Absolutely wonderful experience! Max and his team took great care of me and my truck camper. I wouldnt go anywhere else! They are the best around by far!!!
Universal is the Go-To for everything Collision Related. They have a super nice facility with the friendliest staff. They take great pride in their workmanship and quality. I have seen the most amazing fiberglass, sidewall repairs, compartment door rebuilds and paint jobs (to name a few) on the planet from Universals exceptional team.Thank You for you doing what you do, you have a customer and friend for life!
Showed up for a interview and was not greeted by the the lady at the fry desk. She clearly was on a personal call and didn’t even acknowledge me. Sadly that’s not a good impression and not somewhere I can workI have read the owner response and I’m even again suprised of the company’s actions. There was nobody in the office other than the two of us and I’m not going to be rude to interrupt the conversation of someone on the phone. Clearly it was a personal call, I also have text messages from the owner showing the situation.
I brought my tailor to Universal Collison last minute while I was traveling on a road trip. They were able to do a quick temporary repair to last me until I got to my final destination in Florida. I am extremely grateful for the compassionate care they showed my tailor and the professionalism they gave to me while in the office. Thank you Ashley, Max, Stuart, as well as the entire Universal Collison team for all your help to ensure I have a safe trip home!
Everything they touched works better. They came in as expected for pricing no hidden jerk around fees they will definitely be handling my camper in the fall as well. Thank you Max. Keep killing it.
I have actually had 2 of my trailers repaired here! One, a living quarters horse trailer as well as my stock trailer. Both times I dealt with Max and he was great! Everyone there always went above and beyond my expectations! (Including the guys behind the scenes!) I appreciated everything they did for me! And both my trailers look great!
Wouldnt take my trailer anywhere else. Theyve done everything from yearly maintenance to a full make-over paint job. Everything they do is with care and at a very fair price.
I have a 20 yr old Lance truck camper that needed a roof repair. These guys were happy to take it on after I was turned away by a dealership due to the age of the unit. It really is in excellent shape and worth the repair to me. These guys didnt bat an eye. They put a new roof on- inspected all of the sub-layer and installed new covers for me on the AC and skylight in the bathroom. The work was done correctly, professionally and looks great. I know I am in good shape for years to come. They got me in quickly and finished the job quickly. I am a very happy customer.
Stuart and his team are just awesome. You only have to talk with Stuart for a few minutes to realize hes committed to getting the job--every job--done right. From the second we walked in we knew we were in good hands. Universal Fleet RV and Auto Collision Inc. took on repairing our Honda, which had been rear ended in downtown Denver. Our car is pearl white, which is notoriously difficult to match the paint when you do repairs. Its flawless. And that is because Max, Stuarts right hand man, took it upon himself to make sure it was perfect. Amazing attention to detail! These guys are just fantastic: excellent customer service, great results, great people. We cant recommend them highly enough.
If you are in need of R.V. Repairs, they are the only game in town!!! PERIOD. 🚐🔧 I brought in my pop-up camper and the work was done at a reasonable time (during the China19-Flu, shipping was slower) and price. Nick was very informative. He let me know as soon as the parts needed had arrived and when the job was completed. The initial price quote was quite close too. Nicely Done! (Hopefully I will never have problems again with my Recreational Vehicles, but if I do, I will bring them to Universal Fleet RV.) 👍
On 4300 mile road trip to see my 93 year old father around Fourth of July . Their team was so helpful. Limped my rv to universal. They let me stay at their shop overnight out front. looked at problem at 7am. Replaced two axles with brakes. Out the door by 3pm that day. Such an important trip for me and they saved the day. A reminder that there are still good people and companies out there. Thank you so much.
We recommend Universal RV without hesitation. Max Goya and his team are great to work with and deliver the highest of standards. Professional, honest, good communication, quality, timely work. Absolutely no BS that can be pretty common in the auto/vehicle/RV repair industry.
