Do not use these people they are rude and inconsistent. We had a monthly order for 12 months a year $750.00 per order 12 months a year and Lita the manager was rude and obnoxious to my office each time we discussed the orders. Lita rejected our $750 order for a month due to her own emotional issues. This is something I think the owner would like to know about. The rejection of our order was due to our questioning of the material that was sent to my office. Lita did not want to hear it so she wiped out a $750 per month income for her company. East Coast filters has too much drama within its office and staff to run efficiently. Find a different filter distributor.Thats my advice Dave Rubino company is Ace Climate EnterprisesIf the owner is interested in speaking to me Im always available.Lita is destroying that business.

Terrible company to do business with. Lita is very nasty and disrespectful. Wants payment for unverified merchandise. Wants check before order is even checked in. And believe me, you must check in the order because they never get it right. There is always something missing from our order. Their staff has issues counting boxes. And when she is notified of this she gets very defensive. If you speak up too often she tells you that you are yelling at her and must find another company to purchase filters from. I wonder what her boss would think having knowing this information????? Find another filter company!!!!

After being in the HVAC business for 37 years and doing business with East Coast filters almost the same amount of time I was totally let down over a single box of filters that we did not receive from a recent order. A phone call to the company yielded an argumentative and combative reply from a member of the management staff. I calmly explained the shortage of one box of air filters and that I would need another box to make up the order. I was basically told to go pound sand and I would have to pay for the other box because it was solely our responsibility to make sure That the order was correct. No bargaining no taking 50% responsibility by at least offering me at minimum a discount on the missing box. In business the street runs both ways! Whatever happened to the customer is right aspect of doing business? After 35 years of patronizing this establishment I am very let down by their business attitude. Too bad I guess this is the way of the world in 2020 America.
