Always rude customer service, then this at Clinton happened. I tried asking where thing were but was completely ignored in most instances. Now Conway, the associates will try to help you find something.

One star only because I couldnt choose no stars. Had to do self check-out. While waiting for associate to help with my purchase, she got so busy making fun of another customer she didnt complete the transaction and I had to. She was too busy flirting with a male associate and making fun of the other customer. Wasnt happy to say the least. Then as we were leaving the store, another associate stopped us to check our receipt. We asked for what. She said to check for certain items. If they wanted to know what I purchased, they should of checked us out instead of standing around talking. I paid for everything in my basket so since they were to busy to check me out it wasnt any of their business what was in my basket. We went straight to customer service desk, left them the basket and got a full refund. We told them about the whole situation.

I always have a good shopping experience if there is anything I need help with the employees always kindly help me.

The only thing I dont like about Walmart are the aisles, I feel they are too small. But the shopping is fine with lots of choices and a helpful staff

Worst customer service when It comes to grocery delivery.Had to cancel twice my orders within 2 weeks.I understand delays but when the store closes in 30min and it is 10.30pm and Still not received any updates of my order.Help center tried to call the store but no one would pick up the phone as usual.Looking forward to cancel my membership..

This is one of my favorite Walmart stores that my daughter and I stop at as we travel 1 40 between Alabama and New Mexico it is Starred on my Google Map 😁 been doing this for 10 years now!

The price in the shelf is seldom what the item rings up for. I shop there only when absolutely necessary.

Of the two Walmarts in town this one is not my favorite. They have shotty electric carts for disabled people and workers who just dont care. As far as products go, their electronics are a little better at this location than they are at the Dave Ward Drive location.

Mediocre Wal-Mart, pan handlers are at the parking lot entrance, and people are living in their cars in the parking lot as well.

This store was decent up until they almost completely eliminated all of the cashiers in exchange for self checkouts. Hardly any of the machines accept cash and half of them arent even functional a majority of the time. I do not recommend this store and I will go to Monticello Walmart from now on.

Toy section couldnt find what I wanted.. a simple baby dollThey had the garden center out and toys were in 3 different sections.. awful!!!

This particular store actually has, in my opinion, a much larger variety of more items then any other Supercenter from Heber Springs to (playing it safe) Maumelle.

The store is going through a remodel so please dont mind the mess. Otherwise its clean and well stocked

This Walmart was so clean and tidy. Everything so out together. Everyone is so friendly. I just moved from Arizona on Sunday this week, and it has been so nice already. So many people say hello, and ask if I needed anything. The workers all loading things on shelves and smiling along. Good customer service, and kindness. I love Walmart for prices always, but the added bonus now of such good people that work there is great!! Thank you

I found this store to be clean and neat not alot of product in itself blocking. They had alot in stocks in food area and reyail.part.also. the only.issue I had was there was only 1live person running a register. They have over a dozen self checks

Absolutely Horrible. Tons of people and only one cashier lane open. My wife went through the scan check out line. Turns out the machine wouldnt accept the card. Staff shut the machine down and told my wife she would have to go to customer service and have them check out her groceries. That line was long and my wife didnt want to wait in another long line then have them re-scan 330.00 worth of groceries. Everytime we go in that store there is some kind of problem. Think we learned our lesson this time....

We stood in line for 15 minutes to get a tire repaired. No one paid any attention to us. We finally parked the car and went inside. It wasnt busy at all. We had one person tell us to get in line and another one tell us to keep the car right wear it was. To change one tire to a hour. Its likely the guy we had needed someone to tell them what to do.

Reorganized. I like it. More self check outs which is awesome now that they are quiet and dont make you feel compelled to yell back at them like when they first came out. A+ for avoiding small talk lol

Walmart is now discriminating against cash customers for some odd reason. I have been meaning to leave a 1 star review for this issue about a year ago. Finally found some time to express my anger about it.

I use to live in Conway and frequent this Walmart a lot. Im a trucker and called ahead to ask if I could park here for the weekend.Im glad they allowed me too. However I wouldnt be surprised if these guys started towing trucks out of here. 15+ trucks in this lot as of 4.4.2020 @10am...Im just grateful these guys let truckers stay here none the less.Walmarts across this country have a bad reputation of booting and towing big trucks which is a shame

They never answer the phone. I have to specifically press a number to be transferred to the department I don’t need just get someone to answer the phone, because customer service has never answered the phone when I call out of all the times I’ve had to call for years.

The place has been totally redone and everything has been moved around so it is a hunt to find and there is crates and products stacked everywhere not from them moving shelves but just like it use to be with their overstock just everywhere so over all frustrating trip

Alot of stuff clearance. But I took my daughter and son to back restroom and my daughter almost Stepped on a board in the floor out side of bathroom witch had nails in it. And I flipped it over and found a worker and told her but she acted as if it wasnt a big deal.

Ive been coming here for almost 6 years. This one cashier that works the self checkout comes up behind me everytime. She doesnt say anything she just stairs...so I finally ask her today is there something wrong and she just wants to make sure Im paying for my $8 lamp. Really? First of all I dont steal. Second if I was Im not fixing to steal a $8 lamp! Last time I come here! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I love this Walmart! There are salary great clearance sales. They have this amazing CSM!!! She is always very nice, helpful, and makes coming into this store very enjoyable!

Store was unorganized, cluttered, under stocked, and very cramped. All it needs is good management to fix what needs to be done. The only part of the store that was organized and well staffed was garden center.

Ive looked in many stores and online for over a week for just the right Planner/Organizer and there has been a very poor selection overall. Walmart, however, carried a more varied selection with several sizes and styles to choose from and I finally found exactly what Ive been looking for ... and at an incredibly decent price! Im super pleased!! Thanks Walmart!

Very Clean and most of the worker are very nice and friendly there are some that I dont care for but they are everywhere you go!!! They could make some room in the clothes for the wheelchairs to move around better.

Onestee and Brianna!Onestee heard my baby crying and came over and talked to my kids and held my daughters bottle while I checked out so that they would all calm down.Brianna made sure to ask if I needed help getting to my car with my groceries, which has never happened before! I have three small children and its difficult coordinating when there are three kids crying and one of me trying to get everything we need and get out of the store.I feel they went above and beyond and I deeply appreciate their help and time!

They had watermelons for 332 for the little seedless melons and they are good oh yeah they were sweet and I went in and I got spray paint for $1.35 I think it was for to paint my chairs and I got like three cans and it looks good they got a good store its got almost everything youll need

I did not have a good experience. I wanted to buy a TV, but nobody came to help me. I waited 30 minutes. I had a budget of $500.00. Finally, I went up to the electronics desk for help and the guy told me that they were out of 65” TVs. There was one in a box literally behind him. He also lifted up two of his fingers and told me that they are out of TVs because of COVID-19 and because everyone got their stimulus check. This review was the HWY 65 location in Conway, AR.A few hours later, I went to the Walmart location on Dave Ward in Conway, AR. I still had to ask for help, however, this time I got an employee named Michael. He actually helped me and made sure there was a TV of my choice in stock. There were multiple in stock to my surprise. It may have been wise if the other employee at the HWY 65 location had thought about having the TV at another location.Probably a slim chance he would ever read this, but Michael from the Dave Ward Walmart location in Conway, Arkansas, thank you. You deserve a raise.

This store is quite run down and dirty.

This place saids there is a shortage of cash at the banks thats why you have to use the only two lines of cashiers if you are paying with cash all the self checkouts are cards only let me tell you theres no shortage at the banks and Walmart is not hurting for change!
