Every single time I come into this Ulta, I find that I am welcomed, and if I need help finding anything the employees are so nice! I’m not sure what the name of my cashier was the other week (I believe she mentioned she was going on holiday to Jamaica soon?) but she was SO KIND and sweet! Blessings to everyone who works here, and many thanks for your kindness.

I love this store but more than that I AM GRATEFUL FOR GINGER!!! I had done a large purchase 2 weeks before and was doing a small $30 refund but their machines where not working correctly and it wasn’t allowing my refund. I had the receipt showed I paid $240 with cash the day I bought the items but no matter what was tried it wouldn’t process!!!! The help desk was absolutely no help at all and the IT department knew nothing either. Thankfully Ginger found a way to make it right and because of her I will continue being a loyal Ulta customer!!!!

One of the Best Ulta’s I have been in. All of the employees are nice and helpful. They are always checking to see if you need help. And the Salon services are the Best!!!! I’ve had Facial’s, hair color, and color gloss done and have had better results there than at other salons. I do not even live in Conway, but I will make that 45 minute drive to this Ulta.

I come here for the products and I know exactly what I want. I always feel like the whole experience is impersonal though and I wish the customer service felt less scripted and was more engaging.

Love, Love, Love Ulta love the staff friendly knowledgeable and they will really try and make you happy. I love the product lines and Ulta sells them for a great price point and they are for sure authentic and fresh. No one wants old product or fake product. The online is amazing they have everything and their shipping is really fast. (The store bag is great quality thick plastic makes a super trash liner #recycle😁💖🙏 )

LOVE ULTA, always clean, everybody is always friendly, they have several antibacterial stations set up for everyone to use throughout the store.

This is an amazing store. I had help from LeAnn in the salon she knows her products and very funny. I also met Charlie. He is amazing he helped my with my fragrance and my make up. Both employees went above and beyond. I will be back. Thanks again. Donna

I took my girlfriend here, and I have to say, I am absolutely impressed. The staff were very kind and helpful. When they talked about products, we had a very real outlook of their inventory, with practically no sales pitches.They also had a professional do my girlfriends makeup as well. She felt, and looked out of this world. I have a lot of love for her, but the way she glowed walking out of that store was a rare sight for me. Easily a 5 star.

I have been 2 times now and both times...beyond happy with my hairdresser and my hair. Highly recommend!

I havent had my hair cut in years after a devastating experience with an almost-mullet bob cut. Kevin was very understanding about my apprehension and sensitive to my requests, while educating me and guiding me through his process. I love my new hair! Go see Kevin!

Found exactly what I was looking for and Customer service was wonderful.

Though Im not much into makeup, this store was still very nice. The products seem fairly-if maybe a bit over- priced. The store was quite and relaxing. There are plenty of ways to test makeup and know what youre buying.

I had a very positive experience and can’t believe all the negative comments I just read below. Glad I didn’t read before I went into the store. I ask woman at front of store for help, she called for someone, Jennifer came promptly and helped me find what I needed. I only bought moisturizer, and she didn’t even try to sell me the entire skin care set! Instead she gave me a sample and a free gift to be sure I liked it first!

I had my hair fixed by Kelsey...she did such a good job! I am thrilled, Thank you Kelsey!I wanted an appointment to return...they said the system would text me my appointment date several weeks from now? So we will see... Do I make a return visit?I also wanted to know what all the products were they used in my hair... I am still waiting for that answer.

Rude workers. Unhelpful and condescending.

Went in looking for some help to find some bronzer and every employee was extremely rude and more focused on communicating with each other than us customers. Management definitely needs to be replaced, was so excited for this location to open since I live here, but Id much rather take the drive to little rock or just purchase straight from the products online website then waste my time coming here.

Everyone there is absolutely amazing. They are so nice and helpful and the girl that did my hair there did a fantastic job. I just love going there.

Great selection, but never once asked if needed help. I wound up with gift certificate instead of getting what I went for.

This Ulta is amazing! All of the staff are great and friendly, and they help find everything I need. The salon is awesome and full of wonderful stylists. Brianna is mine and has always given me a great cut!!

Dalton was very helpful. Checkout staff was not very friendly or accommodating. The store was out of my color of foundation but did offer to ship one to my home for free.

Im actually not sure why this place is so poorly rated. It seems that other contributors didnt have their feet kissed when they walked in the door. Me and my wife have never been treated badly and they have always been more than accommodating every time we are in there. They dont try to pressure you and they dont snub you. Theyve always helped any time my wife needed them and they never made me feel like I wasnt wanted. Prices are reasonable but they dont control that either.

The young lady named Gracie was the nicest and the most knowledgeable person!

