Tristan was Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He really took his time explaining the different beds in detail . I was very impressed. Had went twice, 2nd time actually bought a mattress to be delivered very soon. He asked a lot of questions to ensure I would get the correct mattress for my needs, sleep pattern . Each time I was there quite some time, he never hurried me nor was pushy. This was a hard decision for me although he made the process much easier with his knowledge and professionalism. This is, hands down, the best experience I have ever had buying a mattress. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by the owner and he seemed to know off gate that it had been 12 years since my last bed purchase! Probably the totally confused look I had. He pointed me in the right direction and I saved WAY more money than intended. This place has great deals! The delivery had to be postponed on my account, but I know it will be delivered promptly. I will update on the quality of bed when Ive had a chance to try it.

Sherri at Mattress Firm was terrific! I called her over the phone from my location in Winston Salem to discuss options Id seen online. We narrowed it down to 2 and my sweetie who lives in Concord went to the store to choose from those options to finalize the transaction. I found her very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with and I felt like I got a decent deal too. Ill update later once the mattress is delivered but service thus far has been 5 star.

The store is very clean and in order. I was greeted very professionally by Sherrie, (the store manager), which I did not know at the time. I was very impressed by the knowledge she knew about mattresses. After Sherrie picked out a few and had me lay on them to determine which fit my sleeping habits (I have a bad back). With Sherries advice and talking, I finally picked out the mattress I know I will be the happiest with and a give me a good nights sleep. After trying some other places in town, we found his polite and patient approach very refreshing - no pushy selling, no trickery, just honest information and direct answers to our questions.We left Mattress Firm with two mattresses, a specialty pillow and some mattress covers all for a very reasonable price. Kevin went out of his way to find us the best deals that he could, even though it kept us around past closing time. Visited Mattress Firm to take advantage of the Labor Day sale and we couldn’t be happier with the service or our purchase. I think this is where we found ourselves most impressed.
