TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CALIBER COLLISION OR ADVANCE CARSTAR. AVOID THIS SHOP. Took my 2012 Infiniti G37x here cause it got hit on the driver side front. It started off good then just got worse. Had a week longer than planned. Kept getting the tomorrow you can pick it up When i picked it up no one came out to talk to me about what was done. The hood doesnt sit flush on the passenger side. The front bumper isnt put on properly. Its off a little too much and cause it to sit improperly around the head lamps due to the fact they didnt put clips in properly or none at all. They didnt color match the paint to the actual color instead they just went with the original color and its a different shade. I have to take it to another shop to get it fixed the RIGHT way. A Good Shop could use some sort of quality control maybe it will be a good shop then.
Brought our vehicle here for repairs after an accident damaging the front end of our vehicle. They “replaced” our bumper with one that is not the same color and is continuing to come unattached. I have called/emailed, my husband has gone there to address the issues and we have not heard from them. There was one manager at the time of repairs then another shortly there after. I am almost to the point where I will have to get a lawyer involved to get any attention from this company to do what’s right. We entrusted them with the task and they failed.
Very slow work and lacking communication. However, when the work was finished, it was done well with high quality. If you have no important timeline or you arent dependent on your vehicle and you want quality work, then this shop is a good choice. Otherwise, find someone else.

A Good Shop kept me informed throughout the process and worked with me on a pick up date that worked with my schedule. They were always professional and had great customer service. And most importantly they did a fantastic job fixing my car.
I just had my Lexus serviced here after being rear ended a few weeks ago and they did a stellar job! My car looked immaculate and they even cleaned the interior. Quick turn around also. They ended up having to replace my rear bumper and drop off to pick up was only 5 business days. Would highly recommend!
The service was spot on. The work was all expertly done and the fit and finish of everything seemed like I was never in an accident. Amazing customer services great people im very happy that my car is with them the go out of there way to help tou out the treat you like family and there work speaks dor its self.....i even went back so manny could cut and polish my whole truck i have a black dodge Durango and it had so many swirl marks and small scratches i was amazed when i seen it when he was done it looked like looking in a mirror manny you truly have a gift keep up the great work.....and if you want your car to look like it just came of a show room floor and brand new ask for manny he will take care of you tell him Leonard sent you trust me you will thank me
Horrible experience and never again.Dont let those good reviews fool you.Brought my Chrysler 300 to get Front end brackets replaced and a new passenger fender. After pulling bumper off I was informed by Ray that fact needs new brackets as well discussed and that they can be replaced minus all the glue I had on there and. The price went up. So as this was going on apparently him and the installer didnt communicate that the brackets wont be installed nor work. So when I picked up car we walked it and Ray had said brackets were replaced that will sit flush and eventually will need a bumper and they couldnt get all the glue off.. Now according his diagram on the computer it showed male female brackets and no matter what could be done because they could clip in and attach. So got lied to saying they was done, but yet the clips are in cup holder. So when I called mad about it he made no attempt to fix it. Besides calling me back and offering $200.00 to not leave a bad review and leave it as is. I took the money and still left a review because of this. So when I try to contact the owner All I get the run around and hes not there or he wont be in or Im his daughter u can talk to me instead. I advice not to take your car here. Price will go up,no communication, pay for parts not get installed, lied to, list goes on
Its rare I take the time to write reviews, but when I do, its when I encounter a business that exceeds my expectation and goes tenfold past the average bar that is typically set for whatever services I am seeking. Let me tell you, A Good Shop is my auto shop for LIFE! For anything I need done I will always choose A Good Shop. Twice now this business as exceeded my expectations. The work is thorough, immaculate, and the job was done early each time. Not by hours, by days! Every day I would receive text updates on how the work was going, what they were working on, on that particular day, and what the continued or new ETA would be. The car is always returned washed and the interior detailed.My 2018 Tahoe was hit right before Christmas by a RAM. Took out my bumper and did a number to my front and underneath my front end. A Good Shop did an amazing job making it look like it never even happened. Their work is backed for life, on top of the insurers claim that will back the work for life. But regardless, know that if I ever did find a flaw in their work, for life they would honor and back all their work... though... the work done was remarkably flawless.There is mountains to say about integrity and honesty. This last time, I left my wedding ring set in my car because I wore it to work were it or my hand can be damaged or injured. I looked high and low for my wedding set. At one point I wondered if it was is my car. Well wouldnt you know, sitting in my beautifully detailed cup holder sat my wedding set.Thank you A Good Shop. Whether its just a tune up, a repair, or an accident claim where I know you will take care of everything from A-Z, you are my trusted shop. It is rare to find such a place as this that runs so honestly, does such a thorough job, and the prices really cant be beat unless you want to sacrifice service or the repair.-Caroline G

The customer service (Kristina) is extraordinary, friendly, professional, thorough, and personalized. I did not feel like just another number, but was treated as a real person for whom there was time. My car looks great, was returned clean and before the anticipated finish date. A Good Shop should rename themselves A Great Shop. Very pleased with my experience. The quality of the body work they did on my car was top notch. They kept me informed during the process and coordinated flawlessly with the insurance company that paid for the work. Highly recommended.

Recently took our wrx to a good shop to get the hail damaged fixed. The crew there went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our car.The new parts and paint matched flawless and look like the hail never happened. The manager Johnny and Angela at the front desk were very friendly, and very good about answering any question, and keeping me up to date on the whole process. Great job.
I was hesitant to come to this shop because of the area its in. After seeing the shop in person as well as meeting the staff and onwer I and happy to say this is the shop Ill be going to for body damage. I need to check out their other shop for maintenance issues now and hopefully have a good experience there as well.

Took my Durango in to get repaired.. when I got home with it..it smelled like a fire pit.. personal property missing . contacted them about my concerns...am still waiting... what they told me about my missing items.. I dont believe..think they have an employee with sticky fingers working there.
They attend you very fast in no less than 20 minutes you already have your car back also front desk cashier very friendly.

Terrible receptionistShe is very disorganized. I came in and she got me to sign the wrong paperwork, didnt ask for payment when I picked up my vehicle because I went through insurance, called me a month later FURIOUS at me for not completing a payment I never got asked for during the time of pick up. Never received an email to complete payment -- nothing yet she was furious at me. When I dropped off my car I asked if I could continue to drive my car until the car parts came in, she said yes no problem. Turns out I had to leave my car there overnight for them to fill out paperwork on it. She wasted my time because now I had to drive back to the repair shop. She does not know basic information on how the insurance/car process works. No clue how she still has a job at this shop. Terrible customer service.Lastly, I picked up my car and the check engine light turned on two days after I got it back. It never came on before. The shop claimed it had nothing to do with them repairing the vehicle. Sounds sus if you asked me.
