Awesome people. We were in and out in 20 minutes and on the road on new bike. Very friendly and easy to work with.

One day into my cross country trip I was sidelined by a damaged rim and tire. The guys at Pickles Gap Cycle Shack rescued my trip with a replacement wheel and new tire. The service was excellent and they inspected the bike, making sure it was right before putting me back on the road. Made it to Lake Superior thanks to Pickles Gap Cycle Shack.

Awesome place! The staff was wonderful. They were always kind everytime I inquired on this bike. Took longer for us to make it down than expected. Called and told them we still wanted it. Showed up all the paperwork was already written up, bike was outside washed and ready to go. Was in and out in less than an hour. Definately would buy from them again.

I have never bought a big ticket item over the phone without seeing it ..first. But, after working with the staff over the phone my decision became easy to make. I am four hours away and when I arrived to the shop everything was as promised. The staff was just as pleasant as before. Furthermore, the bike looked better than the online pictures. Great service but, I will say this. Once an item is purchased everything on it belongs to the buyer; no matter how small the item being retrieved. ;)

I want to start FANTABULOUS Friday with a review. I went to Pickles Gap Cycle Shack on March 14, 2020 to ONLY inquire about motorcycles that were listed on their website.But first... I was told about this place by my trusted friend whom had work done there and was well pleased. I went to the website and screenshot lots of pictures and shared with friends. I could not believe the prices for this amazing selection of affordable motorcycles. I had ALWAYS believed I could never afford one, so I watched and cheered from the sidelines for my entire adult life pretending to be satisfied...I reviewed every comment that was written on the website and each scroll allowed me to read more about the awesomeness of this place. Not one review was anything other than outstanding. Reviews and word of mouth recommendations are key.Now, back to my personal visit.I only went in to view the inventory and to experience for myself what everyone was saying about this place. Well, IT WAS ALL TRUE. I was greeted by Steve, the salesman. He walked with me and showed each bike I was interested in. He started them up and the sound of the pipes soothed my heart. I was overjoyed each time. He took pictures of me on the bike I almost purchased (posted below). I met Nicole and I was on my way to purchasing my bike. That simple. She was laid back and awesome. I sat and spoke with Mike for almost 40 minutes (only to find out a month later he is the owner). REALLY!!! How cool was that! This is where I believe service went to another level. How often is the owner just sitting in a shop and actually takes out quality time to speak to a customer and it wasnt even about the bike... Just regular, good ole, communication.I was completing paperwork, buying insurance, talking to my bank and Nicole and Greg assisted the entire step of the way. She was even called at home at one time and was able to explain documentation over the phone with step by step instructions. That shows she knows her job very well to be able to complete that task-PUSH UP...Greg took me outside with my motorcycle the next weekend and I actually test drove the bike I purchased the week before. (Did you catch that... I purchased a bike I had not ridden, yet. Thats how amazing this staff is.) I duck walked and became familiar with my bike and I rode for awhile as Greg videos. He sent me the video... We went back in and Mike at the parts counter assisted me with my motorcycle purchase.I was not comfortable riding on the interstate at the time of purchase. I had gone through the Harley-Davidson riding class one week prior to my motorcycle purchase. Greg offered to transport it to my house, if needed. Wow!!! Well, I had a friend that met me at Pickles Gap to ride it from Conway to Little Rock. Greg went in on a day the shop was closed and parked my bike outside for pick up. Totally Cool...Mike has spearheaded my personal repair work at Pickles Gap. I had engine crash bars installed on the front and back of this bike. (Best money spent & added peace of mind.) Mike is a very funny man. I want to thank the team of mechanics that work behind the scenes to securely put those bars on and check my fluid before finishing.I am so excited about this place that I had to share. During that conversation with Greg that I mentioned before, we spoke about the true love of Jesus. Well, that love was felt in this place.I have been enjoying my bike, The Red Stallion. It pleases my soul. Pickles Gap assisted in making my daydreaming-sideline fantasy come true... Thank You Bunches...

Good guys to deal with. Head mechanic is super sharp and parts guy is quick and accurate when locating and obtaining what you need. Owner will do what needs to be done when it comes to doing business with. Been doing business with them for awhile and will continue to do so.

Its a nice place to stop and shop. Friendly people, nice atmosphere, and they keep a good selection of used bikes at very good prices. Theyve got two girls in the sales dept that are easy on the eyes. :-)

Great place to buy a bike. Greg is very knowledgeable and fair. I arranged to come up from Hot Springs and test ride a bike but it had already sold when I got there. Greg offered me a similar one at a decent price. After test riding I noticed the front tire had dry rot so he had a new one on in a half an hour and I was on my way & very satisfied.Hes also very knowledgeable about the classic bikes; (Greg, Im the KZ1000 guy).I also I have to be shallow and mention the young lady that works there is very easy on the eyes and makes the experience all the more enjoyable😁.Definitely would buy here again!-D.T. Great shop. Fixed a bike on the spot. Had a minor tire problem, called them and arrived and didnt have to wait. They fixed it quick and we were on our way. Would certainly do business here again. Nice folks!

This is the only place that Ill take my bike. If you dont get along with Mark, you just dont like people period. Great guys that really go above and beyond to help. Hell, every now and then Ill go down to PGCS just to say hello.
