Moved from Raleigh to Charlotte for New beginning and shopped several furniture and Mattress stores between Charlotte and Concord NC. Eugene has the best Customer Service skills ever. He was very knowledgeable and had the best personality. Today I recieved my Mattress via delivery and the communication and delivery drivers were great as well. Thanks Mattress Firm!

I walked in and had a great experience from the start. I don’t have great credit but he walked me through the process and got me going. I got a great mattress and was able to finance. The salesman was very friendly and courteous and set me up with delivery within a week.

Sherry is absolutely wonderful! She has been so helpful in making sure that we got the right bed for us! She really cares about her customers and wants them to have the absolute best bed for them! We had been looking for a new mattress for a while. We had went to the concord location and met a very nice woman named Sherri. Had received a lot of helpful information. Wanted to think about it for a while. Fast forward a year and a half, we were down by concord mills and decided to look in the store in that area. We were surprised to see Sherri working this location as well and remembered her from the previous location. She was absolutely wonderful and would recommend anyone going to that location and asking for her. She had recommended numerous mattresses in our price range. We did wind up purchasing something a little beyond our price range, but I think it was worth it. Absolutely amazing experience. Would definitely recommend. Cant wait for our new bed to come. Very excited

I have been suffering with insomnia for the past couple months now. I was apprehensive about buying a new bed due to how expensive it might be. so yesterday I worked up the courage to look up certain prices for certain mattresses and call them my closest mattress firm. a delightful woman answer the phone and I just called to inform her that would be there within 10 to 15 minutes. Whilst I was there when I met her she was so bright and welcoming. I immediately told her what I was looking for and she then proceeded to show me around the store for the best possible mattress for me. I personally dont like speaking to everyone especially early in the morning however Sherry youre so personable and kind that the experience that I thought would be taxing turn out to be one of the brightest parts of my day. as we discussed possible delivery and expenses and certain options I could use all I could feel was relief from how simple the process would be of purchasing a mattress. I explained my sleeping situation to Sherry and she felt that it was her duty to bring me the best possible bed for the best possible price and she sent me up with a lovely payment plan and delivery time that was perfect for my budget. the bed should be arriving today and I look forward to sleeping on my new memory foam mattress and finally being able to get some damn sleep. I hope this is one of those comments or reviews that gets brought up in a corporate meeting where everyone can see and acknowledge that Sherry is the exemplary kind of employee that every business owner or corporation should want to have. the kind of employee that should at least receive a $10 raise per hour. (Hint Hint). LOL. and Sherry if youre reading this I hope you and your family are doing well. I hope not only that your heart is beaming with joy at the side of reading this but thar the rest of your fellow employees can see the difference that great customer service and great people go hand and hand and that to see how tremendous they can make a person feel when it comes to making decisions as simple as purchasing a mattress from the right people.

They’ve moved from Concord Mills area and now in front of Lowe’s. There’s another Mattress store in their old location but it’s not them!

Needed a new mattress because our old one was sagging in middle and I haven’t been able to sleep on it for awhile due to back issues ( been sleeping in the recliner ). I was set on a Sleep number before walking in and did not think we would find something better or similar. We worked with many mattress sales associates that day with different companies and Tyler was the best! He was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and really personable. We never felt rushed or pressured into a purchase which is a common feeling anytime you walk into a place where you know sales associates make commission. A couple of weeks ago I was searching for a new mattress. Quite frankly, I was frustrated with the experience as I wanted something that was comfortable yet affordable; I did not want to break the bank. On a whim, I decided to visit the Mattress Firm location in Concord where I was greeted by the representative Jason. I thought I knew what I wanted as far as the type of mattress until I was thoroughly educated on the proper mattress for my best comfort. Jason broke down the science behind why I should choose the type of mattress I ultimately decided upon, and why that was best for the type of sleeper I am (side sleeper), in addition to my body type. I was amazed at how incredibly detailed he was and how passionate he became with finding the right bed that was also within my price range. I settled on the Memory Foam Doze and thus far I have experienced the best sleep Ive had in YEARS. I am completely satisfied, this was money well spent and I HIGHLY recommend speaking to Jason who will ensure you get the mattress you need for a great nights sleep!

Thomas helped me out with buying 4 mattresses today, 3 queens and a California King. I was greeted ant the door, and asked through the entire process. He explained all of the sales and varieties of beds as I have never experienced buying a nice bed until now. This store absolutely sucks my husband and I went in here to purchase a simple mattress and the guy took forever . Because there were customers in there before us and they were still trying to figure out which mattress with pillows they wanted, he felt like he should assist him first Because they were in there before us. because they were in there before us.I literally went to the mattress firm across the street and they assisted me right away !! I’m sure everyone else wrote good reviews to try to win a free pillow 😂😂🤣
