I was recently impressed with All Sports for an initial negative experience that they completely turned around to be a positive one. Recently I had All Sports do work on my lawn mower, and the mower was indeed running fine as I led it off their lot. It was a couple of days before I had time to mow, and when I finally started it up at home, it gave me the same problem. Frustrated for the time being, I took the mower back to get an explanation.When I arrived at All Sports again, I saw the same man from before immediately stop what he was doing, come outside, and meet me before I even reached the door, to ask if I was having problems. I replied that the job didnt seem done, but he never got defensive. He immediately asked to look at the mower, and invited me into the shop as he did a quick check. Within about a minute he found something that hed missed the first time around. He moved my mower up to the front of the line and said hed call when it was ready. I didnt even get back across town (I live 10 minutes away) before he called and said it was ready. Im not sure if he had to install a new part, but he insisted that it was a free fix and that he understood and regretted my loss of time that day. The whole time, between his actions and his words, you could tell he didnt think for a second that fixing my concern wasnt the most important thing in his day.Also, Sears and a couple of other stores around town have quoted me at 3 weeks for mower repair. All Sports, despite having many other clients in the busy summer (Conway is a big town and there are only a few repair shops), has always had the job done in 2-3 days, with care and respect being a high priority. Im happy to say theyve earned my business.
