I like vehicles. When I finally made contact, a great guy named Chase spoke with me. Sent me to speak with Wesley. I drove the vehicle. I KNOW the prices of this particular vehicle. I noted about 15 discrepancies that some were minor fixes, others are major (still drivable, just takes a shop to fix). These are something that could have been unknown to the Dealer, and was to the salesman. anyway.I made a real offer. It was less than asking and considering repairs it needed, was very fair in my opinion.Now the issue I am uncomfortable with. The owner came back with a counter offer. I was promised I would be called in a few minutes. Hours later I called Chase. He called around and called me back. I appreciate that.I proceeded to the lot to close the deal. I then as I am paying (no financing needed) had to listen/over hear asking if Im hes (Im) a dealer, hope he gets a good profit, hes getting the vehicle at wholesale, etc. They easily could have said no, and I would have went somewhere else. (Update: Wesley called me and explained, the dealer comment means I would not have paid the extra fees that they came back with in the counter offer)I also heard the owner say a few things, but he wouldnt speak to meI will say this. If you need a vehicle, dont hesitate going by TNT. They have great vehicles and market pricing. Several very good deals from what I seen in their inventory. I dealt with Wesley and Chase. Both are good with taking care of your needs. Wesley was very busy, and still managed to tend to me and make the sale.1 star loss was due to owners words and not making me feel important enough. Was 3 stars, but Wesley called and clarified the dealer comment. We will chalk the other stuff up as miscommunication.

I had a great experience at TNT. Jesse Camacho assisted me with purchasing my first car. Naturally I was very nervous. I went to 3 different dealerships before TNT. NO ONE was willing to work with me on the pricing of their vehicles, which is why I didnt buy at the other dealerships. I know a lot about cars and I have done extensive research on multiple makes and models I was interested in. All in all, i knew what i wanted and I could tell when the other places showed me vehicles that were priced way too high. I have a very distinct taste and I was looking for a steal (a great car for an even better price). Jesse asked me what kind of price I was looking for, and I only had to tell him once. He did not once try to get me to go over budget, which I really respected. I could tell he understood me and my personal situation. He didnt just see a paycheck when it came to selling me a car. He genuinely cared about this being my first purchase, and was very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked questions about financing, servicing the vehicle, and taxes. I highly recommend TNT because Jesse went the extra mile for me.. I told him my budget and he played with the numbers to where the total amount I was financing (including taxes, documents, tags, etc.) was exactly what I wanted it to be. I really appreciated him taking the time to make this deal work for ME, not to make it work for just the dealership. I bought an Audi Q7 and I am very pleased with my purchase. I will definitely be back when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.

I bought a truck from them in 2008. Jesse answered every question that i had quickly and without beating around the bush. At one point i was still skeptical of the truck that i was looking at, so he gave me the keys to the truck and slapped a temporary tag and told me to drive it the whole weekend and if i liked it just come in that Monday morning and we could get the ball rolling or if not just return and look at something else. So i made my decision and we went to my bank that would accept the financing and we signed and made the deal official. Jesse is the best at people skills and car selling.

I had a wonderful experience here. I bought my truck about a month ago and was waiting for my 500 mile trip to leave a review. The only problem I have had was a check engine light from my air flow sensor. My air filter had fallen on half way through my drive, so I put it back on and the check engine light went away. Other than that I love the truck. The experience at the dealership was great too! Very honest and do their best to work with you.

We recently purchased our 4th RV, and our first fifth wheel from TNT. Jude was our sales rep and we couldn’t have had a better salesman, or experience then we had dealing with Jude and TNT. Drove three hours to look at a toy hauler that I seen online. Got there and it seemed like a professional place and they had known we were coming to look at it, had not turned on anything so it was hot and stuffy inside. It stunk from them not draining the black water. We had to go get the salesman because he left us in the camper waiting so he could go make a phone call and didnt come back. They could not get the extra bed to slide down. After telling us they would order a new table to go inside some guy just threw a fold up table inside. Then after the ac had been on for over two hours the salesman had the nerve to tell me thats as cold as the ac gets and that it has been inspected. IT WAS STILL JUST AS HOT IN THERE AS WHEN WE HAD GOT THERE!!! Barely ANY air came out of the small vents and the warranty was up so they couldnt do anything. They also tacked on fees that the salesman couldnt even tell us what they were for!!! OVERPRICED AND JUNKY CAMPERS!!! Salesman was NOT knowledgeable about anything either. Steer clear!!

Was on vacation stopped in to check out a toy hauler they had. Got price were I wanted it. Went back to beach done all the dealing over phone without interrupting my vacation. Signed paperwork and picked up camper on the way out of town. Also gave me a couple weeks to pay tax, tag and fees sense I had just come off vacation. Sales man was Rando great guy. I would do business with them any time. If your in the Myrtle Beach area stop in check them out.

Everything with the process was normal and I got into the car, also Jesse was a ok salesman, so it was a all around average transaction. Wasnt too knowledgeable about the vehicle. Said there was some photos of before and after repairs that I never saw and the car didnt even go out on full. He did lie and say the car was good on an oil change when it was on 0% life and I had to get it changed immediately after I got the car. He then lied again and said that I would get reimbursed for it and coincidentally I never heard from him again after that. Just know what youre looking for and looking at and just make your own judgement on this place.

We purchased a 2008 Chevy Suburban in May of 2017. They lied to me at the time of purchase saying that it needed a $30.00 sensor. While in the shop we discovered that it needed a $300.00 sensor plus it had a broken motor mount and it needed brakes. TNT did help with the repair minus the brakes after much pressure from me. Going forward we have had to replace all the coolant lines and transmission cooling lines because they were severely corroded ($1,000), the fuel pump and fuel lines because of corrosion which resulted in a massive fuel leak ($1,000), brake calipers, front hub bearings, the door locks have never worked properly, the back door handles don’t work properly, one of the rear folding seats is broken and will not fold, the rear defrost doesn t work, the rear autolift hatch does not work, 2 of the rims are so corroded they won’t hold air! Every 3 days they have to have air out in them. The tire shop has checked the tires multiple times and they said the rim are badly corroded on the inside.So now we are facing having to buy 2 new rims, it also has a bad water leak somewhere near the rear passenger seat that has resulted in mold. Myself and one of my children have health issues that cause us to be severely reactive to mold!! Now as of last weekend the check engine light is on for a sensor that has to be replaced. Now remember, we have only had this vehicle 1 YEAR! We are not so sure this vehicle was not from a flooded area. This is the second vehicle we purchased from TNT. Our first vehicle has had many repairs as well but we gave them the benefit of doubt. Think twice before you purchase from TNT or you may end up with a very unreliable, unsafe heap of junk!

This is by far the worst dealership I had ever delt with. Bought a car and within one week had issues with it. 7800$ later out of my pocket money finally got it fixed. Found out thru the computer in the car that Dealer TnT takes their cars to Basils Auto Reparis and he just turns off the check engine lights, once you drive the car off the lot they will not help or make things right. Want to get screwed go ahead and use them but I had owned a lot of cars in my life and this one is by far the worst one ever. Their mechanis James fromBasil automotive is also a crook, dont let him work on any of your cars. Hes located on 501 and Grissom parkway intersection. Total rip offOnly reason I gave it one star because they dont have any lower rating you can giveTnT Auto sales are biggest rip off out of all the 501 dealers. Embarrassment to other dealers out thereAlso its very funny that 5 reviews came from the salesman that works there and one of their other employees.. Total rip off all the way around