This place is A1+++ quality. They were on time, on price and quite a lot less expensive than others. We had a minor accident in a customers RV and had to have it repaired. Our customer was THRILLED,. said you couldnt even tell where the ding was. Thank you so much Universal. You are the best and we totally recommend you to all!!!
Max, is the best worker and most understanding guy Ive ever had a chance to speak too. He helped me out never made me feel like a bother. He showed me he truly did care. My RV is running great and thanks to max I had an amazing experience. Power surges they SUCK invest in a surge protector. Anyways, he truly cares about the place he works for and that is rare to come by. Even let my dad bad talk the raiders. Lmao 5 stars isnt enough. They need 10!
If you are unfortunate enough to need body repair on your RV, there is no other place like Universal. Max and the staff are very friendly. They are very reasonable priced, and do excellent work. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Max!
This is hands down the best auto / rv repair I have ever been to. Max and the entire office were friendly, welcoming, and seemed to appreciate my business (sometimes hard to find)! They were very busy, but they were still patient and thorough, answered all of my questions and handled the back and forth with the insurance company and adjuster as needed. Great service and team at Universal!
I was very pleased with the work performed on my motorhome. Someone went through a red light and destroyed my front end. The windshield came out and the front cap needed heavy repair. It was completed in a time frame that worked with our busy life. We live in the RV and Max and Stuart did an amazing job helping me with logistics and working with my insurance company. Thanks for everything. I will be recommending them to my friends and fellow campers. Excellent service.
The outcome is flawless. And that is because Max, Stuarts right hand man, took it upon himself to make sure it was perfect. And I am picky :) Amazing attention to detail! These guys are just fantastic: excellent customer service, great results, great people. We cant recommend them highly enough.
We took our motor home to get some cracks above the windshield repaired. They quoted us $1500 - $2000 to fix. They told us it would be $2000 as there some additional cracks on the side of the windshield.Nine (9) days later we received a call Matt wanting to know if he should proceed with the repairs as he sent us an estimate. The estimate went to our junk mail so we never saw the estimate. I would think that if they had not heard back in a few days they would have called not wait 9 days to contact us. We looked at the estimate at it was almost $800 higher than what he quoted us when we dropped off the motor home. Plus they were now going to charge an additional fee to remove and re-install the windshield ( this fee was included in the original quote of $2000), When we arrived to pick up our motor home to and take to another shop to get the repair done it was parked outside and running. Anyone could have just come by and drove off as this is not a gated shop. We went in the shop to tell them we were there and Matt said the keys are in it and then turned around and went to the back of the shop. He never said another word and just left the office. What a horrible place to do business and some of the rudest people I have ever met.
When a Wyoming antelope unintentionally committed suicide by running into the highway while I was towing my Lance trailer, I was left with an IED size hole in the right front of the trailer (along with an undrivable tow vehicle. I was able to locate Universal Collision from someone in Denver who performed only standard service on trailers. Now the trailer looks as if nothing happened. I was very impressed by how it was all handled - Max was very straightforward and professional.I would highly recommend this business if you are unfortunate to require it. You wont regret it at all.
I was very pleased with the work performed on my Keystone RV. It looked better when I picked it up than when it was new. They washed it and the paint matched perfectly. I recommend Universal and the team, Stuart, CJ, Max and Darrin very highly. They all work together with my insurance company to get the repairs done quickly and with great pride. Thank you.
My 34 Ft CLASS C RV was towed to Universal from ND, where our Refrigerator caused an Explosion and Fire. The walls exploded then Smoke and Flames bellowed out of the walls and shot through the RV seeking all vents. The Roof, vents and covers melted as did the rolled up awning and interior decor. Though it took several months I found the crew/staff friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their workmanship excellent and we were given a week to take it nearby to check everything out and to see if they needed to do more. We found a few things, took it back & they were fixed right away.We highly recommend them. Stuart the Owner and Max he lead Repairman were most helpful as was the office manager.Thank you everyoneGinger Sue Thompson of North Carolina.
