I really like this place, it was cheaper than mr.fix, they even gave me 10% off which was amazing!! it didn’t take long to fix, maybe about 25-30 minutes. The workers are so nice. i would 100% recommend going here.

Got my phone fixed here thought that my screen was acting a little bit weird And then about a month later my screen became detached from my phone. I went back and the employee there told me that it would cost $100 for him to fix his mistake which after reading the reviews I will not be taking my phone back. also The employee refused to refund me.I had my phone fixed elsewhere and the technician said that there was multiple screws missing from my phone and also as you can see in the picture the blue plastic is not supposed to be there, it is supposed to be taken out. this is really sloppy workmanship. I will be filing a formal complaint with the mall

I had water damage in my phone from being in the pool for roughly a couple of seconds. I mistakenly went to him because I thought he was iFixIt. I thought my phone was fixed and I paid the man $160. I left to go in my car and my phone was not picking up any cell service. I went back multiple times to see what was wrong and he kept saying the same thing. I went to my cellphone provider and they told me he messed up my antenna in my phone. Literally a couple of seconds after they said that, the phone went blank. I was very heated and drove back for a refund. He was lying and telling me I did something to it which I did not. So, I went to the mall manager and he switched up his story. I was being so nice to the guy, but man..will not go to him ever. Similar to the person from last week he did not want to give me a full 160 but instead 120.

Paid 200$ for an iphone X repair, after screen replacement the face ID wouldnt work he told me to bring it back exchanging words then took his screen back, also forcefully damaging my old screen! After moments said hed REFUND, he argued with us even talking junk while we walked away then took 120$ more off my debit card after saying hed refund, i had to get Security, then Richland county came out to make them refund me after he took another transaction instead of giving a refund luckily bank statements and receipts were on hand so thats 240$ in the whole including 80$ for the rear! Id 1000% wouldnt advise no one to go there at all! Keep RECEIPTS AND TRANSACTIONS

Guy, MD quoted me one price for iPhone X and then in the middle of negotiations of price claimed he never said that. He had very little understanding of how google reviews go and became nervous when I explained it to him! I would recommend you not do business WITH THIS SHOP go to Mr.Fix

It’s not that complicated to repair a screen, even less so to provide support for your work. The new screen was installed improperly, impacting various features. When this was brought to the attention of the staff they simply said it’s no longer cracked so it’s not their problem. I understand that sometimes things go wrong in a repair, I can’t understand a business unwilling to stand by their work and make it right. Read through the reviews, this seems like a common problem. Service occurred 12/6 returned for service 12/13, no resolution. Save the $100 go someplace reputable, it’s not as convenient but it’s well worth the time.

Went there with only a cracked screen. After he replaced the screen, neither camera would work, and the phone wont charge. When I asked for a refund, he said he couldnt, that my phone was damaged. I told him I was going to file a complaint and then he agreed to give me a refund.He said it would be 3-5 days. As of now its been 8 days, and still no refund.He claims that his machine malfunctioned during my refund.Now I have to file a formal complaint with the mall to get my money.

Had my phone fixed for $205 the screen blacked out two days later when I went to someone else they showed me where screws were missing along with other parts

This salesman was able to repair my phone and gave me a battery was better than Mr Fix it in Columbiana Mall. He was truthful about my phone and only charged $40 where I paid $51 for the other guy. Thank you for the great service.
