They did excellent work at a fair price. They gave me a quote up front based on pictures I emailed them and honored it. Very nice people with a professional attitude. Evidently the owner has been there for over 30 years and they take pride in their work.

Family member brought their vehicle here they got charged over 25k and car is still not right. The body feels like its not bolted on properly to the chassis on every turn you can feel and hear the body slam on the chasis.... A bunch of electrical problems from where instead of replacing the wiring they just split the wires tied them back with electrical tape, broken rims not replaced.. Just alot of things that they charged for and where not replaced

Victor and team did a great job on my truck. It had extensive hail damage and when I got it back it was good as new. They proactively kept me up to date on the progress as they worked on it...great customer service.I can’t seem to add another separate review so I’m adding to the above. I had to have more repairs completed due to a collision and they were one again fantastic. My truck is as good as new, they were patient and flexible with my insurance, etc. Great experience.

I have dealt with the mechanics they all had positive attitudes and solve my problems and went above what I paid them and check my spark plugs and fix the gap in them for free. Then my wife got into a fender bender in our Pathfinder the owner Victor gave me the best price of four estimates, and had it done within a week you could never tell it looks brand spanking new, because of their positive attitudes and great customer service when my daughter was looking for a car we went back to one-stop Automotive and bought her a vehicle we did have some trouble’s but again Victor the owner was a man of his word and fix the vehicle I’ve recommended My neighbors friends from church family and actually other mechanics that needed work done to one stop Automotive. The owner is a God-fearing man and a man of his word, And I personally continue doing business with one stop Automotive to this very day!!

Ive only been here twice too get a wheel alignment, the first time to get the alignment done, the second time to get the alignment work redone since they didnt do the work properly. Even afterwards it still wasnt right, didnt bother going back again, so what I am saying DONT come here for wheel alignments. I wont be returning here for any other service based on my experience.

Service started out nice and all but over time they started telling me that they dont have time, or they dont have enough mechanics. Told me replacing my distributor wouldnt fix the emmisions issue when in fact i had it installed elseware and it did fix the issue and telling me my catalytic converter is bad and needed to be fixed when in fact its not. Its about time i find a new mechanic who knows what they are doing.
