Robert came around to our neighborhood a few weeks ago and asked us if we had considered getting the hail damage on our vehicle repaired. We had, but really hadn’t thought much more about it. He told us that their shop could fix the damage and include the deductible in the cost so we wouldn’t have to come out of pocket for the money. We decided to go ahead and see what our insurance company would say. We called them, made the claim (which happened 6 months ago) and went from there. Mike High Repair took care of everything. We were a little hesitant and seemed to good to be true. As it turned out they delivered on EVERYTHING they promised. Both our vehicles got repaired and we picked them up today. We had rental car coverage on our insurance so we had 2 other vehicles to drive while the repairs were done which took just over a week to complete. Mile High helped arrange our rental car pick up and drop off. They even paid for our Lyft ride today from Enterprise car rental to their shop. The whole process was seamless and stress-free. They delivered on their promise and were timely, courteous and always available to answer questions. 5-STARS!!!

They were so incredibly helpful, from contacting insurance for additional supplement, to offering and assisting with a ride, rental care issues (which were many) and lastly my car. My car had over $9,000 worth of hail damage. With genuine people behind it that don’t treat you like “just another customer.” I didn’t even know where to start with my hail damage and they walked me through every step of the process from what to expect with my insurance company(who tends to be a bully with hail damage) to having my rental car waiting for me as I arrived! So a little bit wordy of a post but worth the read. I will start off by saying normally if someone comes to my door asking about hail damage I assume they have a tent set up a few blocks away saw my Camaro SS and wanted a quick buck and blow them off. I did a bit of research and found Mile High Hail Repair has an actual established shop. Im in Greeley so I was a little ways away and no time to go down there. They picked up the vehicle no problem. Kept amazing communication through the entire process, I even had them do some extra work that wasnt hail related as a leap of faith. They offered a more than fair price for the additional work so I was wondering how it would turn out. The car came back today and I fell in love with it all over again. Sadly it was an overcast day so no pictures could do it justice but will add one once the sun comes out if it allows me to. They have for sure made a long time customer out of me. So long story short if Mile High Hail Repair drops by your car is in very safe hands with them. 10/10

I worked with Allen. Great guy!! Honest and old school customer service, when they actually cared about the customer. Allen and Mile High Hail worked on 3 of my cars. I am a very picky person when it comes to my cars (very picky!!). And I actually got Allen referred to me/us by someone who is just as picky as I am. When he referred me to Allen at Mile High Hail I knew he had to be good.I had gone to other shops for estimates and I was told it wouldnt be until late August/September if I was lucky. Mile High Dent had all 3 cars done in less than a week!!! And if my insurance wasnt such a pain to work with they would have been done even sooner. Robert and his team were easy to work with, did a fantastic job and returned our vehicle quickly. They also vacuumed our interior and initially helped to make sure our car seats were secure. I highly recommend these guys!

They installed sunroof using Ford parts. And one of part was different shape. Now I have a lot of noise coming from sunroof. They did adjusted few times, but problem still there. I did complain about this from day one. I shouldnt accept work from beginning. They sent me to Ford dealer to find out what is going on. I have to pay $200 for technician to take a look at it.Before you take your car make sure you satisfied with everything. Not only outside look. Otherwise they might sent you to someplace else to find out what is going on.

I am a rideshare driver and cannot be with out my car for the standard 10-15 day repair. These guys are AMAZING! Very good experience with Andrew and Mile High Repair. I was a bit skeptical at first as they came by the neighborhood after hail damage, but they delivered exactly what they promised. All hail damage was repaired on my vehicle, and I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket. They also were very flexible and even arranged getting my rental and then a lyft ride to pick up my truck once it was ready. Would recommend.

Promises were made that werent kept, we were cussed out when the repairs were incomplete and questioned, and then they met with us, promised a fix, then went silent when they realized how much damage they caused our car during their repairs. Best service ever! Im so grateful for the knock on my door! Robert was passing by in my neighborhood and he just politely asked about my hail damage and if I was looking to repair it. I told him I was considering it but it was just to much hassle... from there it began, he did everything and I mean EVERYTHING for me he called my insurance company, set up my rental, windshield replacement, and all this in a matter of 1 week, Yes 1 week!