Recently with the hail storm that came down in the Springs i took my RV to Universal RV. Max & Darrin were able to provide the comfort that i needed once it came time to deal with the insurance company. Max took my worries away. He was able to make my RV look as new as the day it was purchased. The crew did an excellent job, If you ever need anything done to your RV i highly recommend these guys. It was worth the trip from 75 miles away.
Universal Fleet has to be the best collision repair shop out there. The level of perfection at which they do their job is incredible. It made me forget I ever had damage on my car in the first place. Very satisfied with the work. I have to give a huge personal thank you to GM Jeremy Padilla who was extremely helpful throughout the process and showed great dedication and passion for what he does. The best of the best.
I have had more than one vehicle repaired at Universal collision always on time always on budget very professional and quality work as well
Its a rare treat to have results exceed high expectations! Our new RV needed repair and Jeremys team did an excellent job not only delivering as promised but doing a lot more work than was originally scheduled. On time, on budget and with care that put our vehicle back to NEW! Special thanks to Maxx who was our initial contact. Stuart, Jeremy and the team did a great job for us!
I severely damaged my 2016 Forest River Work and Play, scraped it up from one end to the other on the passenger side. 40 feet of screw-up on my part. I was concerned about how fixable it was. By the time Universal Fleet was done with my Work and Play, it looked better than the day I picked it up new. Complete and total fix with attention to every detail. Ask for Max, I learned to trust him and their work. Big thanks to Stuart and Max!
Very friendly environment. The owner and his team are very compassionate about the work they do. Love this place!
I just picked up my Forest River RV at Universal. The job they did on my damaged driver side wall and slide out is perfect. You cant even tell I hit a gas pump pole. I was heartbroken at the time. But Max, Stuart and the crew did a fantastic job keeping in communication every step of the way and the repairs are better than new. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for collision work and paint work on their RVs. They also took care of some additional items I needed on the inside. Excellent job!!
Just a absolute quality job! The manager Jeremy took in my recently severely damaged camper and truck. He managed to get them both back to brand new condition in the time frame he estimated. I was updated continuously throughout the process and will be bringing my camper back if anything happens to it in the future. Universal RV is the spot to go to in the Denver area.
I have been going to these guys for over 5 years. The are well trained and the prices are reasonable. Simply the best!
Its not often I get service this good, and work performed so well and on time. They worked with us after hail damage on a motorhome. No attempt whatsoever at getting anything extra from the insurance company - - an honesty that I appreciate - - straightforward, super friendly, and over-the-top accommodating. Jeremy made an unpleasant situation far easier to deal with.
Ive never had to have a RV repaired before but found myself needing to have our new 5th wheel repaired last year. I was put in contact with them and after the estimate, they took care of everything. Just picked it up and all I can say is....WOW!They even sanitized the interior. Thanks you all at Universal Fleet.
I wanted to give universal a shot due to their great ratings here on Google and on Yelp and wanting to avoid the big corporate shops but was disappointed both by poor service, lack of disclosure, and excess fees. I had major hail damage and brought my travel trailer for an 2nd estimate. The manager wanted me to leave the camper for the estimate instead of review it while I was there. I left it there and did not hear from back from them for 10 days after I left several messages for follow up, they still had no estimate completed and said they were trying to contact the insurance company. The insurance company decided to total loss the camper from another estimate I received so I went to pick up the camper the day they finally returned my call. They charged me $700 in storage fees that were never mentioned or disclosed to me and said they wouldnt release the camper to me unless paid. I considered calling the police unsure they could do much, but immediately directed them to the insurance company, who fortunately took care of the bill (ransom money). I would exercise extreme caution working with a company like Universal that didnt disclose fees to me, provides poor service, is deceitful and is one of the reasons insurance rates are so high. I welcome a response from them, but these are the facts of the situation.
I recently got some body work done there on my car and had a great experience. Stuart, Max and Jeremy are great guys, I am definitely coming back here again, hopefully not too soon though.