Today I went in to buy a few things. The lady at the entrance didnt even say hi, and then as I walked more into the store she says um do you need help? I said no thanks. The employee on the floor was rude when I asked her for her suggestion on face cleaner. She showed me one product and didnt even listen to me. Then she ran off to help someone else, when I went to checkout, as I was paying a line formed behind me and she hopped to another register to help them, before I was even finished! Extremely rude and they have the WORST customer service. If I could buy my products elsewhere in town, I WOULD. These people have absolutely no respect. If I were a manager, I would never let this slide. Unacceptable behavior.

This particular Ulta has the worst customer service of any I have ever visited. Employees were walking around eating but couldn’t bothered to answer to a simple question. So I just left.

Poor Customer Service. I was not acknowledged at all during my visit to this store. I wasn’t greeted when I entered, I was there for at least an hour and never got asked once if I needed help.Only one makeup station was fully stocked -they didn’t even have tissues at all the stations to remove makeup.

There is a good selection of products, and friendly staff is always available if you have a question or need help finding something. In addition, if you sign up for the email list and keep up with sales, you can get some good deals.

The staff is always willing to help me find anything and everything I need. They also always have a recommendation if I need one. Also, they do an AMAZING job on eyebrows!!!

Great products all around! The Ulta Brand is superior to some of the designer product designer products I have used.

My first visit was great, 5 stars. I was helped by Makayla. The next visit, 2 days later was 1 star if that. I was looking for a sample, to compare to one of two Id picked up on my last visit. I was helped by a tall slim kid with frosted hair, who was rude from the beginning, and told me the store didnt do samples. Well, I know they do, but thats OK, Im at Belk, found a sample, and Ill be purchasing from them after deciding on a scent.

I feel horrible for this corporation. They offer a TON of helpful beauty items and services, but the majority of the staff at the store in Conway, Ar, act as if the customer is an inconvenience to their lives and time! The ladies working at the registers, literally were aloof and acted as if they hated their jobs! I ( customer) felt as if I were asking them to provide an act of God to have them help me give them my HARD-Earned money to purchase my items. Hate that the staff arent motivated or it could be other reasons???

Went in yesterday to treat my visiting college student daughter. She needed new foundation and we both wanted the new Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics palette.The Urban Decay area was a messy disaster. Almost half their products have been sold out since Christmas when I was unable to find Urban Decay items for gifts.No one was working the floor and to top it off, with quite a few children in the store we found a razor box cutter open on a low shelf.Love Ulta but management at this location desperately needs upgrading.

Hmmm what do you say about a makeup store. There is alot of it here. Many family members frequent this place.

I don’t usually go online just to leave a review, but I am so annoyed with the customer service that I have received the last few times I have been into the Conway, store. I have called the corporate office to complain & clearly no one cares how poorly this store is ran. I went in trying to find a good foundation & left so mad, I drove all the way to Little Rock just to get make up. I searched the store to find an employee that wasn’t sitting around talking to coworkers when I asked a large group of women/and man at the front of the store, for help, employees dispersed & went elsewhere & Jenny (I don’t know how to spell her name), the MANAGER, looked me up & down & turned right back around like I was an inconvenience to her & the sweet Clinique woman put her lunch down to help me, then Jenny grabbed her away from me to have another sweet girl assist me that had just walked up. I felt disrespected by a manager, I decided to give it another go because I really needed make up, I am a hairstylist and I am usually very busy so I haven’t been able to go to Little Rock to get make up that I need for my job. I yet again, searched the store for an employee after being in there for 8 minutes I finally came across a girl with an apron on, with a colorful pixie from what I remember & asked her where I could find a product, she told me that that was not available at the Conway store, then I asked what could compare to that product, then her friend walked in the door & she turned around to her friend excited, gave me ONE PRODUCT, said, “it doesn’t work without this primer though”, what? Doesn’t work? She didn’t show me the foundation, didn’t show me anything and left the conversation to go hug her friend, I then just went to find something else, I matched myself (luckily I know how) and she walked past me as I am matching the foundation & said “did you find something you like” & didn’t even wait for my answer just kept walking. I am SO fed up with the Conway Ulta, I did not have any help until I checked out when a cute young lady with long, bright red hair actually told me more about the foundation because she was wearing the same one I was purchasing, she told me how it felt, what I needed to make it look the way I wanted it.

Although the customer service is fine at check out, they do not help you any other time nor ask if you need help. I am a frequent visitor and spend lots of time here but customer service is enough to send me to the Little Rock locations instead.

Ulta went above and beyond to meet their customers needs! Definitely recommended for a personalized beauty experience!

Rude staff who are not interested in helping you and the majority of the staff isnt knowledgeable on their products, which is extremely frustrating.

