Such a great place, great staff and wonderful good quality makeup that I have been wearing for years! Some of the reviews talking about foundation not working for them I have to guess they may be using the wrong one for their skin! There is several to choose from I would make sure you take home several samples to find which one works with your skin! I wore the compact total finish for 10 plus years but eventually as I aged that one didn’t work well anymore so I had to switch to the timeless! The lip pencils are also a product that no one can beat! You can’t go wrong w Merle Norman!!!!

I got my daughter’s ears pierced here and one of them was very crooked and at the bottom of her lobe. It looked awful. So I took it out and let it heal and when I took her back to get it re-pierced, they made me pay for it again! Definitely won’t be using them in the future.

Would like more African American products to have a variety to choose from or at least the most basic brands with AA complexions. Definitely too much to ask for one person of color working there to assist women of color🤷‍♀️

I went in the Conway store to get my usual makeup and spent an hour being talked into a foundation for aging skin... ok fine I’ll try that.. when I asked about a primer she gave me the silicone primer and said it’s the best aside from the gold primer which is $80... so later I walk out with $130 worth of foundation, primer, powder, and eyeliner. Fast forward to a week later I’m hating the foundation bc it won’t cover any blemishes and my skin turns into a grease ball after applying. Everything I touch is covered in this foundation bc it’s literally melting on my face... so I go back and tell them this and that I want to exchange... I was told the primer I was originally told to get to go with this foundation is absolutely the wrong one and will not work bc of the silicone... I’m then told I needed to buy the expensive primer... no I want to exchange the foundation (the one I came in for the first time) only to find out that they won’t accept it back bc I can’t find my receipt ..I’m mad bc I was pushed into buying all this foundation and primer which I now cannot wear together and I hate it... and I’m stuck with it... this was my gift from my husband and I’ve wasted $130 of makeup I hate... I just wanted to come in that day and get what I love...lasting foundation and my primer that have always worked...now I hate my makeup and will not go buy more bc I’ve spent too much on this mess😠😠
