The products are nice but the customer service was terrible. I’m black, not latina. I came in for some authentic bakery items and food. My husband and I got some crazy looks. We were left unattended in line waiting to order tamales for at least ten minutes, while the employees gazed in our direction and didn’t say a word. The cashier told us our total in Spanish which is totally fine I don’t have a problem with that, but I told her I didnt speak Spanish, and she looked at me like I was crazy. I was so excited to try everything, but both my husband and I were extremely uncomfortable, and disappointed in the customer service here.

This has to be the best STORE on Decker! Polite to everyone, young people trying to make a living! I had four people trying to make me happy! They treated me with dignity and respect! With a great personality,anything is possible. Most of the negative comments are misunderstanding of culture, some bread is supposed to be hard! Please help people who are trying to help others!

Great Flan and Meats

I like this place with there fresh produce and meats. The bad reviews are from people that do not understand the culture in my guess. Imagine this being a whole foods store because of the freshness of the produce and meat, and b/c of that the prices might be higher than your typical Walmart.

Good authentic Mexican tacos and burritos

Overpriced and be aware they will overcharge you for items whenever they can. It happened to my cousin and myself. Muy careros y cobran de más.

Great selection of authentic items! I used to live south of the border, so Ive been missing authentic Mexican sodas, peppers and meat cuts. Thank you! Also, their bakery is great.

Maybe the regular baker called in sick today... At a buck-fifty each for a chocolate covered donut, I expected decent tasting “Dough-nas” I instead got large chocolate covered (chocolate thinned way too much and transparent in spots) donuts that tasted like sourdough bread dipped in old grease. Had “Pork chop lips” and fingers after trying one (greasy). Do the donuts get fried with the chicharrones??Harsh review but was blown away at how bad they were and I had bought a half-dozen. 👎🏼

Not many options of bread and the little bit they do have is hard and not fresh. They also charge more for bread than other places i’ve been to. The chicharrones i got were hard too.

Bad cervicio on the part of the cashiers and it took too long to attend to make a food order, and then I made an order the next day (Sunday) in the app where they are incorporated to take home and they called me on the part of the app that I was closed, my order schedule 8:00 pm and in the store info it appears that they close at 10:00 pm. Very bad service

The food was rotten and I bought a fresh cheese that had already expired days !!!

The customer service is unpleasant (I know that when I visited the place I was kind to the cashier but I did not receive the same treatment). They do not have the slightest decency or education. They should go back from where they came because they do not work here. Horrible custumer service .Disgusting.