Stuart and his crew are great. I had my RVs frame repaired at another shop in town, and when I pulled out of that shop my brakes and lights werent working correctly. At 1pm the day before a long holiday weekend, they made time to check everything out and get me back up and running. Great people, good work.
I highly recommend Universal for any repairs that need to be made to an RV or Travel Trailer. Universal did a great job repairing my awning on my AmeriLite Travel Trailer, and saved me money over their original estimate. They are professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Jeremy Padialla, the General Manager, is very good with customers, and follows up on questions very quickly. They are the best in metro-Denver!!
Id give Universal 6 stars if I could. My wife and I had tried to get our black Sprinter van fixed at 3 different shops over 4 months (yes 4 months) before we took it to Universal. That included Abra, with the great reputation, who only told us they couldnt fix a vehicle of our size AFTER they made us wait a month to get it in to appraise it.Two side panels had been dented in several 1inch to 1/2 inch deep scrapes along about 4 feet of the the van. The first shops all said we would have to replace the entire rear side (and frame) of the van, leading our insurance company to want to total the vehicle out. We have a big family and this van is our kid mover and it was only scraped along the side, but everything else on the vehicle was in perfect working order. It made no sense that these other shops couldnt fix the van for under replacement cost.We took the Sprinter to Jeremy here at Universal and he immediately gave us a reasonable assessment where they could rework and reinforce the body damage on the rear panel and replace the sliding door front panel. Not only that, but they got us in shop in two days (yup) after we were ready to go with insurance when the other shops had all been weeks to a month to get in.When we picked up the van I was stunned. It was beautiful. The rear side panel was better than new and perfectly matched with the new door. Their body work guy, Jose, is an artist and I told him that. Theres a designed styling indentation built along the side of all the new sprinters and Jose had perfectly matched and aligned the body indentation across both panels. Youd never know anything had ever happened to the van. Not only that, but they had repaired an unrelated seam that had popped free on our bumper and had painted over several other small dings from years of people who had bumped into/hit and run our van in various parking lots. All of that would have been 5 stars, but they also cleaned and shampooed our van floor without being asked. We had also had them paint the top of our van white to help with the heat on long trips and it looks beautiful and more importantly, cant be noticed from street level which Jeremy had assured us it wouldnt. All this is the say these guys are honest, skilled professionals and go above and beyond. What more can you ask for? These guys deserve your business. Thanks Jeremy!
I have a 2016 Fleetwood Expedition Class A. It was damaged by the hail storm in 2017 causing significant damage to the drivers side and top of the RV. I used Universal Fleet RV before on a 5th wheel that I owned. At that time, Universal did a great job. This time, my repairs were done to an even greater standard. Supervisor, Jeremy Padilla, insured that all repairs where complete. He contacted the insurance company and made sure no corners were cut by the insurance company. His approach to making the customer an important part of the repairs insured outstanding customer satisfaction. I am particular and Jeremy met all my expectations. I Highly recommend Universal Fleet RV & Auto Collision for your RV repairs and suggest working with Jeremy. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you, Universal Fleet RV and Jeremy Padilla for your professionalism.
The Staff is great and friendly but when it comes to doing what they are hired to do big disappointment. I took my truck in for hail damage and ended up with a messed up interior, cloudiness on my doors and a runny paint job on my hood. Owner wouldnt admit to any of the damage inside my truck and it took me leaving my truck two more times to get the door fixed. If I had to do it all over again would pick a different shop and do my research instead of going with friends recommendation.
On our way back from Kansas there was a wind storm worse than normal. The skirting on the passenger side of our creek side 30ft trailer was unleashed on the side of the trailer. Jeremy worked quickly with my insurance and then with me to finalize the work to be done. We had another trip planned and he worked quickly to get parts and the work done. He went the extra mile to put more fasteners on the skirt and washing the entire trailer and guarantee his teams work. The side of the trailer was scratched up pretty bad but now looks like new including decals. Another vendor was having trouble putting out my awning out right after his work and he graciously talked to them and assisted where he didn’t have to. This is one of those times where I hope I never need his services again but if I do I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend this business.
