Have bought brand new go-kart and 4-wheeler from this place and both are pieces of junk. Good luck getting service on your stuff here either. If you have 3-6 months to wait...

Quite a few models to choose from. But very overpriced compared to competitors. The guy I spoke to touted the 6 month warranty as a reason for that. Somewhat believable, but understand this, the atv I was looking to buy was a Tao Tao Boulder. 2 of them actually. Its a $1000 atv. They wanted $1400, oven if I bought 2 and paid cash. Thats a 40% price hike over the competition, just for a lousy 6 month warranty? No thank you. Drove to NWA to City Scooters, got the same atv for.....$1000. No brainer

Worst four wheeler EVER!!! got them for Christmas broke within one day the back rack fell off chain comes off every minute back brake not working steering is terrible to go straight you have to turn the handlebars all the way right. Super low quality the ignition is hot glued in the light on the front make tons of racket. Taillight is already out and hardly starts we got three and only one still works but terribly and the muffler made tons of racket the internal of muffler fell apart. Customer service is TERRIBLE stay away from the place unless you want to get ripped off very rude and disrespectful to customers the chain caused there to be a hole in the motor from coming off so much very disappointing the tires have no tubes in them and we had to replace them very quickly they popped almost immediately. Very cheaply made and will not work for long would not recommend at all NEVER GO HERE.

I bought an ATV for my son for Christmas 2019. He rode it twice on Christmas day for a combined total of maybe an hour and it started smoking from exhaust and would not run. Took it to shop and the kid that works there told me that it was their fault too much oil in machine. I have picture where the oil even saturated into the fuel filter. Talked to the supposed boss and wanted a different machine or refund. He informed me that was not going to happen. Mind you we operated the machine 1 day for an hour and it malfunctioned due to neglect from them, a brand new machine... His staff also accused me of tampering with oil. Completely corrupt place I have not seen a refund or anything. If you dont want your childs dreams crushed I would advise to stay very far away from this place! RUN AWAY, Very dishonest!

Customer service (if you want to call it that) was terrible. My son and I went in looking for a go kart 15 minutes before closing time with cash in hand. The guy working there said if we wanted to look at anything we should have come earlier. I asked about one kart and he rudely said it wasn’t for sale. I asked about another and he mumbled something. I went over to look at it and asked if the seat would move and he said “I TOLD YOU THE LEFT ONE WOULDN’T MOVE!”. I understand someone wanting to get off and get home but I had to laugh at how rude and out of it this guy was. (The smell of weed in the air may have something to do with it). You lost an easy sell fellas. Next time just be polite

These hooked it up and got my stuck 02 sensor off for free. 10/10 would recommend

If you have a SUV four-wheeler or any such object that need to be worked on come by and give these guys a try. The mechanics they have here get a job and they get the job out within days due to the problem they may take up to a week only if they have to order the parts..

Jeremy and the rest of the Hometown team do a fantastic job at this business. Whether it be them fixing my toys, getting parts for me, or just answering any questions I may have, they go out of their way to make sure I get the best service and the best prices possible. As a broke college kid, they have been extremely helpful; I highly recommend doing business with them.

The service is quick and the employees are friendly hardworking gentlemen. They always try to make sure their customers are very satisfied with the motorized vehicles.

My partner bought a moped from here, shortly after purchase the keyhole for the trunk fell off. We called multiple times to get it fixed while it was still in warranty and was told they ordered a replacement part but every time we called back they didnt know what we were talking about. Customer service is poor, they never gave us a title to the moped and when I asked for records of our purchase (because our moped was stolen) they said they couldnt find anything.If you go here be thorough in making sure you get all your paperwork so you dont end up like us

Husband has had his mower and boat/trailer worked on there. Work was done quickly, good quality, and for a good price. Most importantly their estimate was accurate. They said if anything unanticipated came up in the work they would call before doing the work and surprising us with a unexpected bill. Highly recommend.

Bought our grandson a 4 wheeler this past Christmas had it about 2 months and the back break pads were gone. Took it in for maintenance and told them about the brakes and that the lights were out. They had the atv for over a month before we finally got it back. He rode it about 2 weeks when the back breaks went out again my husband tore it down to look at it. They had replaced the whole back break assembly with the wrong one and the bolt holes didnt even line up. The assembly had 3 holes and the way they fixed it there was 1 bolt holding it on. Went back to them and they said that they would order a new part. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM! Mind you my grandson has gotten to ride his atv maybe 10 times since December 24th. We will NEVER purchase anything else from them. They have very poor customer service !!

I called up there to ask questions about getting a new or used scooter. Brandon that works there was very nice and professional with me. took his time to answer all my questions full even the ones a quick answer would do, he spent 25 mins on the phone answering questions about buying a scooter and keeping the maintenance up and layaway or financing. When I get ready to buy any atv/scooter I’m go ask for him very knowledgeable about what he does.

Originally got my Honda going again when my son sunk it at Mud Nationals. They did me so cheap on the repair I ended up getting 3 go karts for the kids. Kolbie gave me a heck of a package deal! Id recommend em to anyone.

