Very spacious store. So much so that the Aisle of Shame is often empty or understocked. Otherwise, it is always my main grocery store. Usually well stocked and the employees are always friendly.

Very clean. Great prices. Seem to be in stock of everything I needed and never had issues with getting a cart. Everyone was friendly and it wasnt overly crowded. It was very enjoyable experience.

Great place friendly environment. Fruits do not stay good for long. Prices are great quality not the best.

Like all of the other posts about Aldi, very good place to shop, friendly staff et . Once you figure out what goods they carry, you do your weekly food shopping there without a problem. Just wish they would close at 9 p m instead of 8 p m.

I really dont shop here enough to be able to give it a true rating. Today would have been 5 star but I arrived when they opened and found at least two sanitation stations were out of hand sanitizer and the wipes to wipe my cart with were dry. For ME...this is VERY important right now. So, as for my shopping experience. As I said I rarely shop here but have found they mainly carry their own brand. I dont ever recall being dissatisfied with anything I purchased. I do like their fruits and fresh vegetables and have actually stopped in the past just for those items. I have not purchased much meat with them but again dont remember being disappointed with any purchase. They do have fun seasonal household, personal and yard items regularly just not a lot. Another thing I like is that they carry a FEW unique foods so I do always walk out with something a little different than I would from a regular grocery store.

It was fast and easy. The place was clean. The staff was very polite. I want a job there.😊

Prices are definitely nice, hours definitely need to be extended. Employees are friendly and professional at least the majority of them. Is not set up anything like any other Aldi up north.

Was my (go-to store) in another area. Affordable, good products and ocassionally a good deal. Mostly fresh products (no worse than the big chains out there). Clean. Quiet. Not overcrowded. Bag your own groceries.

This is my first time in an Aldi store and it was Interesting. Ill definitely be back because their prices are amazing for meats, And they had a great selection. There was only one register open so there was a bit of a wait but worth it.

Very clean, smaller for grocery store so easy to access and shop. Only down side is they carry a lot of brands not available in the major markets, but everything I have purchased has been of superior quality and taste at less than comparable prices. Good for them!

Due to school closures be cause of covic 19- They are currently out of meat.. tissue... and a lot of fresh veggies .. and there is a limit on certain canned goods. They were restocking on other items.

Great store. Always emmaculatly clean. Well stocked at all times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Good pricing and weekly specials are worth watching for. Only improvement I would like to see is monitoring checkout and adding staff as needed to expedite the process when needed.

Awful Attitudes

Love this place for exactly what it is. If you go in expecting high overhead and fabulous customer service, you are going to the wrong store. If you go in expecting a clean, well-organized, store with fantastic prices, nice, wide aisles, and good selection then you are in the right place.I have been to this store many times with that in mind, and been perfectly happy with my experience. They have managed to keep the overhead as low as possible while still being pretty well civilized. the payoff to the customer is fabulous prices. The trade-off for the customer is that you have to bring your own bags / boxes and you have to box your own items. Also, the checkers always seem to be in a mega rush to the point where Ive actually experienced some rudeness. (This is not my regular experience).If you need help, you have to get in line at the checker and wait your turn. There is no customer service desk. The checkers are apparently trained to help you with such matters. There are no representatives on the floor that I could find. I also noticed that you cannot call the store and ask questions.Also, if you go, remember to bring a quarter. They have a clever cart return policy where you will pay a quarter to use the cart and forfeit your quarter if you choose not to return the cart to the cart return. Dont forget your shopping bags!They do have electronic carts for disability access and handicap parking close to the entrance.

I am so pleased that Aldis finally came to Conway. The store is always filled with product, the staff is fantastic. They will walk you to exactly what you need if you can not find it. Prices are so much better than any other store in the area. Fast checking out as well. Yes you bag your own things but so what I would do that if any other grocery store anyways, that way I know my eggs would not be crushed or my bread.

Pretty decent selection of products. Prices are the best in town I think, but remember that you get what you pay for. Some products will be obvious rip offs but for someone who needs the savings, I dont mind too much. Plan your shopping as ALDI doesnt always have the best prices on certain things.

I do NOT like this store. Great prices on generic items & meats. But for brand name items like Miracle Whip there was no savings at all. Very nice quality & decently priced meats tho. I think I might return just for my meat shopping

Seems there Rob level of produce has gone down cleanliness of the store has gone down when I buy fruits and vegetables I dont like to buy stuff thats rotting on the bottom with fruit flies around it I believe whoever the manager is needs more training or needs to find another job thats how I really truly feel floors are always dirty and the friendliness of the staff has wore off in their new locations where I live at so corporate feel free to contact me because apparently the district man or woman is not doing their job possibly should be a secret shopper that oversees him with no interest whatsoever being Independent

GREAT produce. Super prices. Recommend anything they have thats chocolate- its from Germany. Recommend all of aldis own brands. Very good quality. Crackers are especially good. GREAT selection of gourmet cheeses and very cheap. I think Ive tried just about everything in the store and the only thing I didnt care for was the baked popcorn in a bag. Brought it back with my receipt (opened) and they gave me double my money back. Bring a quarter to get a shopping cart. Youll get it back when you return the cart. Bring your own bags or you can buy reusable there. TOTALLY self serve except check out. You pack your own groceries. Dont expect fancy displays like other stores. You can buy almost anything but very simple displays.

This place has great deals and great tasting food! Just be sure to bring a quarter to use a cart and bring your own bags unless you want to buy their paper bags! I would highly recommend this place!
