I have always had great service here. All the employees are professional and treat you with respect, especially Renee. I think that is her name, the manager. She will work with you and will always give you an estimate so you can make up your mind and she knows her stuff. I will always bring my motorcycles here.

Conway Cycle shop has done a great job helping maintain my Harley. Tires and oil change. I have always had great service and the guys in the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your motorcycle needs.

They came highly recommended. Did the job, fixed my bike. However, they charged $500 for parts, labor and the time my bike sat on their shop floor without telling me beforehand or giving me an estimate first. Theyre competent and capable, but ask for an estimate before they do anything so youre not surprised with a bill you cant afford.

I’ve trusted Conway Cycle with multiple motorcycles and my atv. I wouldn’t hesitate at using them again or recommending them to a friend. They’ve always helped get rolling again!!!

They rebuilt my 03 KTM 2 stroke a while back, every person there was always very professional and kind, their work was outstanding, and they answered any questions I had. Conway cycle shop will always be my go to place for my four wheelers and dirt bikes.

Very good service and friendly folks that stand behind their products. I purchased a battery. Unfortunately after I charged it up it could not hold a full charge. They exchanged it for a new battery and even took the time to charge the new battery on thier commercial charger. New battery works great. I have found my go to shop for all my motorcycle repair needs.

The employees were very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They serviced my Harley with genuine parts and fluids. They were quick and efficient. They beat the price of the dealership by about 60 bucks. You can bet Ill be going back.

All i have to say this place is really disrespectful and rude...i remember when I use to go to this shop when I was really little with my dad had the nicest people ..now some old hag answers the phone. And is really rude. I honeslty..think yall need a reality check its funny ...how a car tire is only 15 dollars to have it put on but yall.charging 50 dollars just to put a tire on thats what you call staffing your customer. I would advise to take your stuff other places..

Nice people. Had some work on my triumph speedmaster there. Replaced chain and bearing. Good job reasonable charges. They are fast dependable and knowledgeable about many different brands of bikes.

Too busy to even answer some questions...Pretty sad when autozone can out perform you. Lady at the counter was super rude will never go back. I try to support local businesses but its hard to when your local business could care less to even answer a couple of questions. I would have order the part in question from them too but no worries. I also see a pattern on some of the feed back that reflects some bad business practices and the responses from the lady at the counter (to which I have zero doubt it was her responding) are terrible.

They had what I needed at a reasonable price. Its great little find. As long and the service and prices continue to be like what I experienced today they will be my new spot for, getting what I need for my bikes. And they are probably gonna get to know me pretty well.

Took motorcycle in for them to only fix the wiring for the lights, to get turn signals and brake lights working and do an oil change. They took months (not exaggerating) to “finish”. When they said they were done they were over their estimate times 3. They demanded payment and pickup immediately even though knowing I drive over the road and am not there much. After paying them and receiving my bike the nightmare hasn’t ended. Bike hasn’t run right at all. Renee was rude and unprofessional when I notified them of my problems. The owner stated he personally inspected every bike before they leave but had no explanation for why they didn’t put wiring back properly and instead drilled an unnecessary hole on my battery cover and zip tied it on. Nor the new scratches on my fuel tank and fender. Was charged for a spring I told them repeatedly I didn’t want or need. The oil was completely full. I believe they tried to reprogram the bike because it spits bad now. Was told to bring it back. Why would I when my experience was so horrible and neither tried to do anything but buy me off with a $300 refund which isn’t even half of the bill I paid, or even close to what I’m paying to fix all the issues my bike has had since they “fixed” it. No I don’t recommend them. Ironic since my family supposed to be friends with them.

The owner is a great guy who genuinely cares about all of his customers. Stew is a great mechanic, Renae does her best to make things run smoothly and Michael is a great mechanic as well. You wont get better customer service, i couldnt feel any better about the crew they have there at the cycle shop. AMAZING people who do exceptional work all day every day. And if your unhappy with anything or have any questions they will make it right always!

Im not a motorcyclist, we had company from out of state that needed a new tire and installed on the bike. They worked us in and got them back on the road.

They do a great job fixing bikes and there prices not to bad either!!! I highly recommended them!!!

So I purchased a new tire onlune, brought the tire and old tire still on wheel, asked if they could change out and balance, said yes, so u asked when could that happen 2 guys said well heck, we can knock that out right now my experience was very welcoming from them and a lady. Nice people just ordered tires for my bike same tires at dealer more expensive .looking forward to them coming in . Sure there work is as good as price point on tires.

They helped us out when we needed it most! 500 miles away from home on vacation on a two wheeler and realized we needed a rear tire. After trying several motorcycle repair shops with no luck we came across this god-send. Even though they were booked for the day, after they heard our story they decided to squeeze us in. 45 mins later we were back on the road with piece of mind. And they were $40 cheaper for the tire and labor than back home!

Lesson learned to never return to conway cycle. Have had several problems but most recently had 2 tires mounted and balanced and had an odd vibration out of the bike. Took one tire back to them and bought new wheel bearings. They damaged the bearings, so we had to replace them yet again. Still had the vibration in the bike. Took it to another shop for a 2nd opinion and find out They had NEVER balanced one of the tires (said they balanced with beads, there were no beads inside the tire) and the other tire had a few beads but not near enough to be balanced. This was the final straw with Conway Cycle. Im now at over $400 in trying to find the problem when it was them not balancing in the first place They have only been in business this long because they are the only shop in Conway.

When called to get a price on mounting a tire off the bike it was 25 off and 50 on the bike but once i got there the price had went up 10 plus tax because i had my own tire.