Stay away!!!! They charged me $350 for work on one of my four wheelers and never did the work. Never took it apart. Did not replace anything.But they (Mike) repeatedly lied about it and will not refund my money. They also took a brand new battery out of my 4 wheeler and stuck an old bad battery in it and refused to give me mine back. They wont answer the phone now because they recognize my number.I asked to speak to the owner, Allen or Alvin Shaver, and he wont answer his phone or reply to any of my messages. They just give you the runaround and hope you go away.You have been warned....

This place is great man they have low prices if you need to get something fix. I havent bought anything out there store but Ill be buying something real soon. Go check these ppl out

Bought a 150 gy6 scooter from this place because I didnt want to pay the outrageous prices that other scooter shops were offering on scooters. So far its been fantastic! I did have a small issue with a leaking fuel line and the guys took it in and had me going very quickly. I also let these guys service my four wheelers and they have done a great job on the maintenance keeping me up and going! Best place in town

Great selection, low prices, excellent warranty. I like my 150cc the best. The also have a very friendly staff. Im not sure what the other couple was talking about.

Did me up right! Brought in 3 old 4 wheelers our family let sit to long so they didnt run anymore. They got em running and out the door within a week.

I have tried several times to call and left messages for them to call me back and they have never called me back. I been trying to call for 3 months now.

Had what I needed, helped right away, and the parts were reasonably priced.

Reasonable prices, very helpful staff over the phone and in person.

Went and bought a replacement starter solenoid on 2/27 for $20.00 i was brought out one that looked old the plug on it was even yellow from sitting so you could tell it was used but they still charged me full price anyway... but i bought and put on scooter and it didnt work like expected... i called them 30 min later after buying the part and he said he could refund me living 20 min away in vilonia i go back up there same day and the same guy says then he cant do it cause it was a card transaction and didnt know how to do it and then started getting mad for me coming to try and get the money back when he said he could refund all because i was from that far i guess they dont expect someone to come back after they sell them a broken piece of crap parts i would stay aeay from this business for sure and will be leaving a bad rating on thier better business bureao for the rude comment from the older gentlemen idc how good someone is if they cant treat customers with respect then they dont need to be employed to do so

I would like to add that Colton has been the driving force to make sure I had a sufficient resolution and remained professional and courteous throughout the process. I appreciate his follow up and his great attitude. Thank you Hometown and Colton!!***BEWARE!! I bought a BRAND NEW Tao Tao Scooter from here in the Fall of 2015 (just now 1 year old) for my son to use on campus and it ran great for the first 5 months. I was so happy with their service I recommended them to 2 other people who also bought scooters. On about the 6th month the scooter left him stranded because it wouldnt start. We had a reputable small engine mechanic look at it and he ended up having to rebuild the carburetor. It ran again fro another couple of months and it again left him stranded. The mechanic again fixed it and it ran for another 2 months. I finally called Hometown and told them what was going on. A very nice guy asked what kind of gas we used, and what had been done to it. He concurred that the fuel type was correct and that it sounded like the mechanic is doing everything correct. He thought perhaps the carburetor was faulty and offered to sell me a new carburetor at his cost due to the continuing issues. I explained that I couldnt get back down to Conway to get it for a couple of weeks and he said it wasnt a problem. He txtd me the name of the guy that I needed to pick the carb up from since he wasnt going to be there. He advised that I show this txt to the guy working, CLINT, so that he would know to honor the cost. This guy was super nice and super helpful. 2 weeks later I got to Conway and went to pick it up. I showed the txt to Clint where he promptly said he would not honor the price since his cost was more than the price quoted. I did not balk because that made sense to me and I was prepared to buy it anyway at his cost. In what I choose to believe was an effort on his part to try and help diagnose the issue (I didnt ask him to), he started rambling on about so many different things that could be wrong... I simply asked him if it was his opinion if I even needed a new carburetor based on what he was telling me. He became so agitated at me for asking for his opinion! He accused me of interrupting him (which I didnt) and not paying attention to what he was saying. He talked down to me as if I were a child. It is true that I dont understand the workings of a carburetor but I am educated enough to follow a simple conversation. Clint seemed to go from 0-50 in the anger range in a split second and I still have no clue what set him off. He then claimed that he had had 8 concussions and had to think about things longer.....not sure why I need to know this info but oh well! He was so insulting to me that I ended up simply ending the conversation and walked out, totally confused at what had just transpired because I was never mad about anything and not once even so much as raised my voice. Needless to say, I will no longer recommend Hometown to anyone based off of my 10 minute conversation with Clint. Our scooter remains not working....and FIVE of these 9 reviews are not good..nuff said!

I had a very good experience with these guys. Nothing but polite. I had a couple problems but they fixed with no problems, I just had to take back to them just like you do any dealership. They also fixed a problem that I was having with a honda recon that no one else had been able to fix. Would go back or recomend these guys anytime

Slow service.No follow through with requested services, spook to one person & then no one knew why the moped was there or who it belonged to.

Bought a four wheeler with everything i had for my daughters christmas. Was charged 1200. Later saw same atv for 600 brand new from multiple sites with free delivery. It is obvious price gouging.not only that they refused to get an mso for me to title it.everytime i yave entered this place every single employess has been rude or just seemed unwilling to help. Do not ever go here!!