I called and asked if they had a particular product in stock (tarteist contour palette 1). The girl on the phone said she was going to check. She came back and told me they did have it in stock but when I asked if they could hold it for me since I was on my way to the store, she changed her story and said they didnt have the product in stock. Dont say you have that particular product then say you dont. This isnt the first time this has happened to me. I was on hold for 15 minutes which is more than enough time to figure out if you actually have a product or not.

I have been in many Ultas before but this one is by far the WORST!!! The staff are so rude. They have no business being in customer service. I have been in this one in Conway twice now and when I ask for help the staff act like its a burden to help you. Oh, and they are even rude to you when checking out. Like what? Why be rude? It takes so much more effort to be rude.. My cashier that checked me out last time name was Kristy and she is the reason that I will not ever return back to that store. Just flat out rude for no reason. I will be driving to Little Rocks Sephora for all of my beauty needs from now on. They have amazing, nice, helpful staff unlike this place.

Love this store and all the sales.Sales assistance on the floor wasnt very helpful when I asked about NYX eyeliner on sale and if that was what was in thier sales paper and she said o could find out at the register when I checked out.🤣But other than that lady at the front Register was very nice and helpful.💕

(This is a review of the ulta salon, not the whole store)Although the women doing my hair was very chatty and kind, the rest was not good. I went in for a root touch up and left after FOUR hours with very yellow roots that did not match the rest of my hair. She was very impatient and would not leave the bleach long enough to do its thing (I have thick, stubborn platinum hair). She ended up washing all the bleach out and then having to put more on later because it still wasnt light enough. I have had better experience at Paul Mitchell salons with training hair stylists than with this professional and I paid twice as much! I was very disappointed to say the least. Now Im not sure if I should go back and ask them to fix it or just try and fix it myself.

Do you need help because we are now closed YES! I have been needing help; I no longer do now.I dont know who the manager is but from the entering the store one associate was rude! I believe this is the person in charge of the location in Conway. I entered the store at 8:10 asked when they closed she said 9 I asked for specific mascara she hadnt heard of it. However the other associate knew her products and should be the one in charge! Also when offering a promo for Ulta product and there is avavavail stock.... Restock promotion merchandise! Maybe if she had been doing that instead of having attitude bc it was getting towards the night her store may boom a like more! The whole experience makes me not even want to make a purchase from any ULTA!

Poor quality in staff. I no longer shop at this location, I often buy online or go to another Ulta when I am out of town. Salespeople often do not know the promotions/sales going on and are not very helpful.

I love it here, I spend 90% of my time here, lol. I just wish the staff actually knew what they were doing/talking about. Even the makeup artist had to ask questions, like it was her first time.. I knew more than she did. Not trying to be mean, but if youre licensed and Im not, yet youre having to ask questions, youre not ready to be a MUA. I still love it here. Also, I wish theyd clean up the samples a bit, everything seems messy and nasty. They need to be more observant while customers are in the store

Tl;Dr version: Great shop if you know what you are looking for. If you need help from the staff, better go on to Sephora.The service here was abysmal. Staff appeared to be frustrated by the very notion of helping customers. My friend needed help finding a foundation, once the right color was chosen they discovered the color id had been wiped off of the tester bottle. Wow. How old was that tester? Ick. When the seemingly exhausted/bored/overworked/underpaid employee color matched the foundation, assuring us it was the correct one, we purchased and left. It was not the correct foundation, so another trip had to be made to get the right one. Time wasted unnecessarily for the customer bc of a careless mistake by the staff.Otherwise, the selection was great, as expected for this nationwide retailer. The clearance items were priced well and i was able to try some brands I wouldnt normally purchase at regular price.

Management very poor. I had to return a product and had 3 different answers as to what the store policy was. Very disappointed that a guaranteed product was not replaced. Will NOT be returning to this store.

Bought products on line. The colors I selected were not good for my skin tone. When I went to exchange them they didnt have the colors in stock I needed. When I went back up to the counter for a refund, they couldnt give me a refund because they said the products were ringing up like they had already been returned. They keep the products when you return them so how is that even possible. I ended up exchanging them for products I will not use. The staff were not very knowledgeable in how to deal with the issue. I will not go back.

Booked a nail appt here and had a horrible experience. The girls did not know what they were doing and stated they didnt know what they were doing. When I questioned a particular girl there she responded with a racist comment stating were not like Asian nail techs and its not our falt if it comes out bad. When I spoke to the manager discussing the horrible customer service she merely apologized and said they had just opened. Hmmm...why book nail services when clearly no one knows how to perform said service. Horrible experience, treated poorly...beware:dont book a nail appointment here.

So happy we have one in Conway
