Went due to stopped up ear. They said there was no fluid behind my ear drum and did a hearing test. That showed both ears need hearing aids. Wonder what thats gonna cost?? Ear still feels stopped up!

Dr Van Delden is fantastic. Hes kind, takes his time, and explains things. Office staff are friendly. Theyre requiring masks and its easy to distance in the lobby. Im not a fan of Dr Sheidt; he was dismissive and talked down to me at my appt.

The staff, nurses, and doctor were exceptional. Dr. Hanick was professional, a great communicator, and best of all pain free! Will absolutely return. A+++

Went to see Troy D. Scheidt, MD today for a cyst in my throat & chronic ear infections. This doctor was extremely rude from the minute he walked into the exam room. I have never experienced such a rude person in health care before. Since my ears were fine during my visit he said there was nothing he could do about that, even though I have had 1-2 ear infections a month that are documented for the last 10 months. Okay no problem I thought, understandable...I guess! As far as my cyst that does need attention, he attempted to do an examination of my throat using a scope through my nose. I have very sensitive gag reflexes and he acted like I was doing it on purpose & told me 99% of people can make it through the exam. If he was even a little nice or caring or treated me with basic human decency I would have attempted to let him do the exam again but since I knew in the 1st 2 minutes that there was NO WAY I was letting this doctor operate on me I just walked out & left. Not getting my money or business buddy! I will take my problems to a doctor who even acts slightly interested in helping in.The only reason they are getting 1 star is because of the receptionist who are nice, friendly & all had a smile!

I had a great visit with Dr. Kinney. The office is very professional during these covid times. I had a great laugh with everyone up front which is always a nice way to end a visit.

They’re all nice. However it took an hour after my appt time to get in. Okay fine I’m patient. However. He seen me for a total of 5 mins rushed through it. Okay fine I get it you’re busy. BUT when I went to read my information that he put in it was INCORRECT. Which means he didn’t listen to me, he proscribed me meds and sent me on my way. How am I supposed to trust these meds if my record that he put into my account is incorrect?? That’s scary!I just want to feel okay. I trusted them to help me and now I’m back at stage one. 🥺

Just had a great visit with Dr Kinney, the exact opposite of a couple other reviewers here. He took the time to listen, asked us questions, and was very good with our 13 yr old daughter. We are looking forward to the treatment he is recommending and the relief it will bring. Wait time was reasonable.And someone actually wrote in their review about unruly or loud kids in the waiting room? Tells you all you need to know about that reviewer.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Kinney for many years and we think the world of him! He’s VERY THOROUGH & to the point! He ALWAYS gets my family with “Hi team!” EVERY SINGLE TIME! He’s patient, he knows what he’s doing, he takes his time and he cares! Not to mention the entire staff, from reception to Audiologists, nurses to check-out their great!

The ladies in the front... and the nurses are real sweethearts. Dr. Van Delden was awesome. Answered all my questions. And was sincerely concerned with me. He treated me like I was a human being. And not a number on a wall. I will definately recommend him to friends and family...I would have given him 6 stars... but only 5 were offered.

DR. KINNEY & DR. BRACKEN ARE BOTH CARING DOCTORS. THEY HAVE HELPED WITH TREAT MY MENIERES DISEASE AND DR. KINNEY DID IMPLANT SURGERY FOR BAHA IMPLANT. DR. BRACKEN IS A WONDERFUL AUDIOLOGIST AND WORKS WITH IN EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH THE Cochlear baha implant.

In spring of 2017 having great difficulty breathing, thought to be allergies called Missouri Ear Nose & Throat for an appointment, Dr Mahlon Van Deldren, had an opening so accepted the appointment, was suffering. The doctor read the test results and prescribed the medical course of actions to treat the allergies. Two shots per week, each week paying a medical professional to inject the serum. In late spring early summer, had a reactions about 20 minutes after the shots, in order to get some relief required an appointment with the doctor only to find out there was no visible reaction but the vile originally thought to be the cause of the reaction was kept at the doctor’s office and never credited to my account, said it was an old mold serum changed by the manufacturer, then charged me for a new vile. When ask if any further treatment could be done if another reaction occurred, Dr Van Deldren said “no”. Late summer 2018, tongue began tingling after a round of shots one week and then again the next week, stopped taking the allergy serum before an EpiPen would be necessary.Spring 2019, started out again like other springs determining there had to be something better than hiding in the house for unable to breathe outside. I sought out a different allergist again relaying all of the information regarding what the previous diagnosis had been from Dr Van Deldren along with treatment regimen testing performed like that received at Missouri Ear Nose & Throat Center, the results were completely different.Receiving a correct treatment I can breathe, skin is clear, nose does not stop up can go outside when the grass is being mowed, blooming trees do not bother me like when receiving he shots. Diagnosis in lay terms over sensitive smell, utilization of prescribed nasal spray twice per day. Further diagnosis being provided medication unnecessary for my body did not require what was being given for those allergies did not exist.Think long and hard before entering the door of this facility.Full disclosure ask Dr Van Deldren to call me for discussion he refuses.Jackie McNabb

It was a very good experience. I was a last minute person. My treatment was excellent.

Took my child to see Dr. and he didnt treat him with respect. Without explanation he stuck a tongue depresser in his mouth and throat, to which my child responded, I dont like that, please stop. Waited close to 2 hours to see as well. I had to pry information out of him regarding treatment options. Ordered expensive tests without trying simpler remedies first.

My favorite thing about this office they usually get you in on or before you appointment time. The staff is friendly and act like the really care.

Dr. William Kinney was the worst... he took less than 5 minutes to see my son because he said he had a luncheon engagement and had to leave. He threw my son a Z pack for his sinus infection... 2 days later my son ended up in the emergency room and was admitted to the hospital. He had an abscess in his sinuses and was given steroids and antibiotics through an IV... Dr. Kinney did not take the time to adequately access my sons condition. He was very arrogant and not very competent. I would not recommend this physician.

This place is awful. Dr. Kinney is very condescending, I paid 50 dollars for him to see me for 5 minutes if that. I tried to ask him questions and he completely blew me off. If he had even been alert enough to take my temperature, he may have caught the 103 fever that came on later that night. After seeing him 2 days later my problem very much so worsened, I ended up being in the hospital because he overlooked my issue. I went to other doctors who helped me and actually treated me as a human being. Talk about an annoying waiting room, kids yelling and screaming, taking forever to see me as well.