Amazing shop and extremely friendly team. some RV repairs can take months depending on what is needed, these guys do amazing work.
Words cannot express my gratitude towards the staff at Universal Fleet RV. After enduring months of dead ends with our insurance company and other RV repair facilities, Universal Fleet RV & Auto Collision accomplished in under a week, what others failed to complete in the 8 months prior.Last summer, our one week old Jayco was damaged by hail. The insurance company requested that we send in pictures and they would determine the extent of the damage and prepare an estimate. The travel trailer is white and I could only capture the most notable dents with my phone and once I received my estimate, I knew it did not include all of the smaller dings. I informed the appraiser of this and he said we could take it to any repair facility for an estimate and they should be better equipped to take pictures. So we did just that and picked a local facility. By this time, all of the RV repair facilities were packed with hail damaged RVs. We knew we needed to be patient and that we may be waiting a month or more for an estimate. After a couple of months, this local repair facility was not able to reach a conclusion with our insurance appraiser on the damage. Our appraiser then hired an outside party to take additional pictures and video. The new pictures reflected some additional damage, but I still knew it was not thorough after watching the video they provided. This outside party was not able to step on the roof due to weather conditions and with the snow and cloud cover the pictures did not show the visible damage. At this time we are 7+ months in and ritefully so I am no longer patient. I took it upon myself to express my concern with the appraiser and snapped additional pictures. I am no professional so I used a pack of small post it notes and placed one by every ding. This resulted in us receiving a supplement and additional check for repairs. Finally after 8 months, at the recommendation of our insurance appraiser, we decided that it may be best to work with a repair facility that was a part of their network of repair facilities. Universal Fleet RV was one of the facilities along with some of the larger, faster pace, cookie cutter RV dealerships. Fortunately we chose Universal Fleet RV. I gave them a little of the back story but did not share all of my concerns as I wanted them to form their own estimate. I got a call just a couple of days later from Universal and they asked if anyone ever looked at the roof and noted that one side of the RV was missed on the estimate. I knew with this one call we were on the right path. At this time Universal submitted their supplements and requested for our insurance company to send someone out to confirm the additional damage, which they did. Now I must mention it would have been more profitable for Universal to make the repairs on the estimate and collect the insurance money. Instead they took the honest approach. They knew they wouldnt be doing the repair work if they brought the roof and side to the insurance companies attention because the RV would be totaled.I am appreciative of the integrity of the staff at Universal Fleet RV. Anyone looking for an honest and professional RV repair facility that puts customers first, should look to Universal Fleet RV & Auto Collision.
I took in my fifth wheel for repair and they had it back to me in a timely manner and it was repaired impeccably.
Had a broken waste valve well away from home, after getting recomended by my insurance, I called and had an appointment the next day. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the work was done right, well priced, and finished in a timely manner. Thank you universal, you saved my trip.
I typically wouldnt take the time to write a review. However, after the HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this AWFUL collision shop, I felt I needed to do so and give a 1 star, zero isnt available!! Hopefully no one else will have to relive the customer service nightmares that i did.I was told my RV would be complete in 4 to 6 weeks. On the 6th week mark came around, I called to see if my RV was done and the receptionist, CJ wouldnt let me get a word in. After 10 minutes of her going ON and ON as to why my RV wasnt done, I was finally able to explain my frustrations with the lack of communication and the POOR efforts of getting my RV completed in the time frame that i was given. She Said, Max would call me back . No RESPONSE! I called back and spoke to Max who was giving me conflicting information about parts. (LYING) ETC.... I was promised my RV would be done in a couple of weeks.I showed up to pick up my RV to find out the job was POOR at best!! The paint color didnt match, My RV was filthy Inside and Out. My Radio Was tuned to the Spanish Station. (What else did the Touch) was my second thought! The Inner vent trim was missing, List goes On.... Max Acted Dumb Founded when brought to his attention, No MGMT around to address my Concerns. It turned in to a 3 ring circus and i was finally out if there parking lot 4 hours later!( If you have plans be prepared to have them broken)Universals Operations & Mgmt is a JOKE to put it nice!
