After searching the area near my home I decided on this facility about 10 years ago. It’s conveniently located and well maintained. Fresh paint and clean entry area. I’ve actually been advised to change units to save money so that was good. Another time one of the employees assisted in moving and arranging my unit. There have been changes in the front desk managers but all have been friendly and patient. I used to use the bathroom to change clothes for my yoga class but that ended due to pandemic. I’ve also bought boxes and packing materials and locks and found prices to be fair. It’s not the cheapest place around but has been very satisfactory.

Incredible service here!! DaNai made sure I was getting the best deal for my unit and I felt so welcomed and stress free. The units are clean and easy to access, you can just drive to it and unload your car/truck right in front of it (ground level). Highly Recommended!!!

We have had our storage space for about 22 Years. We have not encountered and problems other than our CC being changed and having to update our information. Today we had a great experience with out updating process that required us to up-date our info and due to an unknown fact that we are a Senior and due a Discount. Now, I was unaware of this and if we had know we would have tried 15 Years ago when we became eligible for the discount. Non the less, we are extremely happy with our relationship with Extra Space Storage, through the many name changes through the years. I would not have a problem to referring anyone who has a need for Storage Space to Extra Space Storage. Im from LA. This quick rental (storage unit) was booked online. So, I was taking a gamble. I was presently surprised by how clean & easy to access.Its a larger unit which I probably dont need all the room, but extra space works. The girls in the office are SO, nice, happy to assist & a breath of fresh air. This places get 5 stars from me. Let me add now picky picky I am.

Todd and I were looking for a storage unit when we met DaNai at Extra Space Storage in Coppell. She was extremely patient and accommodating. What we liked about her the most was her great personality.

This facility is well managed. The staff are courteous, professional, and always available. This is a safe place.

I was trying to reserve online, paid yesterday and then looked at my account today and saw that it was refunded. I tried to reserve at another location, but apparently chose the incorrect storage. Dinai was extremely helpful getting me booked at a different location, finding the best pricing and the best size for all of our storage. I will look to use this company in the future!

Extra Space Storage on S. Denton Tap Road in Coppell is an excellent spot to select when you need to store items for several months or much longer. We have rented space from these people many, many times through out the years. The front desk area is very helpful, able to answer any questions or to suggest the type and amount of storage to fit your needs. I have found them to be not just polite, but friendly and very knowledgeable. Recently, DaNai and Azaria assisted me with an unusual situation/ request. As always, these ladies were so easy to work with and helpful. We do not have lots of experience with any other storage units because they have always been great, with a 5 + star attitude and experience, there is no reason to look elsewhere. I was closing on a home on Tuesday, when I got a call on Friday that the sale had fallen through, due to some issues with the seller. I was distraught and out of options. I was to be out of the home I was in by Wednesday of the following week. I called first thing Saturday and was able to talk to Dan who walked me through the whole process. He really took his time with me and explained to me how it would work and went as far as reviewing the cheapest rates for what I needed. I really appreciated the care he took with me. The rate was reasonable with enough space to store a 3 bedroom home.

I had the pleasure of getting help and assistance for a storage unit from Eric Eusebio. I knew what I was looking for and needed a unit ASAP. Eric was very professional and courteous during the whole process. He showed me the unit I wanted and while I waiting for the paperwork to finish up, he kindly offered me water while I waited. I love that he asked if I needed locks or any packing materials, but didnt make me feel pressured in to feeling like I had to buy any. Great customer service Eric!

I moved things into what was to be a short term arrangement but unforeseen circumstances caused me to end up utilizing this company for a couple years. Great rates, kept the place clean, Conveniently located.Amy the mgr has been there the entire time and always very helpful. I would use them again if the need arose.

The storage is good and well maintained. However I rented one for $100 a few months back, just received a postcard that they are increasing my rate to $177, wow, 77% increase in 3 months, that is incredible. So you better be ready to be screwed or pack and move to another storage (which I will do now)

We always rent at extra space because of their service and customer service. We have several units not only at this location but away others too. Weve always had a great experience, but today we had a horrible experience with new management, they where not friendly like previous managment. We will never rent from this location again. We dont recommend this location to anybody.
