I went to harps bakery last week. I showed the lady two different cakes I found online and I wanted a mixture of them both on my mom’s cake. It was her 50th birthday and I wanted a special cake. She was so patient, helpful and informative. Everyone loved this cake and it was so pretty. So tasteful even the strawberries. Thank you so much for everything!!!!! I highly recommend harps bakery and I will use them again for my cake needs ❤️

HOSTILE work environment. If you enjoy regularly yelling/ cussing out your coworkers and not being fired for it--this is the job for you. If you do not enjoy being yelled and cussed at in front of customers on a routine basis this is NOT the job for you. The work itself is fine. The accommodation for aggressively hostile employees is absurd.

Harps food is great place to shop.Wide selection and everything is always fresh. Store is also very clean. Kind helpful staff. And Super Great Meat Sales.

Best custom cakes in town. They make all of our birthday cakes.I love their patience energy and the care in their work. If they mess up, dont worry you get a free cake next time. I wish I knew about them earlier. I wouldnt have used Julies for my wedding cake. That cake was nothing like the picture and tasted WAY tooooo sweet.

Great place to get your groceries cant beat the prices.

They make the absolute best sugar cookies.

Their prices are higher than other grocery stores and the selection is just ok. Most of the employees are nice.

Clean and nicely organized, as always. My visit here was the first since well before the pandemic but pretty much everything was in place as before. Its good having competition... 10Box and Harps keep the grocery market from being overrun by Kroger and WalMart. But it pays to watch prices because none of them always has the best price on particular individual items.

Produce is over priced and far from fresh. Watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, bananas and grapes tasted as if on the verge of expiration the day I got them. Bought onions( red, yellow) multiple times and they were actually regrowing in the center which makes them bitter and changes the integrity of the dish prepared. Lettuce iceberg, romaine and red leaf are always either wilted or turning yellow and should be tossed out. Cherry tomatoes were very good! Larger tomatoes were still green on the inside. I like to support local businesses but with these continued experiences; loss of product and money it makes it impossible. Very disappointing.

Well stocked, friendly staff, always an easy shopping trip. They have great sales on housewares, and stock cool specialty items like Anne Taintor products.

Great fresh food options. Great sales. Friendly workers. Not a long wait in line.

Very convenient to get gas and incidentals when Im on that side of town.

Some of the election isnt there had to go to another one just to find what I needed

Typical Harps experience. A bit disorganized, staff was friendly enough. Prices are higher than other stores on some things...most things I was looking for...but I guess one pays for convenience.

Nice store. Clean. Produce has been outrageously high most times I go in with exception to a few produce items, so I try to buy my produce elswhere. Tomatillos are always hilariously overpriced. 4 times the price of walmart and 5-7 times the price of the Hispanic markets. Ex. 5lbs at the Hispanic market will set me back around $5. 5lbs at Harps on the same day $25....highway robery.

Love this location! Such friendly employees, that always greet you. We are new to the area and we sad to leave our favorite gas station in our old city. But since this location of harps is so close and has gas and fountain drinks it’s our new spot. I find myself grocery shopping here more Too and before I shopped strictly at Walmart for the cheaper prices. But great customer service sometimes beats cheaper prices. Very satisfied. 👍🏼👍🏼

I Love all the people who work here. The layout is perfect for quickly running in or parking to stay a while. The pharmacy is amazing and friendly, always greet us by name. The gas station cashiers always greet us by name. The deli is always fresh. The doughnuts are a must in the mornings before work.

Went there to get a Birthday Cake for my Son! They always have a good selection in the Deli!

New store in Mayflower. Modern clean and fully stocked. Good gas prices too.

Very poor customer service and not enough help. Returned a carton of milk that leaked all over my groceries and no one at the customer service desk so I asked the only cashier who was backed up to call for help. When I finally got some help all he was intersted was a receipt, I had to go get another milk myself and when I returned back to the desk my receipt was gone and when I asked about it, he said he had to keep it? So now I have no receipt if I have any other problems. No apology for the five mile around trip or offer to get me another milk, or the mess it made on all the groceries. Very sad service I will not be back.

I stopped in for the Martha Harps fried chicken. The best in town!! The store is always so clean, and the workers are always so friendly. I try to shop with local people, and its getting harder. Im happy to see the new information about the pharmacy. Keep up the good job. Ill be back soon.

Grocery prices may be a little high but if you want that personal small town type of people.. its worth it.. check out the pharmacy. Good prices and staff is exceptional, ask for Chris. Hes a sweetheart.

I worked for Harps for 5 years which Im giving it 3 stars but regardless the store was clean and employees were friendly. I would still rather put up with the chaos that is Wal-Mart than pay Harps prices. I just cant bring myself to pay $2.00 for a 2-liter of Dr. Pepper knowing Harps pays less than a $1 for it!

Its a nice store. The tile makes it look dated but the products are great. The deli & bakery have a nice look with several things to choose from. Friendly staff the isles are clean neat & organized easy to find stuff.

Prices are good, their meats are excellent and they had vanilla moon pies. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Harps is a very convienent store because its the closest to my house. They always have good produce and when i need to run in and get a couple of things its the perfect place to go. The down side is the prices. They are way more expensive than any other store. So if you are tight on money this is not the place. They dont always have the best selection either its pretty limited so keep that in mind when look for not so popular items

Prices are a bit higher, selection not as varied, and one of the slowest places to get in & out of! Usually only have 1 person checking on any day. They are on my way home & are one of the few stores that carry Smoked Paprika! They also get big points for selling Boars Head lunch meats & cheeses in their deli!

The people are friendly and the produce is really good. Also saltwater taffy is good stuff.

You can find good deals if you wait for sales. Customer service is better than comparable stores

I walked into the store to purchase some fruit, I asked the young man working in that area if he had any of those cotton candy grapes in the back room, as soon as he approached me I could smell marijuana on him. I’ve never had a problem at harps before but this will be my last time buying any produce from them. It was very unprofessional especially in a food business.

Great customer service and fair prices. The fruits and vegetables are of much better quality than the big box stores like Wal-Mart from my experience. They dont have as large of a selection. However, they do special order if you request.

Great customer service from the bakery over the dairy section. Every employee I passed took time to see if I needed help finding a product. The man in the walked me right over to the section I was looking for. You dont service like that anymore. Thank you Harps TEAM!

I lived down the street from this Harps for a couple years so it was convenient if you needed to pick something up from there in a hurry. They dont off a huge selection so dont go here and expect to get everything on your grocery list.

Great grocery store that Ive been going to for years. Staff is friendly, most things are reasonably priced and ALMOST everything that is a little expensive can be found nearby cheaper so its a great store to buy food, beverages, and ingredients. They also have fried chicken, donuts, slushes (unless they removed it since I checked last), and sandwiches in the gas station area of the store. If you have a problem, they will listen to your inquiry or suggestion and keep it in mind. There have been a couple of times where I mentioned someone had broken something or made a mess in the isle (no, I didnt see the person do it, I just saw the message) and let an employee know. They had someone over there before I could walk back to it. This shows store cleanliness is a top priority for everyone there.

The hot food here is so dang good, chicken and potatoes just had the other day it was awesome
