Great staff, very knowledgeable and was able to get in and out knowing my car was taken care of.

When arrived, there was an empty parking lot and now I know why. First, I was a bother to the employees working there to have my battery tested. The employee out of the kindness of his heart followed me to my Mazda 5 van to test it. He did and said it needs to be replaced. I said let’s replace it and he said we don’t replace batteries here. I said OK, can you sell me a battery and install it? He said he can sell it, but not install it. I decided to keep letting this play out and followed him inside for a price. After checking a few times, his computer magically could not find my vehicle for the proper battery. I then left.Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other friendly more serviceable auto parts store on this road and do not waste your time here.

Mobil 1 oil. 5 gal 38.99 Tried to do a price match for 24.97. 14.00 more than walmart. Manager said he couldnt do it. 5 guys standing around and no customers. Parking lot empty..I see why

Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Huntington and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. No public Restroom. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back.Thank you to the owner for responding. You have a great and unique business. Some of the parts are a little higher then what you can order online but they have most in stock and on their own brand they offer lifetime warranties on a lot of them. Knowledgeable staff clean a well stock stores

Good prices and knowledgeable people. I dont recommend ordering online and pick-up in store though, the site does not let you know that it is not in stock at the store and you just sit around waiting for an email for it to be ready.

Got a battery here and working great.. good service

Place is clean and stocked. I gave it 3 stars because only employee in store had an attitude and 2 employees were hanging out out side. Waited 10 min to get rang up. Had to go outside and ask one to come in and ring

I only go to AutoZone for oil and wiper blades other than that you can guarantee yourselff your getting a garbage duralast part thats over priced and wont last long if it lasts at all and staff thats dont even know what a car is.. But the duralast batteries are good

So, to the manager, will I, or will I not, get an accurate real time email back from an online order indicating that the part(s) is or is not in stock? Would hate to make a useless trip over there only to find out that the online inventory is wrong. How does this work? Thank you.

Terrible customer service. Id go to another . Not this one . On Jericho next to firehouse in Commack. Wrong part twice and they put it back on credit card . When I finally got right part there was not enough on credit card . Terrible !
