We went into Concord Mills Mall when it opened at 10am strictly to get my father inlaw a Florida Gators hat for his 67th bithday at Lids. When we entered the mall we walked up to the Lids Locker store at 10:10am on a Saturday 09/11/2021 and the store was closed. We started waiting untol aparently 11 when they opened. They open an hour after Mall opens. I asked the girl opening up the store while with my wife, When would the store open, and she looked at us and gave a bad face without a reply. They while looking through there gate at store products the other girl said get off the gate in a very butchy way. We left the Mall, and will never go to Lids Locker again. Bad customer service!

Great experience so far

Assured me they could embroider my golf towel without a problem, however they ruined it as I had expected judging by their unapologetic arrogance. Very disappointed as my now ruined property is not so easily or inexpensively replaceable.

Wife and I went into the store. We were not helped or asked if we needed anything. The 3 employees were too busy trying to hookup with a Brianna, who was on speakerphone, Wont go back again. If I could give zero stars, I would.
