Absolutely zero customer service. Old man behind the counter was more concerned with his TV show than selling me a boat. Guess I’ll be going elsewhere to buy my new havoc.... don’t care if I have to drive further and pay more Ricochet won’t be getting my hard earned money.

Great customer service. Very fast and efficient! The owners are very nice and get you set up with everything you could possibly need! Highly recommend using them!

They had our boat for over a month. It took my husband calling and saying he was coming to get it for them to even look at it. At one point we drove by and the rod boxes were wide open, it was left outside uncovered the entire time. We finally got it back, and there are stains on the carpet, bird poop all over it and it’s obvious they never drained it when it rained. Super frustrating for the amount of money we spent.
