Picked up my monogrammed gift item yesterday, I am very pleased with the end job, Ill be very proud to present it to the recipients. Lagos I cant comment on the finished work yet, but if its as good as the customer service, it will be great. Sam was absolutely the sweetest lady, and very helpful.
