We went to see if they had the new Pan American motorcycle but none at the store. Enjoyed looking at the motorcycles. Some sweet bikes. The staff were friendly, chatted with us and made is feel welcome there.The store was huge and very clean. Lots of selection from basic to full dresser touring.

We are traveling and had a ignition switch spring issue. Cameron, our advisor and Chad, our tech, fixed the problem and had us back on the road in 10 minutes. I cant promise you will pay what we paid, but I can promise Cameron and Chad will take good care of you! This is a great dealership!

Loaded bike on trailer the night before we were leaving on vacation. Checked tire pressure and the back tire was extremely low. Called Toadsuck Harley Davidson Conway Arkansas because we were passing through there, talked with Jason and he said to that they would take care of me and just to call 45 minutes before we got there. We called and informed him we were coming. Got there and they took it straight back. Jason was very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Actually the entire staff was knowledgeable, personal and friendly. We were in and out in a more than respectful time considering they were short handed and busy. I definitely recommend them and will go back whenever I am in the area.

The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, however do not buy the stirrups from there. They do not stay fastened. You can get a better pair on Amazon for $0.99

This place is absolutely wonderful. They took the time to make sure we were helped thoroughly and worked with us when a decision was made. This place is wonderful and made me feel like I was part of the family from the moment I stepped through the doors. There may be a bit of a wait as with any good dealership that stays busy! They are also very knowledgeable about their products and helpful in any way you need. I bet I could count on them to help me transfer grandmas homemade soup during a time pinch and not have to worry about a single drop being lost!

Traveling from NC to Vegas. Was excited to stop here and get a shirt with a toad on it. Tee shirt selection is great if you are mediums or 3x. Lost a sale of several shirts. Merchandising manager should be fired. Mean lady didnt help when asked about sizing either. Boo. Do better.

I just dont know about this place. You can never get your bike in for service when you want to theyre always a couple weeks out. Parts guys their not nice and always have an attitude. If I would not have bought my bike from there I would probably never go back there is only one guy there that is actually decent to work with.

Did a poker run at this Harley. I ride a victory and discovered I had a flat tire. They couldn’t help me but they had great people there. They loaded my bike in a trailer and helped me get to the shop I needed. If I ever switch back to Harley this is the shop I would choose

I went there yesterday to see Harley Davidson xl1200cx Roadster i went in side to store look around for 10-15 minutes no one from the staff come to me or ask me if I need any help or what I am interested in after some time i just walked out and got me a new bike from Little rock they were very friendly and as soon i walked in the store there was person ready for help it was a great experience. It was my first time in Toad suck Conway but i had bad experience.

This was the fifth Harley I have bought and the first from Toad Suck. Scooter was an awesome sales person before the sell, during the sell and after the sell! The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I work till 5 and the GM, Finance Manager and Scooter all waited till I could make it in to pick up my bike. I bought a used 2017 Road Glide Special and I will tell you this bike was as good and maybe better than a new bike. Extremely appreciative for the easy process and no pressure!

At almost 60 years old and after riding a Honda since I was a teenager I just purchased my first Harley Davidson. I purchased a 2018 Electra Glide ultra classic. Let me say I’ve never been treated at a bike shop as respectful as these guys treated me. I did not feel belittled because I was not a Harley Davidson owner prior to this purchase. The entire team there was very helpful and answered all my questions not matter how trivial they might have seemed to a long time Harley owner. I do want to give a special shout out to Warren Alexander the sales person I worked with. He made himself available to me at work hours and non work hours. He also did not high pressure me which in my case would have not been good for making a sale. I also want to say thank you to Kirby for working hard with me to reach a deal. Let me close this review by saying I would recommend to anyone if they are a long time Harley owner or a first timer like me it will be worth your time to go to Toad Suck Harley Davidson.

This place is so awesome theyre making the building bigger just to hold all the awesomeness. They always have the best selection of used bikes, good prices too. And the folks that work here seem happy to be here, the guys up front and the ladies in apparel,,, all so nice.

The employees are like family. Bill in the sales department is not pushy and easy to deal with. Kathy in appeal always has a smile and very helpful. Jeff and Steve in parts know their stuff. They saved me money when I was going to purchase a aftermarket part and they took the time to call the company and get details for my specific bike. It turns out the part wouldnt fit my bike . The service department is also easy to deal with. I was working on my bike and went to pick up a part. While there I told some guys in the service department what I was doing and they gave me some pointers. My entire experience there was outstanding!

I am truck driver 39 years old visiting this place first time, as soon as I walked in I was impressed with big inventory of new and used bikes, I walked around and I realized that no body noticed a new customer on the field, then I decided to ask some worker if any body can help me to show some of the bikes I was interested, in few seconds the sales man was next to me asking “how can I help you” The attitude and attention from salesman was nice until the point of selling the bike or negotiation. I was surprised when I asked price about one used bike I liked, the price was changed 3 times in short period of time: first it was $17.. something, then second time he double checked with another worker asking the price about the same bike and it was $19.. something, then he checked with another office worker and price was $23 something.., after this I realized that these people like to play a games with customers not to have a business, i was ready to buy a bike but after this don’t really have respect to those people who are fooling others. It was unprofessional like in kindergarten.

The young man with the mustache (cant remember his name) in the parts department is without a doubt a go to man ! This fellow knows his bikes and parts! 100 percent faith in his knowledge and advise! From pipes to back rests his call has always been on point every stinking time, even lets me steam with always the same answer, if thats what you want cool, but, this is better and worth the money! Highly recommend their parts department with this young man !

Brought my bagger to Jason in service and he was super helpful and willing to check into any little noise I thought I heard. AND, had me out by the same afternoon with all my issues checked and taken care of. Used to not like this dealership because of one bad experience 3 years ago. Now, I love them. The only dealership getting my business.

One of the best Harley dealers I have visited. Answered all my questions and were very attentive to me while I was there. Offered to let me test ride any and all of the bikes I would like to even though I did not because I was basically Tire kicking. I was riding a Honda VTX and for the first time pulling into a Harley dealer I wasnt treated like some nobody because I wasnt on a Harley. Right now, if I had to buy a Harley or wanted to they would be the dealer. Service and how you treat a customer is way more important to me than price unless the price is ridiculous, and their prices were in line where they should be. Again, the best Harley-Davidson dealer that I have visited so far.
