I love Giant! Its the only grocery store I regularly shop at. The prices are decent, they have good sales, the staff members are pleasant and helpful and I like that they are on top of their check out lines. Recently, Ive found that they havent had all the items they usually do but with everything going on with the pandemic and such, I am not surprised. Overall, I love this store.

Pretty decent selection given the smaller town. Sometimes it is difficult to find vegan / vegetarian / health foods but it is significantly better then competition. Also, the produce section is significantly better then nearby grocery stores. Giant can be a bit pricey, but they do have a app which you can load their coupons.

Nothing is more frustrating than calling the store to find out if they have a product, drive all the way to the store, and be told, nope we dont. Sorry... get it together... gas is to expensive for your employees to give false info.

Store is clean and kept well stocked. Customer service is as good as well. The only thing I dont care for is that the prices are higher than what it used to be when it was Mussers.

I’ve done giant direct twice now and honestly it’s amazing. The website is simple and easy to navigate. The pick up times are available same day or early next day when I ordered late. We’ve received everything we needed and when a swap was made it was equivalent to what I had ordered. The fresh fruit and veggies are in good shape with no issues. The pick up is simple and effortless and the staff is very friendly and loads your car!! I’d highly recommend using this service. Grocery shopping is now so simple!

For a Giant its not bad, but it isnt one of the good ones. You know what I mean. Its pretty small and crowded, plus it lacks a beer/wine section. Why do none of the newly opened stores here sell booze? Get with it Lancaster county!

I dont think its too crowded. I shop at this giant instead of the one on market street in york because of the ample parking and less crowds. Im in Wrightsville.

I will always miss Mussers, but Giant is a good replacement. Store is well organized, stocked, and clean.

I like the freshness of their meats, produce and baked goods. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I go out of my way to shop here!

This is an older and smaller giant store. It is clean and has a nice variety of just about any type of grocery you could want. I didnt have to interact with staff as I went through self check out.

This is one of the smaller stores. Doesnt have all the extra specialty items like the larger stores. Kind of a personal feel to it

I was trying the Flashfood for the first time. It was confusing for me. The employees were very helpful. The next time I am prepared for. Simple once you know what you are doing. Products for Flashfood need to be eaten or froze. They are soon to be out dated. How can you say no to a good deal as long as you are doing your part as far as freezing or eating foods quickly. Or sharing food.

Good grocery store doesnt seem as big as some Giant Foods but very good selection of organic and non organic foods.

Giant plus size managers just stand by the self check outs and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I have seen this at least the last 10 trips I made there. Including today.

Cashier last night was awesome but their prices are just way too high and I feel their produce selection came up short.

I would give zero stars if I could. The cashier (I believe her name was summer), was very disrespectful. She was yelling to her friends while ringing me up, she was on her phone, and she was just really rude. I definitely won’t be shopping here again.

I shopped at the 6566 store on Saturday morning, 10-31-20. It’s always a good experience there except for one thing, that may cause me to shop elsewhere.SOME customers seem to think that wearing a mask is merely a ‘ticket’ to get in the front door. As soon as they’re in, they take said mask off. Not acceptable!Yesterday, a man in a red political hat and his female companion, were walking around your store without masks, (not sure if they entered wearing a mask).I had three choices;1-Ignore and stay clear of them (which I did).2-Confront them (I did not).3-Report them to management, (In retrospect, I should have, but chose not to make scene).Several of your staff saw them but made no apparent contact to confront them.It’s very discouraging when a customer is put in a position of enforcing state and store-imposed rules.I think this needs to be corrected.Thank you. Smaller store than most Giant stores, but its clean and organized. Staff is friendly.

The store is not fully marked with item prices. End caps and aisles reflect 2 different prices. Your cashiers have no clue about sales and cant answer simple questions. Umm is not an answer. Basic math and customer service skills go a long way. Not impressed on the 2nd time on your store and the groceries were left unpaid and in bags in the cart.

Like Giant but Columbia store does not have as much as other Giants ie we enjoy Giant brand lite cookies and cream and it is nowhere to be found we have to go to Centerville Giant to get it. Plus it seems that there are a lot of teenagers that just stand around when they should be working, very un professional.Was in the mood for a salad but a lot of the bins for the salad are always empty why?In the last 2 weeks this is always the problem. Somebody needs to take better care of the salad bar.

Wasnt super pleased with the produce department - found a lot of molded produce. Feels like that department isnt being kept up with. Will most likely return to shop at the centerville giant even though this one is 5 minutes from me.ALSO....I was looking at the romaine lettuce and was about to get some until I looked where the lettuce was from Salinas, CA the exact city the recall is for & states it should not be allowed to be sold in stores, used in restaurants, etc. I was shocked to find that on the shelves.
