I shop here normally lately once a week. I went in today for normal shopping trip. The meat case smelt like pure rotten beef. It was horrible. Also I noticed on their shelves they had hot dogs that expired September 18. So be aware and make sure you check dates at this location.

Buyer beware. The store on Salem road didnt have a small container of White Pepper. I had to purchase 2 large containers. I called the Oak street store and they had the small container I needed so I drove there to purchase it but they would not refund my money for the 2 large containers I purchased from the Salem road Kroger. They said I could only return them to the store I purchased them from. I had to go back. This is why I normally shop at Walmart.

They need more cashiers. Over good store.

The website says they are open until 11 PM. I tried to stop by there at 10 o’clock after I got off work and they were closed. They need to update their website if they’re not going to stay open as late as they say.

There is a lot of stock the store doesnt carry.

Horrible pharmacy service, put on hold 4 times before I gave up trying to schedule or ask questions for covid vaccine would not recommend, you will never get through

Terrible customer service the guy on the phone that i talked to about my pickup order cut me off from talking..they took my money for the product and it said in stock then all the sudden they didnt have it yet again they took my money and the guy i talked to needs to learn better customer service skills..we are regular customers there and may not go back.

Love that their Sushi is make on site! Boarshead is always tasty and fresh! The deli clerks alway ask how thick or thin you would like.

Many people in the area refer to this store as the ghetto Kroger, a reference in part to its location in the older part of town but also to distinguish it from its newer, sleek, and much larger sister store on the west side of town. This store is less tidy, more crammed together, and offers considerably less variety of products than the other store. If you cant find what you need here just head west to the more modern and well stocked store across town.

LaCroix sparkling waters were in the sale buy 5 participating items and get $5. However, there were 2 flavors that wasnt included but was not posted. I had to have the attendant remove these and had to get 3 more in order to qualify for the $5 back. All flavors should have been included or the very least had a sign indicating they werent

Best employees - so friendly and helpful ! My only complaint is the stock is always low now and some things Im looking for are completely out. I dont have time to shop daily for stuff😣

I like their sales. It makes their prices better than Wal Mart prices. Produce is always the best next to farmers markets. They carry organic pork, beef and chicken, and great non dairy options. Also some vegan. Make sure you review your experience in the supermarket and give suggestions.

The service is really good but the store needs remodeling and roof fixing. Do not go on a rainy day or you will think you just entered a store that has been robbed and shot. Ceiling tile holes, wet patches through store,... Im scared to see how the behind the scenes looks like.

This Kroger location is not the best.

Love the convenience and prices. But my main reason to shop at kroger is because they have a pharmacy.

I enjoy shopping there. The vegetables are always good. So are the meats.

Good selection of products and friendly employees. I actually found green tomatoes here and was able to make friend green tomatoes with dinner. These are kind of hard to find in stores.

The staff is really helpful, and the store is clean. This location always has plenty of sales and is generally pleasant. However, the layout of the front of the store by registers is awfully cramped. It can get kind of claustrophobic during busier days, so be wary if youre nervous around people. It seems that the ceiling of the store in disrepair, but I wont say it really bothers me. Im sure theyll get to it eventually.

Best store in Conway ! The managers there are always willing to help in any way . I love shopping at that store I drive from Greenbrier to shop there. Very pleased 5 star for sure!

Great store, its always clean, and sale items are almost always in stock. Downloading the Kroger app is a great thing, because you can add digital coupons to your Kroger card and it helps for additional savings.

Nice place to shop always got plenty of food stuff and its easy to find what youre looking for.

Love the fact I can walk in Kroger buy a Visa gift card use it to pay for my groceries and reap the rewards at the gas pump!

I really like Kroger. That is the only place I shop for meat. Also everything is fresh.

I prefer Kroger over Walmart. That being said if you have the time to visit the Kroger on Salem, I would visit that one instead. Its in a better part of town. I havent been harassed for money there, and the selection is better.

Good Kroger for a quick easy shopping trip. Since its the smaller one in town the bigger Marketplace on Salem tends to have options you cant get here which can be frustrating.

It a great place to explore for food and pay bills, plus send money to friends or family.

Went late so not busy but the workers were all about helping! Great store!! Even on busy times.

I was refused service in the deli, I waited at the counter over 10 minutes. The deli clerk refused to help me and decided to help another lady first. The other lady told her I was there first and it was okay to help me. The clerk told her no she would take her order first.Another deli clerk desided to stop what he was doing and help me. I really felt discriminated against. No one should be treated this way.

Store was well stocked,clean, the employees were very pleasant. Had 2 check out going that had big orders,finally the checker at 15 or less came up to me said he would check my order out I had about 25 items.

Out of two of the items I wanted. It was a Saturday morning, the biggest shopping day of the week. You would think they would have the shelves stocked.

Friendly staff, good prices and a nice selection. The Salem road has a larger selection as its a larger store but that one feels like a large Wal Mart. Not much in the way of customer service.

Sometimes they are out of everything. Small supplies of product to maximize shelf space, but they dont restock very promptly. The seafood area in the back of the store smells horrible all the time. The sushi is cheaply made and overpriced. The parking lot is a death trap.

Delicious Fresh Cooked Halal Mediterranean & Greek foods. You gotta try the Calazones & Pizzas. They do have Vegan foods on the menu. The Humus and Babagazoose are made fresh and are AWESOME. Nice portions.Good prices.

I order my sons birthday cake 2wks before the day. Called to see if it was done the baker said she forgot about it and said it will be done by the evening. Came back the evening and not only the cake wasnt done the aide lady was laughing about it. I went and found the store manager and he said he Will take care of it. Ive been waiting on that call since 2/25/15

Its a good Krogers as far as Kroger goes. It has an olive bar. But all in all its just a grocery store.

Their prices are higher than most. You have to be a true Kroger shopper to shop there. They quit carrying my main reason for shopping there, my 8th Continent Vanilla Soymilk. It was the only soymilk I truly liked, and by drs orders I have to drink soymilk. I guess I will now buy my Silk vanilla soymilk at Walmart along with my other groceries. We had been loyal Kroger shoppers for many, many years.

Kroger is the biggest chain grocery in the country, although Walmart is a bigger operation with groceries just part. Kroger is well-managed generally and much better than Walmart for service and selection. I wish they had one where I live!

Usually my experience at Kroger is good. This time however was less than good. While I admit I should not have left all my extended forms of ID on my desk a $13.37 check could have easily been approved or at least let me call and get the id number for them so they could put in their system. I feel bad for the gentleman behind me who had to unnecessarily wait for this ordeal to unfold and the cashier that was polite. The sad thing is I spend 100s of dollars there weekly only to treated like a common criminal. I know I mere one person but this one person will now go to the Walmart on Prince street. Conway really needs an alternative for grocery shopping.

As a past employee of Kroger back in the 1970s. This store looks like it comes from back then. It needs didnt have a entire new look. Servicing the community is one thing but servicing of With Pride of the Kroger label is another. I would be ashamed to put this name on that store in Conway Arkansas.
