Scheduled this company twice to get my sons windshield replaced. Twice they did not honor tge appointment. Awful customer service. Do not recommend thus company if you value your time and depend on your vehicle. Can not speak on quality of work but find it questionable if its as bad as their customer service.

I see the one star review and I feel bad that Samantha had a bad experience with Fast Glass. Our experience was completely different. I had Safelite come out to do the insurance-paid replacement of my windshield. Safelite showed up with the wrong one. Now I was in a jam. I called Conway Tint and Glass whom I’d used for YEARS and they yanked me around. I called Fast Glass and the NEXT morning, they were at my house (5 min earlier than expected), did the install, had the proper brow and windshield, cleaned the windshield and then left about 30 min +- later. I’m thrilled I found them. I have nothing bad to say about them. I def recommend Fast Glass to anyone.

Wonderful experience with them. They came to my home and fixed my windshield. It looks like i never had a crack on it.... like it was brandnew from BMW factory! Highly recommended!!!!

This was the most awful experience and horrible service. Period. I called first thing in the morning for emergency windshield replacement and was told the mobile repair would come to my house between 1-4pm. No one ever showed up. No one called. I called the business back at 4pm and was told the delivery service delivered the windshield to them broken and they asked me to wait until they had to come to my area in 2 days for a $25 discount. I said that wasn’t acceptable and it had to be replaced today and I was not happy that no one let me know sooner that they wouldn’t be coming today. The man said he would call around to try to see if his competitors had a windshield that he could buy from them to replace mine and that he would call me back with a solution. That was at 4pm. At 4:55pm I called back and spoke to someone different who gave me the number to Mike. I then called Mike and did not get an answer or call back. I would never refer this business to anyone and I will not give them my business from here on out. This is horrible business.

Outstanding service! They came right to my workplace and did a great job. I recommend them to anyone.
