Always treat us well. Staff are friendly and professional. Facilities and waiting areas are always clean. We like the energy-saving and polution-reduction measures taken through the lot and facilities. Service is often slow, but never had any problems. Also, the TV is always too loud in the primary waiting area. Even if you want to sit away from the TV, you can hear it everywhere.

Simply the best sales and service departments I know of selling the best cars in the world.Earlier this week sales associate Jason Spradlin helped us find just the right Highlander. Jason was low pressure, very competent and extremely patient. When the right car wasnt available at Caldwell, Jason found one several hundred miles away and had it available for us in ONE day. Jason then did a great job of explaining all the new safety features of the Highlander.We were replacing a wonderful old 2006 Avalon that gave 217,000 miles of comfortable and reliable service. We bought it USED at Caldwell in 2010. The Avalon was sold new by Caldwell in 2006 and maintained by the Caldwell service department until we bought it in 2010. Andy Lamb, service manager, gave me pointers 11 years ago that helped me maintain the Avalon to get such amazing service. Fast forward 11 years and the same Andy Lamb gave me service pointers for our new Highlander that Im sure will allow it to provide outstanding service just like the Avalon it replaced.

I had a good idea of the type of vehicle I was interested in, but didnt understand all the options available. It turned out that what I wanted wasnt even available on their lot; so, they searched externally until they found the same vehicle on another dealerships lot and was able to acquire that vehicle for me. He listened to our concerns and what we needed in a new car, as well as the price range for monthly payments that we wanted to stick with and showed us quite a few different options. Danny worked extremely hard to find us a vehicle that fit all of our needs, down to the color that I wanted.