I called July 15th and spoke with Jeremy about bringing my RV in for some work on August 23. This was more than 5 weeks notice, and he said he could make it work. He proceeded to then wait until August 10th to contact the RV manufacturer about a part that was needed for the repair. Had he contacted the manufacturer when I first reached out to him, there would have been plenty of time to receive the new part. Since he waited so long, and the part needs 4 weeks for remanufacture, this meant my appointment on August 23rd would not be happening. At this point, I tried to get them to find a salvage door, but it seems that he hardly even bothered to find one. By the time I found out that my appointment was not happening, it was too late to schedule somewhere nearby in Denver, due to my having to leave the area in early September. I now have to wait until mid-October to have my RV fixed elsewhere. In addition, throughout the entire process of trying to start the claim and have my rig fixed, Jeremy was very bad about getting back to me. I repeatedly had to follow up and check in for updates, instead of having him professionally let me know what was going on. This was frustrating. Finally, when I asked him to please find another way to get the part needed so that we could continue with our scheduled appointment (which easily would have been $20k worth of work for him), he said, word for word, “I didn’t break it, I’m just trying to help you put it back together.” If you ask me, that is not at all professional whatsoever. Some reviews on here indicate a great job done when fixing cars and RVs, but my RV was never fixed here. Maybe they do great work, but good luck getting an appointment in a timely and professional manner.RESPONSE TO OWNER’S RESPONSE:I’m sorry you feel you did a great job with the scheduling process for our appointment, but that was not my experience. Calling manufacturers and ordering parts is not something done out of the kindness of your heart, but rather something you simply do when getting a huge job ($20k+ worth of work). Had we come in for the appointment, as we had wanted to, none of this would have been “for free.”Jeremy did contact us by email at times, but you can clearly see that many of the emails are from us asking for updates, which I felt I shouldn’t have had to do quite so much throughout the process. Also, I’m not sure why you must mention the 6 negative reviews I’ve left over the course of a few years, when I have nearly 60 four and five star reviews for businesses that have deserved them. I’m not afraid to leave a negative review when I have been wronged, but I will gladly leave a positive one when I have a positive experience.i
Fantastic job restoring my 1997 Pleasure Way Camper Van. Looks like new.
My wife and I are looking to purchase a used motorhome and took a potential vehicle over to Universal for a repair estimate before buying it. Lisa, Mitchell and Rick (two owners and lead estimator) could not have been more helpful!! Polite, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. All 3 of them spent nearly an hour going over every inch of the motorhome with us, inside and out. They talked about what needs to be done and what our options were. They were also kind enough to give us some tips on buying a motorhome for the first time. We both left feeling as if we had a much better understanding of what the key ingredients are for a great motorhome. We honestly never imagined getting this kind of attention, especially since we werent actually bringing them any business beyond just getting an estimate. This was the kind of service that we will tell everyone we know about! In our opinion, this is only place we will take our (future) motorhome for repairs. Thanks guys!
They work on rvs. Family business feel. Friendly enough
Best RV collision shop in Colorado the quality is absolutely outstanding they really care about their customers and will always do you right
Had my car rear ended by a guy with no insurance in Commerce City. Took my car to Universal, and they helped me work with my insurance company to get the repairs paid for. I was quite frustrated and worried about the whole process (had never been in an accident before), the guys fixed my hatch and bumper without issue.
If I could give more stars I would. If you need your RV repaired this is the place to have it done. We had some work done on our 5th wheel and Max went over and beyond for us to get it fixed for us since we are full timers and this is our home. We couldnt have asked for a better service.
Amazing people doing an excellent work!!!
Dependable company, great work!
They do fantastic work.
Friendly and professional.
Great job fixing the damage on my car
Friendly staff, small shop
