Went into the store and spent $150 worth of items and then cut my finger on the counter because Of a nail that was sticking out. My finger was bleeding and I told the employee. He said “I know I told the manager about it”. No apology what so ever. Worst customer service ever. Didn’t even offer any kind of discount after spending so much money.

Nice service and found the hat I was looking for. The also have jerseys and kid sized hats. You can also make your own hat

I do not recommend they have bad service. I have more than 8 days. I will be waiting for my work and I still come and they tell me that it is not ready yet that I come tomorrow and that I come tomorrow I come the other day and he says, no, you have to go tomorrow or we do not have it so as not to tire them, I have 15 days but I walk .

Terrible customer service, Lies to costumers an aren’t helpful.

The guy behind the counter basically called me a liar to my face. I bought a hat at a lids location and I decided I did not like it and decided to return it. I brought it to this store in the packaging and upon attempting to return this hat, the guy refused it claiming that it looked worn. I had not worn this hat. Not but to try it on at the store and once again when I got home. It didn’t match the color of the jacket as I hoped. THE HAT HAD NEVER BEEN WORN. I am not a liar. I am not trying to run a scam. I am simply returning a hat that I don’t want. If I could give this store less than one star, I would. I am very upset to say the least. I’m not a liar. The guy had long hair and a beard. I didn’t catch his name. I could guess that he might be some level of manager. This experience has tainted my desire to ever shop here again and I will define not recommend this place to a friend.

Lids is a great store for hats that are not the same as every other store carries.

Great service and selection

My wife was there this morning trying to get me the Warriors championship hat and the employee there was trying to sell the last hat to 4 different people for $60 that was priced at around $32. The employee then gave the reason for the markup as this hat is gonna sell online for $100 since there arent any left, so its $60. Unauthorized markup of items for personal profit is illegal. That hat should have gone to the next person in line for the price on the tag.I called the store manager this evening, and was dismissively told oh okay, Ill look into it it, man.Unacceptable.

They usually have my size in stock, which is 7 5/8. If you like stupid variations of hats then youll love this store, they have all kinds of colors for team hats that shouldnt exist. Want a yankee hat thats purple and chartreuse? You could probably get it here.They have the on field 59Fifty newera hats for the Oakland Athletics, both traditional home, away, official alternates, spring training, some throwbacks which Im not sure are official, and some other styled hats that look pretty stupid to me, but you might like. They also have baseball hats for that other team across the bay that people suddenly started liking in 2010.They also have some football hats, with the same thing going for both raiders and niners. If youre looking for a plain black Raiders hat with just the shield, they have it. If you want just a black or burgundy hat with the niners sf on it, they have that. Also a bunch of variations too. Less so for the sharks, but if you just want a plain black hat with the team logo, you can find it. Also a black & teal one I believe. 👍🏻Minus one star for wayyyyy too many Yankees hats and variations, and they have an extremely poor college selection. I think I saw maybe a few Cal hats, no Stanford hats, a couple big 10 hats, and most egregiously, no USC Trojans hats. Thats a big negative. Cant even find one in plain black with the cardinal and gold linked letters on their website! Theyre all ugly variants. Also, no beanies I believe. At least none I saw.Good place to buy a baseball hat thats not too expensive. Official on field hat is about $35, and if you buy a few a year like I do, they have a lids club membership that gets you 20% off hats believe.
