friendly and not pushy at all...the place smells of cigarettes and the inside was very small & crammed...as if it was a makeshift garage/dealership and there were a few things with are vehicle were kind of upset about. We noticed that on the car that a wheel cap was missing (which we were told would be ordered and installed but still waiting on word for that), they should have changed the cars oil MONTHS AGO...the car is 1,000+ miles over the sticker. It also still has 4 open factory recalls on it. And we left without a full tank of gas.4/27/19 EDIT: Changing to 4 stars, we got in contact about the oil change (which apparently was done but there was no record of them doing it) and about the wheel cap. They gave us a free oil change out of courtesy and let us know they ordered the wheel cap (which they have now installed for us). The owners are very friendly people and are true to their word. If you have an issue just speak up about it and theyll be sure to set everything straight. You can trust Joe & Paul Crouse Inc.

Hands down this was the most stress-free, car buying experience Ive ever had. I didnt feel overwhelmed or presured to buy. I simply looked on Car Guru and found the car I liked, but then was faced with making the dreaded call see if the vehicle was still available. Anyone who has ever had to deal with Car Salesmen know they can be on you like sharks if you so much as show the slightest bit of interest (full disclosure, I worked as one briefly so I know some of their tricks).But instead I called and spoke to a very nice guy named Keanu (no lie) who informed me the car was still available and in EXCELLENT condition. I set up a time time to come in and give it a test drive. I walked in, Keanu handed me the keys and I was off. The lot was clean and the car was easy to find. No BOGUS sales traps, just good old fashioned salesmanship! When I returned from my little Adventure, Keanu offered to go over the cars history which he did in great detail answering all my questions. My car came with a 30 day warrantee which I only used once for a very minor window issue which the service representative was very quick to remedy. In short, (too late) I highly recommend going to Joe and Paul Crouse for your next car. Keanu and the rest of his team of Wild Stallions will be more than up to the task!

Good experience that made everything right with the car.

I called this dealer two times to let them know I was interested in a car that they were selling. Both times the person on the other end of the line (I think his name was Tom) confirmed that if I drove down that day, I could look at and test drive the car and get a deal sorted out. This however was a massive lie. I told them that I lived an hour away and they said it would be alright if I arrived near closing time.Once I got there, they had absolutely no idea that I was there for the car that I called for. They said they didnt even have the car at the dealership, then they walked away to a back room to talk to each other. They came back out and said that the guy who I had talked to had made a mistake, and that the car was in the shop and they didnt have the keys for it.Seriously what a joke! I wasted half a tank of gas and two hours of my day to see a car I couldnt even open! A simple double check with someone could have avoided all of this but I guess communication isnt their strong suit.
