I went there to purchase a XD 9mm. I got delayed in the background process, which was okay with me because they had warned me before taking my money that sometimes it’s a wait and sometimes it’s not, it all depends on the FBI. Great pawn shop I’ll continue to go there

Wayyyyy too overpriced. Bought a similar item from another pawn shop, for half the price. Pistols here cost as much as an AR. Its insane.

Easy, smooth, transaction. I had a handgun shipped here and was a great experience. I was in and out in no time, and when I did have to wait, the conversation about music, international travel, and guns never lulled. The people here have amazing customer service standards and are super friendly, down to earth people; the kind you want to go out for a drink with!

Once bought a gun that turned out to be stolen from this pawn shop. Once the lady working at this pawn shop brought my wallet out to the car that I left with nearly $2000 in cash inside. Good and bad experiences but not a bad pawn shop, guns can be reported stolen after they are sold to a customer so I give them the benefit of doubt.

Went in to purchase my first firearm with very little first hand knowledge outside of the internet. I had a idea of the caliber I wanted and was promptly assisted. The gentlemen that helped me name was Randal he was super knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering my spew of questions. I told him this was my first purchase, what I had in mind, and my price point was, and he showed me what they had in the glass cases and made unbiased suggestions on certain brands and models. I ended up choosing a Rock Island M1911 that was listed at a great price compared to any online competitors. He ran me through the background check which took about 10 minutes or so and got the results back instantly. I spent more time looking through their vast selection then doing paperwork, which was a relief. I would absolutely recommend checking them out if you’re a new buyer or even a veteran gun owner.

I guess me being 21 I gotta wait almost a week to get a gun I purchase cash I save come out to be more than I expected . I waited hrs up there just for rosa to tell me I gotta wait like c’mon . when I came in nobody greeted me or NOTHING . I already knew what I was looking for just debating which color . this is my first & last time spending money with them .

Ive been a customer more than 10 years with numerous pawn transactions(always firearm pawns)and one purchase of a new pistol. I have paid them literally 100s of dollars in interest, but thats fine. Heres why I had to take the time to write this review and to rate them 1 star because zero wasnt available:I had my S&W AR-15 on a pawn that I was able to pay out and close out on 8/25/17. The interest was due on 8/24/17 $37.50. They refused to charge me for only one day of interest and instead charged me a full 30 days when I only needed ONE EXTRA DAY BEFORE I REDEEMED THE PAWN.The monkeys that are working there need to learn how to treat old customers that have a long history of patronizing the business. Very greedy.

Worst pawn shop around town. Went in to sell a firearm and was told they will give me 200 for it. He said they sell them for 400 all day long welp guess what was on the shelves?5 of my exact gun with a price tag of 799+ USED!I know its a pawn shop and they try to get the most money out of something but everything there that is used has a price tag of more than it would cost new! No customer service either.

The people are very kind and willing to help and answer all questions. Got my last two weapons from their store because of this. I purchased a Taurus 357 mag for a great price 3 years ago and I still love it. I recently purchased a Ruger P345 from them which I also got for a great price and I am learning to love it more than my 357. people say they are over priced but I dont think so. They will continue to be my first choice in purchasing fire arms. love those guys and girls.

Great shop great people fair prices

The Costumer service was good but they only give you a fraction of what an items worth. The guy in front of me drop off his $1100.00 Bose home theather system he got $250.00 for it. Five days later I came back to the store the same system was on the floor marked $800.00. The profit margin was over 200%. So they A: Under paid they guy or B: Overcharge on instore products. Possible both. But most pawn shops work this way so nothing really sets this one apart in my book!

I went into this pawn shop this morning to sell 14g of gold and an XBox 360. I have a physical disability [spinal cord injury] that Im recovering from that makes it difficult to walk long distances. I asked the brunette woman at the counter to meet me half way from the counter so I can give her the XBox and gold to test, and possibly get a quote before walking all the way to the counter just to turn right back around. Her response was rude and inappropriate; the FIRST thing out of her mouth to me was Im not coming over there to do your job for you, you bring it here! I had already stumbled walking into the place, and I KNOW she saw my walking cane in my hand... VERY offensive, to anyone with a disability. I turned around and left. I DO NOT recommend that anyone take their business to any place that has rude and insensitive employees..

Walked in and walked out,the lady made sure I never come back. Bad customer service. She hawked over me as I looked at the merchandise. I went to shooters choice instead
