I have a lot of package come to my storage every month, Doreen super friendly and helpful. She help me a lot and make everything are simple and easy ! During pandemic & national disaster I am in default on my 2 storage spaces I’ve paid on for almost two years as if this June..I am assessed more fees, lien fees /late fees which make it even harder to catch up ..Seems like LIFE STORAGE FORGOTCOMPASSION DURING THESE VERY HARD & TRYING TIMES .. SADLY A LITTLECOMPASSION GOES A LONG, LONG WAY ..I will begin looking for a new STORAGE FACILITY, THATS MIRE AFFIRDABLE DURING THESE VERY HARD AND TRYING TIMES ..I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM UNTIL RECENTLY & AM LATE BC OF THE ICE STORM & HAVING BEEN FLOODED I HAD YO RENT PODS /HAVE DELIVERED & PAYING STORAGE ON THEM BC EVERYTHING HAD TO BE REMOVED FROM MY APT.No RENTERS INS. Didn’t cover the PODS OR A PLACE TO LIVE .. one POD IS OVER $500 a month - I have 2 and am basically homelesswhile everything is torn out down to rafters ..Sadly I still have to pay rent on my APT& Fwll behind on STORAGE ..I have applied for disaster relief - but so had everyone else .. I’ve yet to receive a dimeof help.Now I owe $1100 to LIFE STORAGE ..Thanks,

I’ve been renting here for almost 4 (possibly 5...) years & the staff are amazing. (Granted, 99.9% of the time, I have ALWAYS dealt w/ Miss Doreen & she has always been ever so gracious, kind and patient w/ me!! If you can clone her —> DO IT!!)Also, the facility is in great condition, in a perfect location and close to so many things - but has never been dirty/dingy, overly crowded or a hassle @ all!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! **VERY SATISFIED!!**

This facility is absolutely wonderful. Having onsite management is important to us. Doreen is professional and a good representative of Life Storage. She is always friendly and very helpful. We have had several needs for storage and Doreen is always right there willing to help us. We have had several different size units over the years and all have been well maintained. Currently very happy with the unit we have now.

I visited this property recently shopping around for a storage and I was very pleased with my visit and will probably rent from this location. The office was very clear and well kept, friendly and helpful staff who was a delight to speak with. I’d recommend this storage for sure!

Ive spoke with Samantha she is an amazing person. Ive possibly been needing a second unit for a motor bike. She does all she can to get ya the best setup ya need. Needed small storage for granddaughter and as a previous employee went with her to look at the location. Was impressed with the people and the clean property, my granddaughter loved it and intends to rent there in the next few months when she moves back from Oklahoma.Its a year later and my granddaughter finally rented, I met her there and staff is so nice and the place was just as clean as the last time we were here. I’ve been using the Coppell location for over six years now and I love it there. Doreen the manager has been helping me as I’ve upsized and downsized over the years and she is great! She goes above and beyond to go the extra mile and is warm and friendly. The facility is clean and I feel safe there unlike some of the other nearby places I’ve visited. I was worried when it changed names from Uncle Bob’s but the transition was smooth and the service is as good or better! Sandi

Life Storage (formerly Uncle Bobs) is a pretty standard storage place. Their spaces are comparable to other local storage facilities in price and size. The property is clean and well maintained. I dont like that it closes during certain hours. Sometimes Id prefer to move at night and this is impossible as the gate closes at 10pm.

Doreen Willette is ALWAYS smiling and helpful! From the first time I looked at the facility, throughout my move and each time I needed the use of the truck; Doreen & Alicia have been courteous and professional, making sure I got what I needed for a good price. If more businesses had front line employees like Doreen & Alicia; the world would be a happier place. If you dont access your unit often this place is for you. The manager is great! The staff however is not very helpful, it is rare that there are carts to assist with items and it seems that no one is in the office nor can they return a call.

We just had the best experience with this facility. Id recommend. The person upfront, she was very nice, knowledgeable, and made this worthwhile. The facility itself, specifically climate storage, was cool on a hot summer day in Texas. They even gave us a free one-time rental of their truck. You cant beat that.

This is my second time renting with Uncle Bobs. I find the facility to be well-kept, safe and secure. The service I receive from the manager and her assistants is top notch. I didnt have a climate-controlled unit, but my items were good when I retrieved them each time.

I was single and very scared looking for a storage last minute earlier this year. The lady in the office was very sweet from beginning to end. I had a climate-controlled storage that was great for the few months I was using it. The lady in the office and the gentleman I dealt with helped me each time. Payments and dealings with them never took more than 5 minutes, I was always in and out and was greeted with a smile. Id refer them to anyone I know. 5-stars all around for customer service.

I had a tough situation so I went and shopped around for space to store my belongings for a brief period of time. I went to three different storage facilities in coppell TX. While one of the storage offered a good deal on a space I ultimately choice Life Storage on MacArthur blvd. 1. The Manager greeted me immediately and appeared happy to help me with my needs 2. Doreen showed me a couple of options I decided on the one I needed. 3. The property looks well taken care of. I will be moving my belongings to Life Storage in Coppell. My experience with Life Storage is exceptional. I had rented storage space from few other companies before. But LifeStorage was different. Internet portal is very informative and customer service at the location was very professional.I had rented a Climate Controlled unit @LifeStorage. Pathways within facility is comfortably wide to drive Truck and Trailors. Rented unit was very clean without any sign of ants or bugs.I took advantage of free Truck rental also. It was a very nice truck but outside paint is vinyl based. So took extra caution not to touch anything.Overall, LifeStorage will be my first choice for next rental!

We got there and Nic helped us out. We were moving with an almost impossible schedule but Nic made sure we had a truck for the time we needed it. He even stuck around during his lunch break because he knew we were coming! Id give this place 10 stars if I could. Go see Nic, hes awesome!
