So far the service has been Great. Better than I thought it would be. This just goes to show, dont knock something before you try it!!

Oh my gosh they were amazing. I was with my adopted daughter and she was bringing her phone from my account with spectrum to her own account., and these girls were so awesome. They were uplifting and fun to be around made you wish you worked with them. The 3 girls together seemed to get along and seems like they could be best friends. They had the right chemistry to be a great team

Great service, friendly and helpful.$50.00 unlimited everything and better service than some providers in this area. The only drawback is that service is not good in Gainesboro, its good everywhere else though.

Ever since moving back to this area, I have not had good experiences with local store. I like the service but not this store. Some of the employees are really rude.

I absolutely love cricket! Any time I have been in the store I receive awesome customer service! Plus cricket has the best service I have used.

Took 3 attempts at 3 stores to get someone who knew what they were doing. Needed my husbands phone added to my account. 1st store said it was taken care of however no it wasnt. The 2 store disconnected it. Then finally the young gentleman working here understood what we needed & was able to take care of it no problem. He was wonderful. Need more people like him.

I bought a phone from someone who bought it from cricket. I put a staight talk sim card in it and found out that it was locked. The phone is 2 years old. Very nice phone. Cricket can NOT unlock it. What a waste. I have been to two cricket stores. No luck.

I will drive to this store anytime for my cricket needs the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful unlike the employees at McMinnville store who spend more time on personal calls then a line of customers

Called at noon and asked what time they closed because it is a holdiay and the lady on the phone told me 3pm. I could not find a ride so i walked 2 miles to get there with time to get a new phone and when i finally got there at 230pm they were closed. Very upset now i have to walk back without anything to show for it.
