I got in a small accident about a month ago and the employees at Carstar really made the repair process smooth. They answered all of my weekly calls/texts and answered all of my questions with patience and reassurance. Jess and Mimi are extremely knowledgeable about cars and explained everything that was done to my car in such detail. My car looked brand new when I picked it up! Their system texts you with updates along the way too which was really nice and convenient, not to mention they worked with my insurance company directly so I didn’t have to do anything. I would highly recommend this location for auto body repair. My car took one month from drop off to completion, and with everything they had to do, I think that’s a more than fair timeline. If anything ever happens to my car in the future, I will be taking it to them - they’ve earned a lifetime customer.

Keith and his team did an amazing job customizing my new F-150. They took the time to listen to what i envisioned, but also gave me different ideas to tie everything together. I was rear ended in my truck that I haul trailers with and was concerned about my hitch and receiver after the accident. They were able to inspect both my hitch and receiver. They found my hitch to be unsafe and ruled out of commission. I have used these guys a couple times and they dont disappoint. The differences between high quality and low quality shops is really amazing when you go to a good shop like this CARSTAR. Keith and Jessa did a great job on my first visit and Jessa did an amazing job keeping me updated throughout the process.The quality of their work far exceeded my expectations but I always throw in points to work on in my reviews. They missed fixing one little section on the front, drivers side of my truck. When I brought it to their attention though, they didnt try and make excuses or fight me. They apologized and took care of the situation. I dont expect people to be perfect but how they handle concerns says a lot and these guys get 5 stars for both the overall experience as well as taking care of my concern!

They used a reconditioned non-oem front bumper to replace my original. Picked it up with an inoperative turn signal. I noticed that the clear coat has runs as well.When I called, they were closing and I didnt want to drive my car all the way back without a turn signal anyway. So I pulled the front bumper cover off to check what else they messed up. Guess what? The clip that holds the bumper on the fender was cracked! The wire harness doesnt fit into the non-oem bumper! They shipped out a car without checking for proper light operation!I just feel like they slapped pieces together and shipped it out the door to move onto the next slap job.

They have amazing communication, timely repairs, and my car looks amazing!

In July, 2019 a lady rear ended my Moms 2013 Nissan Versa Sedan and it required a new fender as well as complete trunk and exhaust system. By rule of Insurance we took it to CARSTAR Supreme Auto Body shop to have the $3,000 repairs all of which was covered by the ladys insurance. They were very straightforward and honest with us about what was happening every step of the way. I initially didnt want to even give it a 3 star review because it took a little while, but their honesty and straightforwardness earned them my 3 star. Then today, when we got our car back I noticed their precision during the detailing process. After the work is complete, just before you take your car home, they detail the inside of the car to make sure that there is no dust or any other scum from being in the body shop. Our car was pretty filthy prior to the repairs because I had a clumsy Ex-Girlfriend who one time, not watching what she was doing spilled a milk shake all over our console. Thanks to the precise detailing of CARSTAR, our car was unrecognizable! Our car looks 100% better inside and out.

A man hit the side of my vehicle with fender/rim damage. Car star took my car and made full repairs on the damage, lifted my car, found more damage and fixed every nick and cranny they found was caused by this accident. They took care of all of the calls with the insurance so i wasn’t stuck in the middle of it. They called and informed me about keeping my car extra days. The only downfall was that an originally 8 day project turned into 27 days. But it was all worth it after seeing my car, which was not only fully fixed, but they fully detailed (seriously, my car was so dirty when it came in). It was not something that I expected them to do but was very much appreciated! And they took care of calling the rental car company from picking me up, to returning the vehicle. Highly satisfied, and I highly recommend!

Carstar Supreme was fantastic! They were very informative, kept my wife and I in the loop regarding timelines and actually had our car done a day early, even after having to clean up the mess from the last time my wife got rear-ended and the shop who worked on it then took some shortcuts. And the biggest point that we both couldnt believe, is they completely detailed the car when they were done! Looked like it just came off the dealer lot when we got it back, and we couldnt have been more pleased! Highly recommend this shop!

Great place, they fixed our Subaru STI like new, couldnt even tell that we were rear ended. There were a few hiccups in the process and they worked with us to get through those items. The staff was generally courteous and very good with communicating updates to us. I would definitely recommend this shop, just keep your expectations realistic with the time it will take to get your vehicle back. Theres a lot more cars in Denver now.

After a front-end accident, I checked with State Farm to find their “preferred repair shops” to get an estimate. I tried a couple of Abra locations that gave me the worst experience ever.THANKFULLY I decided to try this CarStar location. They provided me a detailed estimate and explained everything for me to understand.The repairs took longer than expected, but that’s because they were diligent in correcting everything caused by the accident. (Of course you find more when you start pulling things apart). They called in specialists to check out my air conditioning too!The best part was (other than receiving my car good as new) they called me throughout the project and left detailed voicemails with the progress of the car. This made me feel so informed without having to call during my busy work schedule.With this being my first auto claim/first accident- I was nervous with the process and they made it so easy. My estimate was received by insurance, I paid my deductible, got a FULL explanation of everything they did to the car (and everything that was added in addition to the original estimate), and got my keys! They made it a breeze and I am so thankful.I’m a firm believer in writing good reviews for good people- this CarStar location deserves it!

My car was in a accident and I took it here for repairs. They did an excellent job on fixing my car and I will be taking my cars here from now on if damaged or need painted.

They did a great job repairing collision damage and matching paint. Job was estimated at seven days, got my car back in five. They also buffed out some scratches on the opposite side of the car. Would go back if I needed body work in the future.

Ive had my car back to have them reset my front bumper that was supposed to be fixed the first time after I rear-ended someone. When I left the second time it was fixed for a few hours and then back to being misaligned.
