Had what I needed. Was in and out in no time. Place was neat and organized.

Im going to Be generous and give them three stars 2 because they had what I went in therefore 1 * because the bathroom was clean but -2 because the delivery lady doesnt know how to drive stopping and going in the middle of the parking lot trying to wreck and when i went inside i got attitude from the employees because i was irritated by thier delivery driver.Not a great store. Autozone is just around the corner i surely will take my business elsewhere

I can say I will never EVER return to this location for anything. I went in for oxygen sensors and one of the workers named Ken made inappropriate comments towards me. It’s repulsive to say the least. You expect workers to be respectful and professional towards customers and then for this to happen? I hope something is done because to have another young woman be subjected to that treatment is beyond me. If I could give it anything less than one star believe me I would.

Ordered online and picked up in store (15% off), staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous.

The salesman was nice and some what helpful, but didnt seem to want to get his hands dirty. I have been to other auto stores and they were very helpful and would actually do the job for you,but this guy did not want to help in that way. But he was somewhat helpful.

It was real good the service was amazing but they didnt quite have the belt size I needed for my mini cooper countryman s.

I recently went there to buy brake pads, and the service was so good!! They were prompt with everything! One thing I did notice was one of the workers acting weird towards his co-worker. His name was Ken and the girl just seemed really uncomfortable with it all. I don’t know I feel someone his age should act more professional in a workspace like that. That’s the only reason I gave it a one star review.

They should have competent people working there but they dont.. And the same part i paid 20 for and free shipping for online.. they are charging 150 for it.. What a rip off. We wont be back here.. Im in the wrong business for sure..

The best! There was an issue with something I had purchased and they made it right with no hassle. Also, they were nice enough to listen to an issue with my car, told me what it was, I bought the part and installed. No more issue! A great place with competitive prices and A+ staff!

This is really a good auto parts store. The staff is amazing, and so helpful. Even when they didnt have what I wanted, they were kind and gracious to point me in the right direction. A few times they even suggested not buying something there because I didnt need it yet. My only gripe is having to take my used motor oil to the back of the store and pour it out myself, just a little awkward. Fix that and we will be at 5 stars.

I was very satisfied with my experience here. The manager opened the store a few minutes early because he saw me sitting in my vehicle waiting and stated that “he didn’t want me to be late to work”. He tested my battery, removed the old one, replaced it, and gave me info on how to get a rebate on the new battery.

The guys there are awesome and have been able to get just the right parts for 3 different vehicles. And, Art was even willing to go out to my truck and answer a few questions.Thank you !

Went in to pick up a part for husband they couldnt find it. They said they would give us a different more expensive brand for same price. The guy helping me was amazing and price matched exactly what my husband said he was paying on line. We always use this location they are always wonderful.

Great staff! They always greet me quickly when I come through the door. Seth helped me install a battery when I was in a hurry and caught in a bind. He was very helpful and polite. This is why I dont take my business anywhere else.

Much better than nearby competitors like autozone and oriellys. They have helped me get moving again several times. Better quality parts and much better staff.

Horrible service! Very disappointed in Mr. Comstock the manger at this location. They actually left me and my kids in the dark on a cold rainy night. Bought a light bulb for my car and it burned out in a matter of days. I brought it back in with a receipt and was told I could not get an exchange. Making me have to drive me and my kids to the next town down the road in the dark and rain with no head lights.

Great crew right parts first time

I got an audi tt recently and when me and the wife took a random drive out there only to have the check engine lite flash. i know what that means so i waited till sunbreak and ordered the parts. when i arrived there were workers greeting like they should. the young buck there was all smiles and never said no. went the extra mile and we found two mice holding a ground wire to there dead bodies. they gaveme tools and supplies to mend the repair.! as well as water and gatorade for the wife and i! great job!
