Total Rip off!!! do not go through car city!!!I I REPEAT! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! You will forced to pay unreasonably high premiums. Im currently paying 430 a month for just my car payment and my insurance at $330 a month both together totalling $760 DOLLARS!! thats almost 800 a month and to top it off by the end of my term. I WILL HAVE PAYED 20,000 FOR CAR THAT NOT EVEN WORTH 10,OOO. SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY, learn from my mistake. They just take advantage of people with poor credit!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Chad Davis is absolutely horrible. He no longer works there. Everyone at the dealership are absolutely MORONS! I financed a car on November 6, 2017. My first car ever. Chad just wanted the commission of course. Pressuring me the entire time. He NEGLECTED to tell me anything that he was doing. Told me to sign paperwork. I was taking my time to read everything thoroughly and he was trying to rush me through everything. I told him that I want to read everything before I agree to sign anything. He told me, I just explained everything that’s in the paperwork and proceeded to yell at me to “SIGN THE PAPERWORK”! I looked at him and almost walked out! I’m like hell no you don’t speak to a customer like that! I was so fed up I just signed. That was my own fault in doing so. Well, what Chad neglected to tell me was that he tacked on a $2000 service contract, which I was trying to read the paperwork before he barked at me. Well, May 5, 2019, I was involved in an accident. Not my fault. I tried to speak to people about getting the appropriate information to send to my insurance company, etc. Called Car City. Had to talk to 5 DIFFERENT people because they had NO IDEA what they were doing. They don’t even have a “financial department” like ALL legit dealerships have. Now I have to go into car city and sign paperwork for a total loss just so I can get my $2k service contract back. Absolutely absurd!

One of your salesmen sold a 2017 Hyundai Accent to me on 2/14/19 and made it clear to me this dealership don’t put people in cars that will require astronomical repairs. I gave my story from Driver Time and he told me “Car City” doesn’t handle their customers that way. Well now I have a $300 repair cost for a sensor. I can’t believe I gave $1000 down to yet another side dealership that’s ripping me off. People with challenging credit is the last people to take advantage of. I will continue to work on my credit so sharks like Car City and Drive Time will not be taking advantage of the ones who are starting over.

Car City went above and beyond to ensure that we did not leave without a vehicle. We needed a second vehicle with more room for our family. Our credit situation was not the best. They didnt make us feel embarrassed, and I really loved that. We were honest with our situation, and they did everything possible to put us in a nice vehicle for a really good price. Car City also stayed within our comfort zones for the down payment and monthly payment. They didnt pressure us into something higher. They wanted to make sure that we could afford it. If youre doubtful of your situation, dont give up until after youve visited Car City. I will be recommending them to all of our family and friends. Tom was our salesperson, and he was the absolute best.

Bought my car a week ago and I love it. Tom Browne was my sales guy and he made sure, I was happy and was very patient with my while I test drove all the cars I liked, was not pushy like more sales men are to get a deal. They are some Nasty people! They told me I had warranty on my car and come to find out I Didn’t. Then I was having problems with the car since I got it! Told them about it the issue when it first started happening and they told me they didn’t had record of it. So that mean they still wouldn’t fix it and I had to pay out of pocket. Went there to pick up my things from out the car along with my tags and they wouldn’t open there mouth about and I caught the Older Guy who sits at the desk in the middle looking at me funny and I started to say something but I didn’t!Do not get vehicles from these people they will tel you a lot of things just to get you in a car. I even HATE I mess with them.Bad Customer Service! The Guy Tj who sold me the car barely wants to speak and then acts funny. Car City of Conway car salesman Bruce is a compulsive liar! I purchased a car from there and then he said if I send him customers I will get a referral check of $100 in returned. I sent him 2 customers back to back. I received 1 referral check and when asked about the other referral check he blames the corporate office as being idiots but hes working on sealing another deal and I will get my check. Nothing yet! The car was purchased since October. Now when I call and text hes doesnt responds.

Tom is an awesome salesperson but the manager Alan was the worse and dont think that it is fair.....I got a car and because of some unforeseen issues had to bring it back and get a cheaper car and my payments are still the same. Dont understand that and they cant explain to me bedside keep saying because I only put a certain amount down

Love my car! But when we bought it, it had issues that they said would be fixed. A year later they finally fixed it but I had to pay 100.00 for the warranty which I feel I shouldnt had to pay because it was a we owe.

All i had was a couple hundred for down payment . Started with no car and ended up with 2014 car with low mileage and great gas mileage. Had a great experience and Ill come back.

Be sure to know the actual wholesale value of the car because they will definitely like it most dealerships lowball the heck out of the value of your vehicle upon trade. Not a pleasant experience at all for a bunch of used rental cars

BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WENT TO THIS DEALER TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE AND I DID PURCHASE A 2015 MAZDA CX5 AND TEST DROVE IT EVERYTHING WAS FINE THE DAY OF PURCHASE. ON THE SECOND DAY THE ENGINE WAS KNOCKING,TRANSMISSION SLIPING, WENT TO GO PUMP GAS AND CANT BECAUSE IT KEEPS STOPING THE PUMP IF I HAD A FULL THANK OF GAS,WHEN IT WAS EMPTY,SHUT OF TWICE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD.THIS VEHICLE IS A LEMON AT THIS POINT,BROUGHT IT BACK AND THEY SAID BRING IT NEXT DOOR TO GET FIXED SO WITHIN 10 MINUTES THE CAR WAS FIXED SO THEY SAID. THEY NEVER DID FIX IT SO I CALLED THE FINANCE COMPANY AND THEN THEY CALLED ME AND SAID TO BRING THE MAZDA CX5 BACK AND THEY WILL PUT ME IN A DIFFERENT VEHICLE SO I SET UP THE DATE AND WHEN I GOT THERE THEY GAVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK AND SAID THEY DIDNT WANT TO DEAL WITH ME ALL BECAUSE I REFUSSED TO STAY STUCK WITH THAT PIECE OF JUNK THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTIST AND THAT BALL HEADED MANAGER IS A JOKE THAT RUNS THE PLACE OR MAYBE HE WAS THE OWNER EITHER WAY HE IS A JOKE.
