This place is awesome.

This is a well kept laundry center. Machines work even though there a little expensive. HOWEVER....THE OWNERS ARE TERRIBLE! If you have kids dont bother going. They claim to be religious but expect your kids to sit like statues and dont make any noise. There are signs throughout the building that are rude and offensive. Not to mention cameras that face where you sit, so their always watching you. Even while you wait for your laundry. Its creepy. Really just overkill! Its a shame people like this exist. Will never return.

Absolutely love this place! Clean and quiet! Sometimes things get crazy at home with the grands running around but I can go here and wash my cloths and relax!

Rude! Just plain Rude! Machine left my clothes wetter than any other laundromat clothes were still unclean had to go somewhere else and the wash. Clothes wetter than anywhere else probably because the dryers are only 5 minutes per quarter.... way to be skinflints! In case you forgot since the beginning..... RUDE! Maybe instead of putting signage up everywhere about attitudes y’all should check yours at the door.

Very clean facility and quiet however the bathroom is always locked and on the door your advised to ask the attendant for the key. There has never been anyone present when I am here and I usually come before 5pm. This is inconvenient because I have to leave if I need the restroom.

Amazing people and they take care of everything so everything is basically brand new and great working order. I highly recommend to do your laundry here!!!

Very clean and well maintained laundromat. Safe place with a camera at every angle and usually a person on staff (or watching on the cameras I suspect). No riff raff tolerated! I feel.safe going alone.

Clean, but the owner looks in your basket while you fill the machines. He stands too close for comfort.. his wife is sweet, but they follow you out to your van if you use a cart like they think youre stealing. Owner flaunts around saying he can kick anyone out at any time and keep your clothes. Made my little one sit on the bench the whole time, couldnt play with his stuffed superman doll even though he was quiet and well behaved. Clean place, okay for people who dont have kids or for people who dont mind having their clothes looked through before putting them in the wash...

If you have to take your kids with you dont go to this laundry mat. I had my 1 year old and my 7 year old and they were playing with each other while I fold my clothes and the lady came out shouting at my kids. I had to restrain myself from punching her. I guess she has a problem with black kids. I just moved and was looking for a laundry mat. This place will never see my face again.

Had issue with the owner, my child was sitting quietly watching a show on my phone and the owner came to me with an attitude, telling me to take my sons toy to my car are he would call the police and have me escorted from his property. I decided to leave and the owner heckled me the entire time. The professionalism at this place is awful. The owner made sure we knew that he could talk to us anyway he pleased because he was thr owner. I felt this incident was race related.

Clean and neat place but the owners are rude. Any move you make in this place they look at you as if you are doing something wrong. They act as if they are cleaning or trying to help you but they are really following you around and checking to see what you have, like youre a child. Im not sure if its a race thing or if they really think they are better than people but I recommend that you take your money elsewhere. Theyll act as if they dont want you in there but still want your money. I was going there every week for a few months and thought they would have realized that I mean no harm just want to peacefully wash my clothes but that is almost impossible with these people. I just got fed up with the disgusting looks I got and the unfriendly unwelcoming attitude.

Very rude, if you have children will make them be still and silent. No talking or toys allowed. If you leave while you wash or dry they will remove your clothing the minute it stops and charge you extra money to get them back. Did i mention they told flood victims to leave when they were trying to wash clothing with a child. Please stay away from these people.

Worst customer serviceOk I am going to rant for just a minute. I went to a laundromat today Simmons laundromat to be exact. Yes I have a one year old. However the entire time we was there lady that ran the place kept saying things about my son . All he was doing was walking around we were told he cant do that. So my mom puts him in her lap and plays daddy shark song on her phone and the lady told my mom to turn her phone off. So of course I get a little upset. I told my mom that when the clothes got done washing we would leave and take them to another place to dry them . So the lady owner get her husband to come out and tell me this is not a child Care center that children shouldnt be let loose to walk around. I asked him. What am I supposed to do with him. I am flooded out of my home and no way to wash my clothes at home . He said I dont care about you being flooded out I dont need your money I got plenty of it then told me to get out . I said you have horrible customer service and thats the reason. We are the only ones here. I could understand if the phone was loud and there was a lot of people there but we were the only ones. So I told him if you treat everyone this way no wonder you parking lot is empty. He said he didnt care for me to take. Picture of this place. So I did and on his business sign it states as for me and my house we serve the Lord well I dont know what god he serves but I know my Lord would be sadden to see people act the way he did. Especially about a child. The Lord said let the children come unto me.. this being said if you or anyone your know has been flooded out and need a place to wash your clothes I ask that you do NOT support this business because he obviously doesnt care about you or that what he stated. And as you can see on the pictures below I wasnt joking about being the only one there . There is no call for people to act this way.

I would like to know what these bad reviews about a coin laundry have to do with a boat/marine store. I am confused?

I had never been to simmons before I called about a replacement part for a boat we were working on and the lady I believe her name was Nellie was so so nice. She searched for the part and best price, she even did inquires for me with ther mechanic when the discription di not tell exactly what was in the rebuild kit. Great Place Wonderful People!
