Steven and his wife krystal are good people we use them for all of out major repairs that we cant handle our self

Completely thrilled with my first experience. THIS is what customer service is. Brought my sons first quad here, service with Steven and Krystal was awesome, patient, kind, and so helpful to all my questions and concern about safety. They gave me the bill for the parts and I had to ask if they forgot to add their markup price. Krystal responded to my emails quickly and Steven was more than accommodating. Will be back for certain. Service here is fantastic and reasonable price!!! It is a rarity that I leave reviews but it is well deserved

This husband and wife are super knowledgeable about everything power sports and then some. Even if it’s something they aren’t sure about they are always quick to find out. Always professional and willing to help and affordable. Highly recommend them for your mechanical/power sport needs!

I have to give this business a 1 star do to the fact the owner who fixs everything told me that it would cost 400 to 500 dollars to fix my jet ski.he said 150 for part and the rest is labor because alot has to be taken off including my exhust.well glad i checked as i was told to do because he was just going to rip me off.See i have worked on small gas engines for 40+ years. To take the starter of my jet ski is really easy.there is not alot of labor .remove air filter and then remove starter. It took me approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes to get starter out and new one installed. So be very careful who you take your small engine stuff too.

Dropped my Honda off for general tuneup and some new wheels and tires. I gave them a budget and they did just that! Awesome people! Being a small business owner myself, supporting one another is a big thing! They will always have my business! Thanks guys!!!

Absolutely worse experience Ive ever had at any mechanic shop, whether atv or automobiles. Horrible mechanics, terrible customer service and outrageous prices. I took my 99 honda 300 to Steven at Revive to replace the rear end bearing and seals, which i provided, charged $120. I went riding the day after i picked it up from the shop. Rode for about 1 hr just on dirt roads, Im not the kind of rider that goes the mud and water just to tear your machine up. Needless to say, I take it very easy on all 3 hondas I own. Out of nowhere it starts making an awful grinding noise and then it just stops. Wouldnt go in gear and barely move in neutral. So I take immediately back to Steven. He said its not his problem and charged me $65 to tell me I needed a new rear differential at $600. I took it to another local mechanic and 3 different people said Steven didnt put the shims in when he replaced the bearing and seals which caused the gears,ring and pinion, to get shaved off which in return i now needed a new differential. A problem caused by Revive bc they failed to do the work the right way. And I was only charged $200 from the other shop that put the differential in. My family and I have owned and operated our family business in Conway since 1947, and theres been a few times where mistakes were made but we always made it right to the customer. Thats part of owning your own business. Ive giving Revive 4 weeks to make it right and I havent heard a damn thing from Steven. I didnt want to write this review but obviously Revive doesnt stand behind there work and the people of conway and other places needed to know that. There are several local born and raised mechanics in Conway. Steven moved here from New York and has told numerous of people hes the best mechanic around. Far from the truth as new York is from Conway.

Had a busy work week and forgot to get my Outlander looked at before our family trip. It was making a noise in the rear end and I wasnt sure I was gonna be able to find someone to check it out for us. These guys got me in at the last minute and really helped me out. Much appreciated!

I own a landscaping company which means my equipment is extremely important for having happy clients! The key factor for this is when it breaks, I need it fixed in a timely manner. I took the backpack blower to another shop(my karma for not going here first) and after 12 DAYS, I call for a check up on the status. The gentleman says they still havent gotten to it yet and will be sometime later next week! So I picked it up and brought it to Revive at 11:30am on Saturday. (Shop closed at 12) I got notification at 9:30am Monday morning that it was ready for pick up. Revive is friendly, but most importantly, efficient for their customers. I cant recommend them enough!!!

I’ve had several things done here and all I can say is every time work is top notch and prices are very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and take your bike to the pros at revive!!
